Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the details of lawsuits which have been filed against the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in International Courts of arbitrations, since its inception along with present status thereof separately; (b) the grounds of each said lawsuit upon filed in said Courts against the NAB along with expenditure incurred thereupon separately till now; (c) whether NAB has conducted internal inquires at its own to examine failures on their part that forced the other party to file such lawsuits in International Courts of Law; if so, the details thereof; and (d) the amount which has been paid by the NAB to complainants parties as damage/fine or under the head of any other nomenclature in view of decisions of International Courts?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state the amount of electricity in Mega Watts (MW) added to the national grid during the last five years alongwith the details of electricity projects initiated/completed during that period, cost incurred on each project and electricity through each project?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state whether there is any proposal to provide Gas facility to Mohala Darya Khan, Laghari Town, Pangrio, Tehsil Tando Bago, District Badin, Sindh; if so, the time schedule thereof?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.133 replied on 6-11-2018 and to state: (a) whether a written reply was given for opening Lowari Tunnel for 18 hours; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, the reasons for opening Lowari Tunnel for 12 hours as per the old schedule?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state the reasons for shut down of Gas in the country particularly in Sindh in the first week of December?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the price at which petrol is being sold in the country at present; and (b) the kind of taxes being charged with detail thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state (a) the time by which 132 KV Grid Stations projects in Kapoto and Parangabad of Kalat and Mustung were sent to the Ministry for approval; (b) the steps being taken by the Government in this regard; and (c) the time by which approval will be accorded by the Ministry for said projects?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Ministry since 2016 for enforcement of the existing laws on Women and Child Rights?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that number of transformers installed in NA-74, comprising on Tehsil Pasrur, District Sialkot, either have been overloaded or expired and it is immediate need to upgrade and replace the same; (b) if so, whether concerned authorities intend to conduct a survey in order to determine the exact magnitude of such overloaded and obsolete transformers in NA-74; if so, the details thereof; and (c) the time by which such overloaded and obsolete transformers in NA-74 will be upgraded and replaced?
