Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the average rainfall recorded in Islamabad Capital Territory(ICT) on annual basis during the last four years with year wise break up; (b) whether it is a fact that every year large quantity of rainwater goes waste in ICT, if so, the reasons thereof; (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to harness the said water by establishing water harvesting structures in ICT, if so, the details thereof; and (d) the details of water harvesting structures in ICT at present if any?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether the Directorate of Immigration and Passports has devised any mechanism in its offices to address, on spot, the grievances of applicants with regard to obtain or renew their passports, if so, the number of complaints received by each passport office during the last one years; and (b) whether the said mechanism has been evaluated to asses the pros and cons of its implementation, if so, the details thereof indicating also the areas identified during the same which require improvement?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA)has not been able to finalize the investigation in cases like Axact Scandal Khanani and Kalia and suchlike other cases for a long time, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to modernize the said Agency and establish internal accountability system therein?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the time by which the election for the management committee of the Jinnah Garden Housing Scheme, Islamabad will be held; and (b) whether it is a fact that a number of persons, who have deposited full payments for plots in the said scheme during 2014, have not been given possession of their plots so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which they will be given possession of plots?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken any notice of increasing trends of use of tobacco products including sheesha amongst youngsters in Islamabad Capital Territory and the availability of the same at large, if so, details thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to curb the use of the said products expeditiously?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting, National History and Literary Heritage be pleased to state: (a) the amount earned by Radio Pakistan during the last four years; and (b) the expenditure made by the Radio Pakistan during the said period with department wise break up?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the number of Railway engines and bogies owned by the Pakistan Railways indicating also the time since which the same are in operation; and (b) the number of non-functional engines and bogies of Pakistan Railways at present?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of motor cars and motor cycles stolen from the parking areas of the Pakistan Secretariat and behind the PTV headquarters, Islamabad during the last three years indicating also the registration number of Stolen cars and motor cycles, name of owner, date of stealing and FIR No. registered in each case; (b) the details of the said cars and motorcycles recovered so far; and (c) the steps taken by the present Government for ensuring safety of parked cars and motorcycles in the said areas?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting, National History and Literary Heritage be pleased to state: (a) the amount received from the Power Division under the head of TV fee during the last ten years with year wise break up; (b) the procedure laid down for reconciliation of the said amount with Power Division; and (c) whether any discrepancy has been reported between the amounts collected and deposited during the said period, if so, the details thereof, indicating also the remedial measures taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the names and locations of mosques built in Islamabad during the last four years indicating also the expenditure incurred on the same in each case?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting, National History and Literary Heritage be pleased to state the salient features of the policy to maintain financial discipline in PTV?
