Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether phosphorus fertilizer has been imported in recent years; if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether such fertilizer is being provided to farmers on subsidized rate; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that applications have been invited by the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation, Islamabad from the Constitutional Bodies Employees, who have been promoted to higher grades; (b) if answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, the total number of applications received from the Constitutional Bodies who have been promoted from BS-19 to BS-20; if so, the details thereof; (c) the time by which the allotment letters will be issued to them;and (d) the number of applications scrutinized per day during the year 2018-19?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether the system of issuance of slips to patients in the National Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (NIRM), Islamabad has been computerized; if so, the time taken to issue a computerized slip to patient; (b) the total number of patients who visit the said Hospital daily to whom slips are issued alongwith the details thereof; (c) the total number of employees deputed at the said counters to issue computerized slips at the NIRM; (d) the total number of separate counters for men and women of said Hospital at present; (e) the total number of separate counters for employees of the hospital; (f) the number of hours for which a patient has to wait to get a computerized slip of said Hospital at present alongwith the detail thereof; and (g) the steps being taken by the Administrator to minimize the waiting time of patients of the said Hospital?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) the amount of revenue available in the Evacuee Trust Property Board collected from the agriculture/civil commercial properties in country during the last five years till date; (b) the names of the welfare schemes pertaining to minorities on which this income has been spent by the said Board during the said period alongwith the details thereof; (c) the details of amount spent on maintenance, renovation and security of the worship places of minorities during the said period; (d) the number of illegal occupants residing in the properties of the said Board at present; (e) the property which has been recovered by the said Board during the said period; and (f) the prescribed criteria of the said Board to recover the property of minorities at present?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the road map of the Government to build five million housing units; (b) the details of funds required therefor; (c) the funds allocated for the above said purpose so far; (d) the availability of land for the said purpose at present; and (e) the year-wise houses to be constructed under this program and time by which this particular initiative will be started?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that two thousand Saudi Riyal fee has been imposed/charged by the Saudi Government on the Pilgrims who intends to perform Ummrah for second time; (b) whether the said fee will also be charged from the person who also intends to travel for performing Ummrah as Mahrum of the women; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to get the exemption in fee from the Saudi Government for those who travel as Mahrum for performing Ummrah; if not, the reasons; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the authority or law which empower the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) to utilize the amount of interest accrued on the deposits of allottees for its administrative expenditures; (b) whether the rules of Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan also allow the utilization of the said amount of interest for administrative expenditures of FGEHF; (c) whether practice of utilization of the amount of interest for administrative expenditures by FGEHF is against the norms of profit/loss concept; if so, the steps being taken by authority in this regard; and (d) whether the said amount will be utilized for the beneficiaries of the Housing Scheme?

Will the Minister for Maritime Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether small ships, launches, steamers and power boats can be permitted for freight and travel operations in River Indus, Chenab and Jhelum like in other countries; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government for conducting feasibility study thereof; (c) the time by which said project will be completed; (d) whether the said proposal can reduce traffic load on roads and railways; and (e) whether the said project will reduce expenses and provide employment and travel facilities to the people living along river banks?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the details of authorities regulating private medical facilities, other than those having teaching institutions which are regulated by the PMDC, including hospitals, clinics and laboratories; (b) the job-descriptions of the said authorities; (c) the details of accountability mechanism to check and supervise the performance of the said authorities; (d) whether such regulatory authorities exists in the country at present; and (e) the reasons for not taking action by the Government against the authorities despite suffering of the people?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the number of housing schemes launched by the Housing Foundation (HF) for Government employees since 01-01-2013; (b) the sectors of Islamabad in which housing schemes have been launched by the HF; and (c) the total amount collected from the Government employees till date by said Housing Scheme alongwith the details thereof?
