Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that mobile phone calls have been dropping frequently since taxes on mobile phone cards have been abolished by august Supreme Court; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the action being taken by the Government against the mobile phone companies concerned?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the total number of saplings planted during the plantation campaign of the Prime Minister; (b) the province-wise expenditures incurred there on so far; and (c) the steps being taken for their growth alongwith the expenses to be incurred thereupon?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the newly constituted “Content Committee” is being chaired by the Minister; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, whether said Committee is not against the principle of freedom of information; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether the existing software has been replaced by the Government with the software of Turkish Airlines; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the details of expenditure incurred on said software?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (PEPA) has taken notice of discharge of industrial toxic in various cities particularly in Faisalabad; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that Nala Dek passing through Faisalabad, Sialkot and Sheikhupura has been filled with industrial toxic as huge quantum of industrial toxic is being discharged by different industrial units; and (c) the steps being taken by the PEPA to prevent all such industrial units from discharging industrial toxic in the said water courses?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the details of revenue generated by the Government from the Pakistan Railways lands leased out for agricultural and commercial purposes alongwith the district-wise break-up thereof; (b) whether any policy has been devised by the Government to carry out plantation alongside the railways track; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) the amount generated by the Government from auction/allotment of commercial lands of the railways during the last five years till date; and (d) the details of action taken by the Government against the persons involved in embezzlement in this regard?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to review the syllabus and increase the productivity of students in higher educational institutions during the last three years?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether the New Islamabad International Airport has become fully functional; (b) if not, how long will it take?

Will the Minister in-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of helicopters and aeroplanes available in the fleet of Cabinet Division; (b) when were these helicopters and aeroplanes purchased; and (c) the present utilization of these helicopters and aeroplanes?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the name of persons who have been appointed on the advice of incumbent Prime Minister against different categories and nomenclature of their post/portfolio, excluding the constitutional posts alongwith their perks and privileges; and (b) the expertise in respective field and purpose of appointment of each such appointee?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish a public library in Buner (NA-9); (b) if so, when it will be established; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to end the railways deficit?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a special Pakistan International Airlines aeroplane was sent to United Kingdom for bringing equipments back in Pakistan, which were originally sent to UK for setting up a Camp Office in UK during the treatment of former Prime Minister in July, 2016; (b) if so, the details of total expenditures incurred thereon?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the reasons as to why the flight from Dera Ismail Khan to different parts of the country have been discontinued; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration to restore the same?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the present status of rightsizing in the Pakistan International Airline Corporation (PIA(C); (b) the present status of restructuring of PIAC; and (c) how long will it take for completion?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that imposters make fake profiles on various social networking sites and lure people to deposit their hard earned money into their bank accounts, due to which many people have lost thousands of rupees, after they fall prey to cyber crimes; (b) if so, the steps taken by the Government to prevent the said illegal practice and block these offender’s access to internet?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether recruitments in BPS 3 to 15 on Sindh and Balochistan quotas will be made by the Federal Government according to the notification issued in 2005; (b) whether recruitments have been made for aforesaid posts from the year 2005 till date; if so, the numbers thereof; and (c) the number of seats lying vacant against the said provincial quota at present?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Lower Division Clerks (LDCs) and Upper Division Clerks (UDCs) are working in BPS-9 and BPS-11 in the Federal Government institutions at present; (b) whether it is also a fact that the cadres of Upper Division Clerks and Junior Division Clerks BPS-11 and BPS-14 have been given to LDCs and UDCs in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Punjab respectively; and (c) the time by which the said posts of the Federal Government institutions will be upgraded; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state how many trains used to make stopover in Khairpur during the period from 2008-2013 and 2013- 2015?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of cases of education stipends submitted in 2018 and those returned due to objections; (b) the total amount incurred on the cases which were returned with objections including details thereof; (c) the reasons for not properly checking such cases in time during the submission; (d) the details of the action taken against the officers and officials responsible for such incompetence; and (e) the steps being taken to ensure complete checking of applications before their submission in future?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the prescribed procedure for the appointments of Registrar, Additional Registrar and Deputy Registrar in the Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad; (b) the names and educational qualifications of the persons appointed against the said posts during the last five years till date; and (c) the procedure adopted therefor?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the total number of trains launched from Karachi to Lahore and Islamabad to Karachi during the period from January, 2016 to June, 2018; and (b) the profit earned and loss suffered from launching of the said trains?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Thar Express was started in 2005 from Karachi to India via Monabao, while before this meter guage trains used to be plied from Mirpur Khas to Jhalory and Kot Ghulam Muhammad Kachhelo, Dighri, Jhedo, Now Kot and on Kunri route and from Mirpur Khas to Nawab Shah which have been discontinued; (b) whether it is also a fact that due to the above said reason, Railways lands, buildings, and residential quarters worth billions of rupees have been illegally occupied by the land mafia depriving Railways employees of accommodation as well as employment due to the closure of the said stations/sections; (c) if so, how long will it take for restoration of trains on these stations/sections?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that ongoing schemes of establishment and operation of Basic Education Community Schools (BECS) in the country have been included in PSDP- 2018-19; (b) if so, the number of BECS, that were constructed in Hazara Division during the last five years also indicating the number of new schools to be proposed for the said schemes in current PSDP 2018-19?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the country is facing the challenges of the climate change at present; (b) the steps taken by the Government in this regard during the last five years; and (c) the mechanism adopted to deal with the impact of climate change during the said period?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Tezro Train was launched by the Government from Mardan to Karachi via Lahore, Jaranwala , Kamalia, Shorkot and Khanewal; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said service has been discontinued; if so, the time by which the said train will be plied again on the above said route; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to launch a project regarding the construction of a Railways Track on the route of Fort Abbas, Booreywala, Chechawanti, Kamalia, Smundri and Faisalabad; if so, when it will be implemented alongwith the steps taken in this regard so far?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the government to setup public sector University in each district of the country; (b) whether there is also any proposal/plan under consideration of the Government to impart free education to poor and middle class male and female students in government institutions up to M. Phil level in the country; (c) whether it is a fact that the formulation of curriculum is the responsibility of Provincial Governments after the 18th Constitutional Amendment; and (d) whether any proposal is under consideration of the Government to take the Provincial Governments in confidence to make the present curriculum of education at par with developed countries?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the total number of subject specialists teachers in the Federal Schools and Colleges in Islamabad Capital Territory at present; (b) the total number of students studying in said schools at present; and (c) the ratio of subject specialist teachers to students in said schools at present?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the sanctioned strength of teachers in the Federally Administrative Schools for Boys and Girls in Talhar, Islamabad at present; (b) whether it is a fact that several posts of teachers are lying vacant in the said schools at present; (c) whether it is also a fact that teachers, who were actually posted in aforesaid schools are working in other schools of the Federal Government either on temporary or attachment basis at present; (d) the reasons for posting of said teachers on temporary and attachment basis; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to post these teachers in the aforesaid schools as per sanctioned strength expeditiously?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that NEPRA has taken back, the upfront tariffs in various sectors after the investors have made investments according to upfront tariffs?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the province-wise details of quota allocated for Minorities for appointments in the Federal Government; (b) the details of employees belonging to Minorities working in the Federal Government at present?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Trainings be pleased to state: (a) the total number of applications submitted to the City School Islamabad since 01-01-2017 for concession of fee on monthly basis in respect of siblings studying in the same school alongwith the details thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that no concession in fee has been given by the said schools to said students so far; (c) if the answer to part (b) above is in affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to give concession to one, out of three siblings students on monthly basis; if so, when it will be implemented alongwith the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the laws regarding safety and freedom of wild life; (b) whether said laws are being implemented;if not, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to implement the said laws?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether the National Forest Policy has been formulated by the Government for the promotion of plantation; (b) if answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, whether the implementation has been started thereon; and (c) the benefits accrued to the country therefrom?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the year-wise deficit of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) during the last five years; (b) the total amount of deficit of the PIA at present; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to control the aforementioned deficit?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the mechanism of supervision and inspection in all the Model Colleges and Schools of Islamabad; (b) the authority responsible for sub-standard results of schools/colleges; and (c) whether it is a fact that the results of the education institutions of Islamabad are poorer than all the other educational institutions; if so, the steps taken to improve the standard of educational institutions in Islamabad?
