Will the Minister for Education, Trainings and Standards in Higher Education be pleased to state: (a) whether the High Court imposed ban on re-employment after retirement in Universities; (b) the number of persons re-employed after retirement in the Universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa during the last three years separately; (c) the number of additional portfolios held by the Vice Chancellor of. Abdul Wall Khan University at present; and (d) whether said appointments are Illegal; if so the steps being taken by the government in this regard?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Secretariat be pleased to state: (a) the value of medicine provided to each member of parliament under the head of local purchase from the parliament dispensary during the period from March 2008 to March 2013 alongwith the procedure adopted therefor; (b) whether formal audit is conducted of such local purchase; if so, the brief findings of the audit conducted during the last five years; and (c) the justification of provision of aforesaid medicine to the members of Parliament?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Secretariat be pleased to state: (a) whether the nursing staff working in the PIMS/Polyclinic is not using gloves while providing treatment to the patients in the hospitals; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the total amount of funds provided for adopting such precautionary measures in the Federal Government Hospitals during the year 2012-13 till date alongwith the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether a train plying from Jacokabad to Karachi (via Dadu, Johi and Sitta) has been suspended/discontinued by Pakistan Railways; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the time by which the said train will be restored?

Will the Minister for Education, Trainings and Standards in Higher Education be pleased to state: (a) the amount of current budget of Higher Education Commission (HEC) alongwith the amount spent so far; (b) the total number of persons sent abroad on scholarship for Ph.D courses alongwith the number of said persons who returned to Pakistan during the last five years; and (c) whether any integrated system for teacher?s training has been evolved; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Secretariat be pleased to state: (a) the location-wise total number of Agro Farm Houses of CDA in Islamabad at present; and (b) the names and addresses of allottees thereof?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state the steps taken by the Government to remove Pakistan Railways deficit alongwith the results achieved therefrom so far?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Secretariat be pleased to state: (a) the percentage of quota fixed for employment for Balochistan province; (b) the number of persons employed during the last five years in each of the Government departments against Balochistan quota alongwith names, parentage, city, Tehsil and district-wise breakup thereof; and (c) whether it is a fact that the persons belonging to other provinces having fake domiciles are employed against Balochistan?s quota; if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Secretariat be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that only one Golf Club was planned in the Master Plan of Islamabad; and (b) whether it is also a fact that there are more than one Golf Club In Islamabad at present; if so, the justification thereof?
