Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the rules and procedure which govern transfer, merger, induction and regularization in BPS-17 and above on regular basis of the incumbent of such contract posts which do not carry Government pay scales (BPS) including the persons who are appointed under the PSDP projects and are paid under those projects operating under various Ministries of the Federal Government including those Ministries devolved under the 18th Amendment in the Constitution; and (b) the authority which is competent to make and relax rules for the said purpose?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of inquiries regarding financial and administrative embezzlements in CDA initiated since March, 2008 have not been finalized so far, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the names and designations of the officers / officials who were prima facie involved in cases of the said embezzlements indicating also the post they hold at present; (c) the steps being taken by the Government to finalize the said inquires expeditiously; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to ensure posting of honest and reputed personnel at key posts in CDA?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of inquiries into administrative and financial irregularities / embezzlements initiated by CDA against its officers / officials since March, 2008 indicating also the present status of each inquiry; (b) whether it is a fact that a number of the said inquiries have not been finalized so far, if so, its reasons and the time by which the same will be finalized; and (c) whether it is also a fact that the officers / officials against whom those inquiries are being conducted are still working on same posts, if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state the names, parentage, designation, educational qualifications and place of domicile of the persons appointed in grade 1 to 20 in Airport Security'Force from 1st January, 2008 to 1st March, 2013?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the details of sectors of the economy and stakeholders in Pakistan who have supported granting non discriminatory market access to Indian goods and companies or most favored nation status to India?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the details of cases of corruption and misappropriation surfaced in the National Insurance Company Limited during the last five years indicating also the names of the persons found involved in those cases and action taken against them; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to control such cases?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state whether the Ministry of Defence was consulted on the current privatization plan of PIA before signing the agreement with IMF in July, 2013, if so, its details?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the names of food items imported in the country during the last three years indicating also the names of countries from where imported and quantity and value of food items imported from each country; and (b) the names of food items exported from the country during the said period indicating also the names of countries to which exported and quantity and value of food items exported to each country?

Will the Minister for Textile Industry be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No.62, replied on 28th February, 2014 and state: (a) the reasons for allowing Pakistan's key cash crop to be largely sowed using uncertified cotton seed; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to stop / check the usage of uncertified bt cottonseed in the country?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the year in which the last audit of accounts of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) was conducted; and (b) whether any irregularity was surfaced in the report of the said audit, if so, the details thereof and the action taken in the light of that report?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the SOPs upon which a mobile phone SIM is port in and port out from one net work to another; (b) the number of mobile phone SIMs of cellular companies working in the country which have been port out form one network to another during the last five years; (c) whether it is a fact that the SIMs of some of the said companies are being port out from one network to another illegally, if so, the details of complaints received by PTA in this regard during 2014 indicating also the action taken in each case; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to ensure a fool proof system for port-in and out of the said SIMs?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to widen the Islamabad Highway from Zero Point to Rawat, i f so, its details?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government has allowed some Hotels and Business entities in Islamabad to use roads, footpaths and green belts for their security purposes, if so, its details; (b) whether the said permission has been granted on the written requests of concerned Hotels and business entities, if so, the authority which approved / granted the same; and (c) whether any charges are being collected from those Hotels and business entities for using the said facilities, if so, its details and the authority which determined /fixed those charges?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to enhance exports, except textile goods, of the country?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to introduce “Awami Insurance Scheme” through State Life Insurance Corporation, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to launch new projects for the promotion of Information Technology in the Province of Sindh particularly in Karachi, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that SIMs for mobile phones are being used without provision of Computerized National Identity Card or any other identification and the same are being activated on fake names, if so, its reasons; (b) the number of cases of issuance and activation of SIMs without obtaining identity cards or other identification surfaced in the country so far and the action taken thereon; and (c) the reasons for not controlling the issuance and activation of SIMs without proper identification?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of Specialist Physicians presently working in PIMS indicating also the days and time for which each of them serves in OPD and the details of services they provide during the remaining days and time every week; (b) whether it is a fact that the said physicians are doing private practice, if so, the days and times of their private practice separately; and (c) whether the said physicians have obtained permission for private practice?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that PIA has hired the services of a number of Chartered Accountants on higher salary package to work in the Head Office and monitor the financial activities of the airline during the last two years, if so, the benefits accrued from the same; and (b) whether it is a fact that the said Chartered Accountants have now been transferred to their home stations to perform duties not commensurating with their qualifications, capabilities and purpose of their hiring, if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 112, replied on 30th October, 2013 and state: (a) whether applications for licenses for the use of radio frequency spectrum issued during the last five years were called through advertisement in the press; (b) the number of applications for the grant of the said licenses which were rejected during the said period indicating also the reasons for rejection; (c) whether any foreign company has been issued any of the said license; (d) whether clearance from the Ministry of Interior and other agencies was sought before issuing those licenses to the said foreign companies, if not, its reasons; and (e) whether any of the said license holders have violated the terms and conditions of the license, if so, the details of action taken against them?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to impose ban on appointment of foreigners and dual nationality holders in the Government Departments?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the number of persons working in the Federal General Hospital, Islamabad on adhoc, contract and regular basis?

Will the Minister for Textile Industry be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government has allowed liberal import of cotton yarn form India, if so, its reasons; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the said import has badly affected the local cotton industry, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to save the local cotton industry in the country?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the names, designation and place of domicile of the PIA employees who have been expelled / dismissed from service during the last nine months; (b) the names and location of airports in the country which are functional at present; and (c) the names and location of the airports in the country which are not functional at present and the number of the said employees who lost their jobs due to non functioning of those airports?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the criteria and procedure laid down for appointment against the posts of Assistant Managers, Deputy Managers, Managers, Assistant General Managers, Deputy General Managers and General Managers in State Life Insurance Corporation; (b) whether it is a fact that the said criteria and procedure was not followed in the appointments made against those posts during the last five years, if so, the action taken against those responsible for the same; and (c) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to control such violations in future?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state : (a) the number of sanctioned posts of Police Service of Pakistan (PSP) in BPS-21 and BPS-22 for each Province in the country; and (b) the names, place of domicile and department and place of present posting of PSP officers in the said scales / grades indicating also the position presently held by each of them?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that no water filtration plant has been installed for the residents of PHA apartments / flats in sector I/11, Islamabad, if so, the time by which the same will be installed there?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that CDA does not supply drinking water to the residents of PHA apartments / flats in sector 1/11, Islamabad, if so, the time by which the same will be supplied to those residents?

Will the Minister Incharge of Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to refer to Senate starred question No. 63, replied on 17th April, 2014 and state whether it is a fact that forms for applying for scholarship have not been issued so far to the remaining students who were awarded scholarships in the centralized examination of class V, 2013, if so, its reasons and the time by which the same will be issued?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to refer to senate starred question No.76 replied on 17th April, 2014 and to state: (a) the details of encroachments and illegal constructions removed in the 12 operations conducted in F-8 Markaz and Sector F-8/1, Islamabad during the current calendar year; (b) whether it is a fact that a number of encroachments and illegal constructions still exist in the said Markaz / Sector, if so, the reasons for not taking action against the same so far; and (c) whether it is also a fact that permission has been granted to use the parking area of F-8, Kachery (District Courts) by restaurants and for other commercial purposes, if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the amount received by the Government from auction of the Bus stand in G-9 Markaz, Islamabad during the last five years with year-wise break-up; (b) the details of facilities being provided to the passengers at the said bus stand; and (c) whether any repair / maintenance work has been carried out in bus stand situated in Abpara Market, Islamabad during the last five years, if so, its details?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the sand and bricks dealers have damaged some footpaths and roads in sector G-7, Islamabad, if so, the action taken against them during the last one year?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 67, replied on 17th April, 2014 and state: (a) whether any pre and post evaluation of the policy of monetization of transport facility for civil servants in BPS-20 to 22 has been carried out, if so, the details thereof; (b) the steps being taken by the Government to ensure compulsory/ regular submission of monthly reports on the expenditure incurred on fuel and maintenance of operational / general duty vehicles by the Ministries / Divisions to the Finance Division (Expenditure Wing); and (c) whether it is a fact that the officers availing the monetization of transport facility are also allowed to use protocol / operational/ general duty vehicles for private purposes by some Ministries/ Divisions, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to control the same?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state that: (a) the reasons for extension of Kashmir Highway, Islamabad; (b) the expenditure incurred on the said project so far; and (c) the time by which the said project will be completed?

Will the Minister for Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the name of agency/department which proposed/initiated the idea of new 21 KM road towards new Benazir Bhutto Airport, Islamabad,. (b) the details of minutes and list of participants of the meeting in which the said project was approved; and (c) the name of agency / authority which is responsible to propose the roads towards airports in the country?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that on the direction of the Supreme Court of Pakistan the incumbent Prime Minister has constituted a Commission for appointment of the heads of various Government Organizations, if so, the date on which the same was constituted; (b) the details of recommendations for appointments of heads of various organizations made and forwarded by the said Commission and the appointments made by the Prime Minister on the same so far; and (c) the details of heads of organizations appointed by the Prime Minister without the recommendations of that Commission so far?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the number of revised lay-out plans submitted to CDA by the Federal Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad, since 2000 indicating also the acreage of land mentioned / shown in each of the same?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether the Federal Employees Cooperative Housing Society has submitted any layout plan to CDA for NOC for its housing scheme namely Jinnah Garden, Phase-I Zone-V, Islamabad, if so, its details indicating also the acreage of land shown in the same; (b) whether the development works carried out in the said scheme so far are in accordance with the said layout plan and bylaws of CDA; and (c) the number of visits of the said scheme undertaken by the concerned quarters of CDA during the last five years and the details of irregularities pointed out / highlighted during those visits indicating also the action taken thereon?
