Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names, age, educational qualifications, experience and place of domicile of the Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan’s Tribunal; and (b) the number of appeals filed in, accepted, decided and rejected by the said Tribunal during the last five years with years wise break up?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number and amount of Income Tax, Sales Tax and Federal Excise Duty refund claims pending with the FBR as on 30th June, 31st July and 31st August, 2018; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to pay off the amount of the said claims?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the present Government has put a ban on the new purchases of edible items by the Utility Stores Corporation, if so, the details and reasons thereof; and (b) whether the Government has made any alternate arrangement for supply of the said items to the stores of that corporation, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to privatize the Utility Stores Corporation, if so, the details and reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the details of items, machinery, material etc. purchased from abroad by the Ministry of Industries and Production, its attached departments, corporations, authorities and other entities under its administrative control since July, 2013 indicating also the names of countries and companies from which the same were purchased; (b) whether it is a fact that the said items were being manufactured or were available in Pakistan, if so, the reasons for purchasing the same from abroad; (c) whether it is also a fact that a number of officers visited the said countries, in connection with those purchases, on the expenses of companies / firms from which those items were purchased, if so, the names and designations of such officers indicating also the duration of their stay in those countries; and (d) the authority which granted permission for the said visits?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount of domestic loans outstanding against the Government at present (b) whether it is a fact that the Government has decided to obtain new loans to pay off the existing ones; and (c) whether there is any alternate proposal under consideration of the Government to pay off those loans, if so, details thereof?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of laboratories have been established by the Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resources in the country to check the quality of drinking water,if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether any mechanism has been devised by the Government to evaluate the performance of the said laboratories, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the details of rules and procedures laid down for public and private sector banks for provision of services by them to their customers; (b) whether there is any obligation under the said rules for provision of the facility of lockers by every bank, if not, the reasons thereof;and (c) the details of action to be taken against those banks in case they fail to provide the facility of lockers or any other service to their customers?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of the work completed on CPEC so far with province wise break up; and (b) the time by which the remaining work on CEPC will be completed?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government has decided to close down a number of Utility Stores in the country, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether the Government has made any proposal / decision regarding the future of employees working in the said stores, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased with refer to the Senate Starred Question No. 49, replied on 10th October, 2018 and state: (a) the details of MoU signed between National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) and ICT Police for collection of fines for traffic violations through branch less, network , internet and mobile banking; (b) whether it is a fact that NBP has outsourced the said job to a third party, if so, the details and reasons thereof; (c) whether NBP was authorized to outsource that job to a third party under the terms of the said MoU, if not, the corrective measures being taken by the Government in this regard; (d) whether NBP receives any amount in connection with the collection of fines for traffic violations after outsourcing the same to a third party, if so, the details thereof; and (e) the authority which approved collection of bank service charges @ Rs. 25/- for e-ticketing and Rs. 10/- for manual system from the traffic violators?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to refer to the Senate Starred Question No. 51, replied on 10th October, 2018 and state the steps being taken by the Government to re-allocate the funds for the payment of honoraria for fiscal years 2016-17 and 2017-18 as announced by the then Finance Minister for officers / officials of ICT police and Special Branch Police who performed duties during the budget sessions of the respective fiscal years?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names, designations, BPS and names of the departments of the persons working in BPS 11 to 16 in the Constitutional bodies from whose salaries income tax is being deducted indicating also the details of amount deducted during the last five years in each case; and (b) whether it is a fact that despite the income tax deduction from the salaries of the said employees, they are not included / considered as income tax filers, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which they will be declared as income tax filers?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the amount of domestic debts obtained by the Government during the last ten years with year wise break up?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) the criteria laid down for checking the quality of local and imported beverages and bottled water in the country; (b) the names of brands of beverages and water quality of which was checked during the last one year; and (c) the names of the said brands quality of which was found substandard indicating also the action taken against them?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Alumni and Placement officer of the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) is working in a private organization, if so, the details and reasons thereof;and (b) whether the competent authority has granted permission to the said officer for doing job in the private organization, if so, the law or rules under which the same has been granted and if not,the action taken / being taken against that officer?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names and thematic area of the registered and unregistered NGOs working in the country with province wise break up indicating also the number of persons working in each of the same; and (b) the details of organizations and foreign countries which have provided aid / funds to the said NGOs during the last five years?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the foreign reserves have dropped from $ 16 billion to $ 8 billion and the country suffered a loss of Rs.2800 billion during the period from 17th August to 10th October,2018, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that investors lost Rs. 794 billion in stock exchange during the said period, if so, the reasons thereof;and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to overcome the economic crisis in the country?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the recent devaluation of Rupee against Dollars (about 12 rupee) is unprecedented in the history of the country and has consequently led to surge of Rs. 902 billions in our national debt; and (b) if so, the reasons of this record devaluation of Rupee; indicating also the strategy of the Government to counter this crises and the time by which it will come out of the crises?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reform be pleased to state whether work is being done on western route of CPEC, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the amount of loan granted by IMF to Pakistan during the last ten years indicating also the amount spent on mega projects in Balochistan out of the same?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) the amount allocated for Balochistan in PSDP during the last five years; (b) the number of PSDP projects completed in Balochistan during the said period; (c) the names and date of launching of the ongoing PSDP projects in Balochistan; and (d) the names of new projects approved in PSDP for the said province during that period with year wise and district wise break up indicating also the amount allocated for each of same?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) the number of officers and officials working in the Ministry of Planning, Development and Reforms at present with grade wise breakup; and (b) the number of officers and officials from the province of Balochistan working in the said Ministry with grade wise and district wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a debt of Rs. 27.6 billion of Utility Stores Corporation is pending for the last seven years, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the said debt could not be paid during that period, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the details of persons responsible for the same?
