Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of beds available in Federal Government Polyclinic hospital and Pakistan Institute of Medical sciences, Islamabad for treatment of patients suffering from disease like measles etc. (b) whether it is a fact that the number of the said beds in those hospitals for the treatment of those patients is not sufficient, if so, the reasons thereof; (c) whether the Government has taken notice of either denial of admission of referral of the said patients by those hospitals to other hospitals in recent times; if so, the details thereof; (d) the steps being taken by the Government to upgrade the facilities for treatment of such diseases in the said hospitals; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to install a system for addressing of genuine complaints of the patients in those hospitals?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the exports of textile products from Pakistan has declined by 10% during the last five years, if so, the reasons thereof and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to boost Pakistan’s textile exports?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division he pleased to state: (a) the number Federal Government Employees in BPS-1 to 22 as in February; 2010; (b) the number of the said employees who were placed in surplus pool of the establishment Division after the devolution of a number of Ministries, Divisions and department to the provinces as a result of the passage of 18th Constitutional Amendment in April, 2010; and (c) the number of the Federal Government employees in BPS-1 to 22 as on 1st January, 2011 and 30th June, 2017 separately?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether the Federal Directorate of Education has collected the data of children who did not continue education after the primary or drop out later in Islamabad since, June 2013. if so, the details thereof with year wise and school wise break up; (b) whether the Government has carried out any assessment to find out the reasons behind the said drop outs of children, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to cap the said reasons and to made the study scheme more effective and interesting, particularly at middle and high school level in order to control the drop out ratio of children?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state the steps taken or being taken by the Government to facilitate the education of children facing physical or mental learning challenges in Islamabad indicating also the achievements made in this regard since June, 2013?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of tourists who visited Pakistan during the last five years; (b) the names of sites that were the most popular destinations amongst the said tourists; (c) the measures taken by the Government to promote tourism in the country; (d) the measures taken by the Government to ensure security of tourists; and (e) the number of resorts and hotels owned by PTDC in the country?

Will the Minister incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of departments could not be handed over to the provinces after their devolution under the 18th Constitutional Amendment due to lack of capacity on the part of provinces, if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to carry out a tracer study and evaluation of the impacts and outcomes on the said aspect of the devolution process and take necessary measures for capacity building at provincial level?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state: (a) the key performance indicators (KIPIs) and other evaluation mechanisms put in place to evaluate the performance of the commercial councilors posted in Pakistan’s Embassies and Missions abroad; and (b) whether any mechanism has been devised to reward the persons from amongst the said councilors who produce the desired results or to penalise those who fail in doing so, if so, the details thereof?
