Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that fee is charged by Army Public School, DHA, Phase-II from the civilian and Army Students for Class-I to Class-X; if so, the details of each Class separately; (b) whether it is also a fact that no concession is given to the civilians thereon in case the children are siblings; if so, the reasons thereof along with the details; (c) the number of civilian siblings in the schools along with the detail; and (d) whether it is also a . fact that non-provision of concession to the siblings is the violation of court order if so, the action taken against the administration along with the detail?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Government to control theft of electricity and to overcome mismanagement; and (b) the DISCO wise details of percentage of theft of electricity during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Independent Power Producers (IPPs) invoked jurisdiction for their rights through international arbitration for recovering their outstanding dues against Government and have won the decision of arbitration recently; if so, the details thereof; (b) the impact of said decision of arbitrator in favour of IPPs on national exchequer and power sector, respectively; and (c) the way-forward of the government to bear the burden of the said arbitration and formulate a comprehensive policy to address such matters at its own, in future?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal of the Government to make strict laws against those involved in corruption; if so, details thereof; (b) the time by which it will be implemented; (c) if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the details of lawsuits which have been filed against the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in International Courts of arbitrations, since its inception along with present status thereof separately; (b) the grounds of each said lawsuit upon filed in said Courts against the NAB along with expenditure incurred thereupon separately till now; (c) whether NAB has conducted internal inquires at its own to examine failures on their part that forced the other party to file such lawsuits in International Courts of Law; if so, the details thereof; and (d) the amount which has been paid by the NAB to complainants parties as damage/fine or under the head of any other nomenclature in view of decisions of International Courts?

Will the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government on the directions of Supreme Court of Pakistan has given right of vote to the Overseas Pakistanis; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether under the aforesaid arrangements, persons holding dual nationality could be given right to vote; (c) if so, whether decisions of Supreme Court that bars dual nationals to be Member of Parliament, would apply to those who have dual nationality for vote; if so, the detail thereof; and (d) the steps being taken by the government to take all political parties on board for strengthening the process for voting of overseas Pakistanis?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the year-wise volume of  funds collected from Oil and Gas companies working in Tehsil Hyderabad-Rural during the last five years; (b) the year-wise funds disbursed to the district administration Hyderabad during the said period; (c) the mechanism of monitoring the usage of such funds; and (d) the steps being taken to ensure the usage of such funds for the welfare of communities of area concerned in letter and spirit?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the details of Bioethics laws existing in the country at present; (b) the procedure prescribed for the patients to lodge their complaints in case of violation of such laws by doctors and medical practitioners?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan is importing electricity from other countries; if so, the details including country name, quantity of electricity imported per year and rate per  unit at which the electricity is purchased; (b) the reasons of purchasing electricity from other countries, if Pakistan is producing more electricity than the prevailing demand in the country?

Will the Minister for Defense Production be pleased to state: (a) how much percentage of defense needs are fulfilled by domestic means; (b) the percentage of private sector in fulfilling the defence needs; and (c) the steps being taken to encourage private sector therefor?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government intends to dualise the present road from Peshawar to D. I. Khan; (b) whether funds for the same have been allocated and time by which work on the same will be started; if not, the reasons therefor; and (c) whether increase of traffic is causing accidents overthere; if so, whether the Government intends to take positive step to dualise said road on priority basis?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state the amount of electricity in Mega Watts (MW) added to the national grid during the last five years along with the details of electricity projects initiated/completed during that period, cost incurred on each project and electricity through each project?

Will the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of votes cast for National and Provincial Assemblies in the General Election, 2018 separately; (b) whether it is a fact that number of votes cast for Provincial Assemblies was higher as compared to National Assembly in the said elections; (c) if so, the justification of higher number of casted votes in Provincial Assemblies keeping in view the consideration of fact that a voter had two ballot papers one each for National Assembly and other for Provincial Assembly vote; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state the names of officers of Hyderabad Electricity Supply Company (HESCO) who have acquired MBA Degrees during the last three years and the names of those officers of HESCO whose applications are pending for grant of permission to seek admission in MBA programmes and the time by which decision on those applications will be taken?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to supply gas to Rehman Town and Model Valley, Sector H-15, Union Council No.45, Islamabad; if so, the details thereof; and (b) the time by which the gas will be supplied to the residents of the above said area?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that an amount of Rs.5864529/- for new connection for a load of 650 KW vide Receipt No.069803, dated 3rd February, 2018 in the name of Ahmad Hasan Son of Ghulam Nabi Chaudhary for M/s Asia Poultry Feeds (PVT) Ltd at Chak Noukarain Near Khan Pur Canal, Tehsil and District Sheikhupura under Tariff B-3 (T)0) against App. No.594/New/ B-3 has been deposited; (b) whether the LESCO has failed to provide connection to the applicant after lapse of many months; (c) if so, the justification thereof; and (d) the steps being taken to give connection to the said applicant at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Gas has not been supplied to village Ruhillanwalli, District Muzaffar Garh so far; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the time by which Gas will be supplied to said village?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state the steps being taken to create a separate province, namely, South Punjab?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that low voltage of electricity is being supplied to villages Sokal, Bai Biryal, Sekhi Bala, Chindor, Shahkot and Chak Pansial in District Maneshra; (b) whether the said malfunction is due to overloaded feeder of Khala Batt Township, Haripur; (c) whether said villages fall in district Mansehra; (d)  if the answer to part (c) above is in affirmative, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to supply electricity from Mansehra’s feeder; if so, the time by which it will be implemented?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the details of amount collected under the head of Neelum Jhelum surcharge in the electricity bills during the last ten years; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration to include the said amount in Supreme Court of Pakistan and Prime Minister of Pakistan Diamer-Bhasha and Mohmand Dams Fund?
