Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the executive committee of the Federal Employees Cooperative Housing Society has been constructing roads, sewerage, electricity, water and gas network for / in Jinnah Gardens, Phase-I, Zone-V, Islamabad, since 2000 on the land which was / is not owned by that society, if so, the amount spend on the same; (b) the punishment provided in the law of the land for spending amount of members / society on the land not owned by the concerned society, issuance of fake allotment letters and submitting fake layout plans to the concerned quarters and the action to be taken by the Cooperative Department of ICT in such cases; and (c) the action proposed to be taken against the said executive committee for the said violations?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the number of residential and commercial plots allotted by the Federal Employees Cooperative Housing Society in Jinnah Gardens, Phase-I, Zone-V, Islamabad since 2000 indicating also the particulars of allottees and location of plots with category-wise break-up; (b) whether all the said plots are in accordance with the layout plan of that scheme submitted to CDA; and (c) whether the land of all the said plots is in the name of the said society, if so, whether the same has been got verified from Revenue Department?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state whether security arrangements have been made in F-9 park, Islamabad, if so, the details thereof indicating also the number of police personnel deputed there?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to refer to Senate un-starred question No.7, replied by the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division on 16th May, 2014 and state: (a) whether it is a fact that CDA had written numerous letters to the Deputy Commissioner / Registrar, Cooperative Department, ICT, for taking action against the management of Federal Employees Cooperative Housing Society for converting all sites for parks, green / open spaces, schools, hospital, community centre and graveyard into residential and commercial plots and for creation of plots on the state land left for the “right of way” of Nullah, if so, the details of action taken in this regard; and (b) whether it is a fact that the Cooperative Department has not taken any action against the said management / society for those violations and irregularities so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which appropriate action will be taken against that committee / society?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state the steps taken / being taken by the Government to promote bicycling in Islamabad Capital Territory indicating also the measures taken for the safety of bicyclists?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the details of suicide attacks, bomb blasts and target killings in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa since 1st June, 2013, indicating also the number of civilians, police and other law enforcing agencies personnel killed and injured in each incident; and (b) the steps taken being taken by the Government to control the said incidents?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Station Headquarters, Rawalpindi has awarded a contract to collect adda / parking fee on Kallar Syedan road, Rawat, under the name of Army Camping Ground; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said adda / area is out side the jurisdiction of Army Camping Ground and is under the administrative control of Islamabad Administration, if so, the reasons for awarding the said contract by the Station Headquarters, Rawalpindi; and (c) the time by which charging orthe said adda /parking fee will be discontinued?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the post of Senior Reservation Supervisor (SRS) at Faisalabad Railway reservation office is vacant for the last ten years; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the said post has been shifted to Lahore reservation office in addition of two SRS posts already there, if so, the time by which the same will be shifted back to the Faisalabad Railway reservation office?
