Will the Minister for Education, Trainings and Standards in Higher Education be pleased to state the names of Universities which have been granted Federal Charter by the Government so far indicating also the names of the members of the Governing body of each university?

Will the Minister for Education, Trainings and Standards in Higher Education be pleased to state: (a) the number of foreign students studying in Pakistani educational institutions with institution wise and country-wise break-up; and (b) the number of Pakistani students studying abroad with country-wise break-up?

Will the Minister for Education, Trainings and Standards in Higher Education be pleased to state: (a) the names of the Provincial Governments in the country which have established Higher Education Commissions at the provincial level and those which are in the process of establishing the same; (a) whether the establishment of the said Commissions at provincial level will affect the mandate, scope and working of the Federal Higher Education Commission, if so, it details; and (c) the details of domain of work of the Federal Higher Education Commission in each Province after establishment of the said Commissions at provincial level?

Will the Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights be pleased to state the names and dates of retirement of Chief Justices of the Supreme Court of Pakistan who retired since 1985 indicating also the details of pension, allowances and other fringe benefits such as servants, official accommodation, plots, vehicles (with make and model) and utility bills etc. admissible to them under the rules and of those actually provided them?

Will the Minister for Education, Trainings and Standards in Higher Education be pleased to state: (a) the amount allocated by the Higher Education Commission to public sector universities in the country for research purposes during the last five years and details of its utilization with university-wise breakup; and (b) whether it is a fact that in some cases the said amount was not utilized for the purpose it was allocated, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Ports and Shipping be pleased to state: (a) the present capacity of the Gawadar Port; (b) the volume of trade / transportation being carried out through he said port at present; and (c) the time by which that port will become fully operational and optimally utilized?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a portion of Karakoram Highway has been damaged by Atta Abad Lake, if so, the length of the same; and (b) whether repairing work on the said portion of the road has been started, if not, its reasons and the time by which the same will be started and completed?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the date on which Rehabilitation and Widening of NHA roads in Earthquake Affected Areas (Alpuri Besham) Section of N-90 (32 Km) (Shangal Hill) was approved; (b) the estimated cost and expected date of completion of the said project as per PC-I; (c) the amount allocated for the said project during the current fiscal year and the amount released out of the same so far; and (d) the percentage of work completed on that project so far and the time by which the remaining work will be completed?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state the details of projects for construction of roads launched in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa during the last five years indicating also the estimated cost, amount released so far and present status of each project?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) The number of claims of Kuwait affectees lying pending with the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation; and (b) the reasons for not making payments on the said claims and the time by which the same will be made?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state the number of Pakistanis presently living abroad with country-wise break-up?

Will the Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons arrested by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in cases of corruption since its establishment; and (b) the number of cases settled through plea-bargain and the amount recovered in such cases so far?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the details of vehicles with TB control and Hepatitis vertical programmes indicating also the names and designations of the officers using these vehicles; and (b) the amount spent on fuel and maintenance of these vehicles during the last five years?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the road / highway from Thana Malakand to Mangora, Swat and beyond that is in dilapidated condition; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to reconstruct the said road instead of repairing the same, if so, its details?

Will the Minister for Education, Trainings and Standards in Higher Education be pleased to state: (a) the procedure laid down by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education for giving chance to candidates to apply for review of grades / marks in the board examinations; (b) whether it is a fact that maximum 3 papers of a student are reviewed, if so, the reasons thereof; (c) the details of applications received for review of numbers of the last two examinations of Intermediate and Metric indicating also the action taken thereon and the number of cases in which the results were changed; (d) the number of the said applications which are pending at present; (e) the procedure being adopted by the board to inform the applicants about the fate of their applications / cases; (f) whether it is also a fact that parents / guardians of the concerned students are not allowed to accompany the students at the time of review of papers, if so, its reasons; and (g) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to review the said procedure / process and allow the review / rechecking of all papers of the students concerned?

Will the Minister for Ports and Shipping be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to develop Gawadar as a free port like Singapore and Dubai, if so, when?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to introduce more productive and disease resistant seeds / varieties of crops in view of the water shortage and climate change in the country?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the names of medical colleges recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) during the last two years indicating also the date on which they applied for recognition, details of their faculty members, laboratories and other facilities; (b) the name of authority which awarded recognition to the said colleges; and (c) the names of medical colleges registration of which have been cancelled by PMDC during the said period indicating also the reasons for cancellation of registration in each case?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the annual production of milk in the country at present; and (b) the details of milk products exported during the last three years?
