Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has conducted forensic audit of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) particularly with reference to identification of weak areas that are contributing towards its poor financial and commercial performance during the last five years till date; if so, the details thereof; (b) the reasons which are contributing to continuous deterioration of the PIA; (c) the remedial steps taken by the Government to address aforesaid reasons in order to make the PIA financially profitable; (d) whether it is a fact that aforesaid steps could not prove beneficial; if so, the reasons thereof; and (e) the way forward to make the PIA profitable with rational approach?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the year-wise Air Quality Index of Pakistan during the last five years; and (b) the steps taken by the Government for effective Air Quality Management since June, 2013?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that traders and shopkeepers provide things/ food items in plastic bags causing irreparable damage to our seas, rivers and water resources; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, the steps being taken by the Government to end/control the use of plastic bags?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the academic credentials of employees of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) including ground and crew staff have recently been verified/checked in order to determine their legitimacy; if so, the names along-with designations of those employees whose academic credentials have been found fake; (b) the action taken against said employees along-with present status of the same separately; and (c) whether some employees have opted premature retirement whose academic credentials have declared fake or suppose to be fake; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the area-wise length/section of railways tracks replaced during the year 2017; and (b) the details of on going projects for the replacement of railway tracks?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether the Incinerator which disposes of hospital waste has been installed in the Federal Government Polyclinic, Islamabad?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the date-wise tenders floated by the Printing Corporation of Pakistan (PCP) for purchase of various printing machines/ instruments during the last three years; (b) whether it is a fact that the PCP has cancelled the process of tenders on several times during the said period; if so, the justification thereof; (c) whether the delay in purchase of printing machines/instruments will cause difficulties in preparation of the General Elections 2018; (d) if so, the steps being taken to ensure the availability of necessary machines/instruments in the PCP for preparation of the next General Elections?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state the total land of Pakistan Railways has given on lease in Sindh since June, 2013 along-with the terms and conditions thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government has failed to present an annual report of the Principles of Policy as required under Article 29, of the Constitution for the last five years; if so, the justification thereof; and (b) the steps being taken to make responsibles accountable and ensure to submit the said report as required under the Constitution?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a piece of land in “L” shape in front of Street No.24, 25, 26 and 27 Sector G-6/1-2, Islamabad is not being utilized; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make a park and jogging track on said location; if so, when it will be implemented along-with the details of expenditure to be incurred thereon; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) the total area of said land at present; and (d) since when the said land is not being utilized?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the total numbers of administrative, operational, security lapses, flight safety and financial inquiries held in the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) since 12-03-2008 along-with the present status thereof separately; (b) the conclusions and responsibles thereof separately; (c) whether it is a fact that employees of PIA who were hold responsible in said inquiries were not only reinstated in the services but also given them seniority; (d) if the answer to part (c) above is in the affirmative, whether this is tantamount at the part of the administration of the PIA to abet the responsibles for their malpractices; and (e) the steps being taken to take stern action against the responsibles thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that rule 47 of Rules of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) makes it mandatory for a procuring agency to make all contracts public which are awarded under said Rules; (b) whether it is also a fact that Regulation No. S.R.O. 1170(1)/ 2009 dated July 9, 2009 issued under the said Rules provides that only contracts exceeding fifty million rupees will be made public; (c) if the answer to part (b) above is in the affirmative, whether the PPRA has taken notice of the said discrepancy in the Rules and Regulations; if so, the details thereof; (d) whether it is further a fact that this is tantamount to undermine the concept of transparency of those contracts which are awarded on less than fifty million rupees; (e) if so, the steps are being taken to remove the said discrepancy at the earliest?
