Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that amount is still being collected under the head of Neelum-Jehlum surcharge in electricity bills despite the fact that the Neelum-Jehlum project has been completed; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to change the head of the said surcharge from Neelum-Jehlum to Bashah and Mohmand in order to finance those projects, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that FGEHF has allotted plots in Sector G-14/1,2 and 3, Islamabad, in 2004 but the allottees are not yet allowed to construct houses thereon, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which they will be allowed to construct their houses; and (b) the details of award distributed among the land owners of the said sector?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the number of rooms in Federal Lodges (Qasr-e-Naz) Karachi with and without the facility of air-condition, separately; (b) the number of air conditioners installed in the said lodges with date wise break up indicating also the number of functional air conditioners out of the same; and (c) the mechanism laid down for carrying out the maintenance work of electricity, air conditioners and other facilities installed in those lodges?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation has entered into an agreement with the Supreme Court Bar Association for allotment of plots to the lawyers and Judges of Higher Judiciary, if so, the law / rules under which that agreement has been made indicating also the terms and conditions of the same; (b) whether land for the said scheme has been purchased, if so, the location thereof indicating also the procedure adopted for the same; and (c) whether it is a fact that land has been / is being acquired forcibly for the said scheme, if so, the reasons thereof; and (d) the names of the judges and lawyers of higher Judiciary who have applied for allotment of plots in that scheme so far?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state the budget and supplementary grants allocated for and expenditure made by the Prime Minister’s House during the last five years with year wise and head wise break up?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the project for construction of “D” and “E” type apartments in wafaqi colony, Lahore which was expected to be completed in 2012, has not been completed so far, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the present Government for early completion of the said apartments?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the progress made so far on the Officers’ Housing Scheme Kurri road, which was launched by the Pakistan Housing Authority in 2012; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to expedite work on the said scheme, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state whether it is a fact that initial short listing for new recruitments in NAB is carried out by third party if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the details of items, machinery, material etc. purchased from abroad by the Ministry of Housing and Works, its attached departments, corporations, authorities and other entities under its administrative control since July, 2013 indicating also the names of countries and companies from which the same were purchased; (b) whether it is a fact that the said items were being manufactured or were available in Pakistan, if so, the reasons for purchasing the same from abroad; (c) whether it is also a fact that a number of officers visited the said countries, in connection with the said purchases, on the expenses of companies / firms from which those items were purchased, if so, the names and designations of such officers indicating also the duration of their stay in the said countries; and (d) the authority which granted permission for the said visits?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state the details of mechanism devised for provision of emergency relief to areas affected by natural disasters in the country?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the GSP plus status was awarded to Pakistan with a condition for improvement in status of Human Rights in Pakistan, if so, the steps taken by the Government in this regard so far?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the date of launching of the Barakahu Housing Scheme by the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation; and (b) whether it is a fact that the sites of Green Enclave I & II of the said scheme have not been developed so far, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the expected date of completion of the same?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the National Accountability Bureau has taken over the administrative Control of Eden Housing Society, Lahore, if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the NAB has asked the members /affectees of the said society to submit applications for repayment of their dues, if so, the number of applications received by NAB in this regard; and (c) the rate at which payment / reimbursement would be made to the said applicants indicating also the time by which the same will be made?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state the number of cases pending in the Supreme Court and the High Courts at the present?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) the details of the project for construction of Khazana Dam in Balochistan indicating also the location, estimated cost, date of issuance of tender, amount at which the tender was awarded and expected date of completion of the same; (b) the name of area / location where survey was conducted for construction of the said dam; (c) whether that dam is being constructed on the said location, if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) the name of authority which selected the location where the said dam is being constructed?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the names, designations and names of departments of the persons who have been allotted two or more Government accommodations with possessions by the Estate Office in Islamabad indicating also reasons for the same; (b) whether the Government Accommodation Allocation Rules, 2002 allows allotment of more than one accommodation to one person at the same time, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether it is a fact that the said allotments have been made by the Estate Office in violation of the relevant rules, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to identify the officials responsible for the same and rectify the malpractices in the allotment of Government accommodations?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the number of housing schemes launched or completed by the Government in Gawadar since 2002; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to launch any new housing scheme in the said city?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Supreme Court of Pakistan has constituted a Commission to probe into alleged corruption committed in the execution of New Balakot City project and other development projects executed by ERRA in District Mansehra after the October, 2005 earthquake, if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to present copy of the report of the said Commission before the Senate?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Office of the Federal Ombudsman for Protection Against Harassment of women at work place has deputed its representatives in the provinces of Punjab and Sindh but the same have not been deputed in the Provinces of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to depute representatives of the said office in those provinces, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the time by which elections on Provincial Assembly seats will be held in FATA in the light of the 25th Constitutional Amendment; and (b) the progress made so far on the delimitation of the constituencies for Provincial Assembly in FATA and the time by which the same will be completed?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 162 replied on 18th April, 2017 and state whether it is a fact that no progress has been made by the Government regarding payment of compensation to the affectees and vacation of land of the sub-sector G-14/1, Islamabad so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be got vacated and possession of plots will be handed over to the allottees?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Pakistan is facing the issue of water scarcity, if so, the steps taken by the Government to resolve the issue, to store water and for desalination the sea water so far?
