Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount of foreign loans obtained by the Government since 2008 with year wise and country or organization wise break up indicating also the amount of interest on the same in each case;and (b) the amount of foreign debt repaid by the Government during the said period with country or organization wise break up indicating also the amount of interest paid on the same in each case?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) the budget allocated, released and utilized by the Ministry of Science and Technology during the fiscal year 2017-18 with head wise and project wise break up; (b) the details of duly approved projects of the said Ministry for which budget was allocated, released and utilized during that fiscal year; (c) whether budget was allocated, released and utilized on any such project(s) which were not duly approved by the relevant authority during the said fiscal year, if so, the reasons thereof; (d) the details of the allocated amount of the said Ministry which lapsed during that fiscal year with head and project wise break up indicating also the reasons for lapsing thereof; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to make the relevant persons in that Ministry accountable for the lapsing of that amount?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government had announced subsidy of Rs. 28 billion for Utility Stores Corporation on various edible items during the last five years but only Rs. 4 billion could be released out of the same so far, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether it is also a fact that due to non-releasing of the outstanding amount of the said subsidy the supplier companies have stopped supply of various items to that Corporation which reduced its sale from Rs. 6 billion to Rs. 1. 5 billion, if so, details and reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) the action prescribed for manufactures of beverages and fizzy drinks in case of their failure of maintain the quality standard; and (b) the name so the said manufacture or companies against which action has been taken on account of production of substandard beverages and fizzy drinks in the country during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that under the Fiscal Responsibility and Debt Limitation (FRDL) Act, 2005, the Government can not obtain loans for more than 60% of its GDP; (b) whether the Government has obtained loans according to the said condition or limit since the enactment of the Act, if not, the reasons thereof; and (c) the debt to GDP ratio at present?
