Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to accord the status of International Airport to the Airport in Skardu, if so, when, and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of unserviceable airplanes with PIA at present, indicating also the reasons for the same; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to purchase new airplanes for PIA, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of items, machinery, material etc. purchased from abroad by the Aviation Division, its attached departments, corporations, authorities and other entities under its administrative control since July, 2013 indicating also the names of countries and companies from which the same were purchased; (b) whether it is a fact that the said items were being manufactured or were available in Pakistan, if so, the reasons for purchasing the same from abroad; (c) whether it is also a fact that a number of officers visited those countries, in connection with the said purchases, on the expenses of companies / firms from which those items were purchased, if so, the names and designations of such officers indicating also the duration of their stay in those countries; and (d) the authority which granted permission for the said visits?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that a private airline has been provided space for flight kitchen at New Islamabad International Airport but the same has not been provided to PIA, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether any standard operating procedure have been formulated to monitor security and operation of cyber communications in the country, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the majority of Pakistani expatriates in Malaysia belong to the Province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, yet there are no flights operating between Bacha Khan International Airport and Malaysia, if so, the time by which flights will be operated on the said route?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state: (a) the number of new and used vehicles imported in the country during the last five years with country wise break up; and (b) the names of companies, dealers or persons who imported the said vehicles indicating also the number of vehicles imported by each of them?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of private airlines operating in the country at present indicating also the number of airplanes owned by each of the same; (b) the revenue being received by the Government from the said airlines under different heads; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to allow more private airlines to operate domestic and International flights in the country, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of PIA cargo staff found involved in taking out valuables from the luggage of passengers during the last five years and the action taken against them; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to control the said stealing by that staff?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the details of financial and other foreign assistance received in connection with various projects of climate change during the last five years; and (b) the details of utilization of the said assistance?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the present Government has given an amount of Rs. 17 billion as bailout package to PIA, if so, the details thereof; (b) the details of bailout packages provided to PIA during the last ten years indicating also the impact of those packages on the financial crises of PIA; and (c) the steps taken by the Government during the last three months to make PIA a profitable organization?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state the value in rupees of trade made by Pakistan with different countries during the last five years, with year wise break up?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to refer to the Senate Starred Question No. 72, replied on 16th November, 2018 and state: (a) the date on which Board of Officers (BOO) was constituted by PCAA to assess the possibility of construction of new terminal building equipped with essential facilities for the operation of international flights at the Skardu Airport indicating also the time by which its proceedings will be finalized; and (b) whether the Planning, Finance and other relevant Divisions /Authorities are being consulted in the said process, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state: (a) the quantity and value of chromite exported to China during the last five years; and (b) whether it is a fact that the export of chromite has declined during the last two years, if so, the reasons thereof, indicating also steps taken by the government to control that decline?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state: (a) the names of countries to which exports from Pakistan decreased during the last five years; and (b) whether any action has been taken against the Commercial Councilors / officers posted in those countries on account of the said decrease in exports during that period, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Provinces of Balochistan and Sindh are facing drought and now Pakistan Meteorological Survey has issued a Drought Alert-III, if so, the details thereof, indicating also the steps being taken by the Government to mitigate the situation?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the make and model of cars owned by Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal at present, indicating also the names of persons using the same?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state the steps taken by the present government to improve trade relations with South Africa and to increase exports to that country so far?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state the steps taken by the present Government to improve trade relations with Turkey and to increase exports to that country so far?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the names, grades, educational qualifications, place of domicile and names of departments of the persons who were appointed on deputation or transfer basis in PIA during the last five years indicating also the reasons for the same in each case and details of those who have been repatriated to their parent departments so far; and (b) the names, grades educational qualifications and place of domicile of the PIA employees whose services have been placed on the disposal of other departments through appointment on deputation or transfer basis during the said period indicating also the reasons for the same in each case and the details of those who have returned to PIA so far?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that PIA has recently terminated the contracts of fifty employees including three Pilots, whose licenses have also been cancelled, on account of holding fake degrees, if so, the reasons for their recruitment indicating also the action taken against those involved in their recruitment process?
