Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of inquiries regarding financial and administrative embezzlements in CDA initiated since March, 2008 have not been finalized so far, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the names and designations of the officers / officials who were prima facie involved in cases of the said embezzlements indicating also thee post they hold at present; (c) the steps being taken by the Government to finalize the said inquires expeditiously; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to ensure posting of honest and reputed personnel at key posts in CDA?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken / proposed to be taken by the Government to improve the conditions of climate change in the country; and (b) the amount spent by the Government for the said purpose during the last five fiscal years?

Will the Minister for Incharge of Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of public parks inaugurated by the Chairman CDA during the last five years with year-wise break-up; (b) whether it is a fact that the said parks have not been properly developed so far, if so, its reasons; (c) the funds provided for the development of those parks during the said period with sector-wise break-up; (d) whether it is also a fact that the said funds have not been utilized for the purpose for which the same were allocated, if so, its reasons; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to properly develop the said parks?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the names and addresses of the persons who have been allotted agro farms or plots for establishing agro farms, on lease basis, in Islamabad since 2004; and (b) the terms and conditions for allotment of the said plots / farms?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the names, educational qualification, experience and tenure of the persons who served against the post of Marketing Director, PIA during the last three years; (b) whether it is a fact that Operation Engineers have been appointed against those posts during the said period, if so, its reasons; and (c) whether it is also a fact that Marketing Directors in PIA are drawing salary of Operation Engineers despite the fact that they are serving in other sections / departments?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Benevolent Fund gives a farewell grant to the Government employees on their retirement from Government service, if so, the amount thereof; (b) the number of employees who have been given the said grant during the last two years with grade wise break up; and (c) the details of pending cases for that grant indicating also the reasons for pendency in each case?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Ufone has disconnected its service in different areas of Malakand Division during the last six months, if so, the names of those areas with district-wise break-up and reasons for discontinuation of the service?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of sanctioned posts of PSP in BPS 17 and above in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with grade-wise breakup; (b) the number of the said posts lying vacant at present with grade-wise breakup; and (c) the reasons for not filling the said vacant posts.so far?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the names and locations of play grounds established / built or upgraded by CDA in Islamabad since 2002 indicating also the amount spent on each of them; (b) whether it is a fact that most of the said grounds are in dilapidated condition and lacking essential facilities, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the condition of those grounds?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the names and addresses of the widows who were provided financial assistance from Pakistan Bait-ul-Mall during the last one year indicating also the amount of financial assistance provided in each case?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that pipeline for water supply at Rose & Jasmine garden, Islamabad has been damaged / leaking for the last several months due to which drinking water is being polluted; (b) whether it is also a fact that walking track at the said garden has been damaged due to that leakage; and (c) whether it is further a fact that a number of complaints have been made with CDA for repairing of the said pipeline but no action has been taken so far, if so, its reasons and the time by which that pipeline will be repaired / replaced?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of trees planted by CDA in Islamabad during the last three years with year-wise, sector-wise and zone-wise break-up; (b) the number of old and grown up trees in Islamabad; and (c) whether it is a fact that CDA has not carried out numbering of the said trees so far, if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state the names, place of domicile and present posting of the Federal Secretaries working in the Federal Government?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) installed by each cellular company in the country with province-wise break-up; (b) the authority which approved the installation of the said Base Transceiver Stations (BTS); and (c) the common affects of the equipment on health of nearly residents?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of major projects of CDA which have been delayed and escalation in cost of which has been allowed during the last five years; (b) whether any action has been taken against the concerned contractors for delay in completion of the said projects; and (c) whether any case of using substandard material in the said projects has been surfaced, if so, the action taken against the contractors, consultants and officers / officials responsible for the same?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of seats reserved for each province for admission in the Federal Dental and Medical College, Islamabad; and (b) the procedure laid down for admission in that college?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of trees in F-9 Park, Islamabad, with classification-wise break-up; (b) whether numbering of the said trees has been carried out; and (c) the details of trees planted in the said Park during the last five years with year-wise break-up?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether financial support under the Benazir Income Support Programme is being provided to the persons belonging to minorities in the country, if so, the number of such persons provided financial assistance under that programme during the last two years with province-wise breakup and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether quotas reserved for minorities, disabled and women are being observed in appointments in Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), if so, the names and designation of the persons appointed against those quotas in that Commission during the last three years; and (b) the number of persons presently working in the said Commission and the number of those working against the said quotas with grade-wise break-up?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish offices of National Disaster Management Authority at district level in the country, if so, when; (b) the amount allocated for establishment of the said offices in the budget for fiscal year 2014-15; and (c) whether any pre-emptive steps are being taken by the Government to deal / cope with the expected floods during the coming monsoon season, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any provision for lodging complaints / complaint centers in Pakistan Institute of Medical Science (PIMS) and Federal Government Services Hospital (FGSH), Islamabad for redressal of complaints of patients, if so, the details thereof; and (b) the number of complaints received by the said offices or centers in those hospitals during the last two years and action taken thereon separately?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of commercial and residential plots allotted by CDA on lease basis to various persons and organizations in Islamabad during the last three years indicating also size of plot, purpose and price / amount of lease in each case; (b) the procedure adopted for allotment of the said plots; (c) whether it is a fact that the said authority has allotted a number of plots to various firms under the pre-qualification of firms during that period, if so, the names of firms pre-qualified, purpose for which plots allotted, amount received and that outstanding in each case; and (d) the procedure adopted for pre-qualification of those firms?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number and locations of the water filtration plants installed in the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) indicating also those which are operational at present; and (b) the number and locations of the said plants which were installed during the last fiscal year indicating also the amount spent on installation thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the cost incurred on the equipments purchased for / installed in the children play land in F-9 Park, Islamabad; (b) the income received from the contractor of the said play land so far; (c) the amount being charged as entry fee of that play land; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to abolish the entry fee of the said play land, if so, when?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of Federal Government Departments / Institutions in Islamabad the maintenance and payment of utility bills of which is the responsibility of CDA; (b) the procedure laid down / adopted by the said authority to receive funds for the said purpose; (c) the amount received by the said authority for the said purpose during the last six fiscal years; (d) whether it is a fact that the said authority has recently failed to make payment of utility bills of the said Departments / institutions in time, if so, the reasons thereof; and (e) the steps being taken by that authority to ensure payment of the said bills in time in future?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of out door patients treated in PIMS, Islamabad, during 2011 and 2012; (b) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to provide better facilities to the said patients in that hospital; and (c) whether the indoor patients are provided medicines and facility of clinical tests free of cost in the said hospital?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the names and designations of the officers / officials of CDA who are presently posted / working in foreign NGOs indicating also the name of NGO, the date since which they are working / posted there and the name and designation of the authority which gave approval for the same in each case; and (b) whether legal formalities for granting permission for working with the foreign NGOs were fulfilled in those cases, if not, the details of action taken against the concerned officers / officials?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the criteria laid down for issuance of membership of Islamabad Club with category-wise break-up; (b) the names of persons who have been issued membership of the said club during the last ten years indicating also the date of issuance of membership and fee charged for the same in each case; and (c) the details of facilities extended by that club to its members?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state: (a) the names of companies which participated in the recent auction f 3G and 4G licenses in the country indicating also those which were successful; (b) the amount to be paid by each of the said successful company / bidder for those licenses indicating also the schedule of payment in each case; and (c) the amount collected by the Government from the said auction so far indicating also the date/ dates on which the same was received?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased be pleased to state: (a) the amount (in billion rupees) in Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Fund, separately, as on 30th June, 2014; (b) the details of other assets of those funds as on the said date; (c) whether it is a also fact that various financial grants are provided to retired and serving Government employees from the said funds, if so, the details thereof; (d) the number of cases of grant of the said financial assistance presently lying pending indicating also the reasons for pendency and the steps being taken to finalize the same; (e) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to set up on line helpdesks for the said funds to provide updates to the applicants about the status of their applications; and (f) the steps being taken by the Government to remove hurdles in timely processing and expeditious disposal of the said cases?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that CDA has installed flood / mercury lights in the parking areas for car bargaining dealers / agents in G-8 and G-9 Markazes, if so, its reasons; and (b) the amount paid as electricity bills for the said lights during the years 2013 and 2014 with month-wise break-up?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state the names of the persons who got booked chartered flights in the country during,the last three years with year-wise break-up indicating also the amount collected from them under the head of Federal Excise Duty?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the names and date of appointment of the present members of the Board of Directors of PIA indicating also the salary, allowances and fringe benefits admissible to them; and (b) the names of the members of the said Board who resigned during the last one year indicating also the date of resignation and reasons for the same in each case?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the protection walls on the sides of Blocks 24 and 26-D, sector G-10/3, Islamabad have been damaged, if so, the time by which the same will be repaired?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to refer to the Senate unstarred question No.7, replied on 16th May, 2014 and state: (a) the details of the stay order obtained by the Federal Employees Cooperative Housing Society against the action to be taken by CDA for various irregularities / violations committed by that society in its housing scheme namely ‘Jinnah Gardens Phase-1, Zone-5 indicating also the time / period for which the same has been granted; and (b) whether the CDA or Cooperative Department, ICT, has taken any steps for vacation of the said stay order, if so, the details thereof and if not, its reasons?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state: (a) the amount collected from telecom companies as contributions to the USF and National ICT R&D Fund during the fiscal year 2013-14 with month-wise break-up; and (b) the accumulated amount in the said Funds, separately, as on June 30, 2014?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of lodges /suites got constructed by the Parliamentarians at their own expenses in the Parliament Lodges, Islamabad, indicating also the names of the parliamentarians concerned; (b) the details of claims submitted by the said parliamentarians for payment / reimbursement of the cost of construction of the said lodges / suites and the details of action taken by the CDA thereon; and (c) whether it is a fact that payment has not been made in some of the said cases, if so, the details thereof indicating also the reasons for not making the payment so far and the time by which the same will be made?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Islamabad has one of the highest pollen counts in the world during the spring season; and (b) whether it is also a fact that paper mulberry trees in Islamabad are the main source for the said high count, if so, the steps taken by the Government to eradicate those trees?
