Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether PIA has conducted an assessment of passenger load from Peshawar to Islamabad and Lahore to Malaysia; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that private national and international airlines carry maximum number of passengers from the said cities to Malaysia; (c) if so, is there any proposal under consideration to start flights from the said cities to Malaysia; (d) if so, time by which, such operations of flights will be started and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the present Government has a unique approach for tourism and is desirous to provide access to tourists to the tourism sites of the country; (b) whether it is also a fact that the valley Choralai has the area of one lac and 64 thousands acre and the respected Prime Minister has visited the said vally and has promised for construction of a road; (c) if so, whether the Government plans to construct a road to valley Choralai; if not, the reasons therefor?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) when was TV fee included in the electricity bills; (b) the rate of such fee at the time of its inclusion in the electricity bills, and number of times it was increased thereafter along with details thereof; (c) the legal authority empowering the Government to first charge such fee to general public, include it in the electricity bills and increase its rate; (d) the details of mutual contract of PTV and electricity companies for collection and deposit thereof in PTV’s accounts; (e) years-wise collection of such fee from each distribution company and deposit thereof in the accounts of electricity during the last ten years; and (f) what is procedure of reconciliation of such collection and deposit by PTV and collecting companies?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any plan to connect Gwadar with Chabahar of Iran by Railways line; (b) if so, whether there is any such plan under consideration of the Government alongwith the time by which said Railways track will be constructed?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that all the Universities are being regulated under the charter of Higher Education Commission prescribing all the details including the land/areas facilities like hostels, etc. which are not available in all the Colleges/Universities of Islamabad having students coming from the entire country; (b) whether these Universities fulfill the criteria of HEC which is a regularity authority; and (c) whether the authorities concerned will ensure the facilities of hostels; if so, details; if not, reasons thereof?
