Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the details of lawsuits which have been filed against the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in International Courts of arbitrations, since its inception along with present status thereof separately; (b) the grounds of each said lawsuit upon filed in said Courts against the NAB along with expenditure incurred thereupon separately till now; (c) whether NAB has conducted internal inquires at its own to examine failures on their part that forced the other party to file such lawsuits in International Courts of Law; if so, the details thereof; and (d) the amount which has been paid by the NAB to complainants parties as damage/fine or under the head of any other nomenclature in view of decisions of International Courts?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the procedure adopted for appoint of every officer working in the NAB at present alongwith the prescribed method of their recruitment; (b) details of each employee including their parent departments absorbed in the bureau alongwith procedure adopted therefor; (c) whether educational qualifications of each employee were verified from respective educational institutions and regulatory bodies and such credentials were examined with reference to their service record; if so, the details thereof; 3 (d) the irregularities reported in the process of making appointments in the bureau and fake educational credentials of several employees were also found; if so, the details thereof; and (e) steps being taken by the Government to address the menace of illegal appointments in the NAB and make accountable those who have submitted fake educational credentials?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the price at which petrol is being sold in the country at present; and (b) the kind of taxes being charged with detail thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that most of the Gas consumers installed pressure pumps/suckers in their houses due to the low Gas pressure in winter season; (b) the steps being taken by the Government in this regard; and (c) the number of persons found involved therein and the details of action taken against them?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that tenure of Mr. Muhammad Hanif, GM, SNGPL, Faisalabad has been completed; (b) if so, when new GM will be posted in Faisalabad?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the present Government to eradicate corruption from Government departments so far; and (b) the names of departments whose performance and financial audit is planned to be under taken at present?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the time by which work of conversion of Thakot Grid Station from 33 KV to 132 KV would be completed; and (b) whether electricity connection from Alai Power House is included in the Thakot Grid Station Program; if so, the time by which it will be implemented; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Northern by-pass of Karachi which links the Karachi Port Trust to National Highway and Super Highway is a single road due to which accidents are occurring repeatedly; (b) if so, the time by which the dual road will be completed?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Motorway Toll Tax is being increased biannually; if so, the justification for increasing the toll two times in a year; and (b) the name of authority that approved the said increase?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that road from Chakdara-Timergara, Akhagram-Dir and Kalkatak-Chitral of N-45 has been approved by the Government; (b) whether it is also a fact that a portion from Timergara to Akhagram is not included in the project; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to include the said portion in the existing project?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken for physical safety of Linemen in various DISCOS; and 10 (b) the number of Linemen in HESCO-SEPCO who were killed due to electrocution while performing duties during last one year?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan ratified ‘United Nations Convention on Rights of Persons with Disabilities (2006)’ on 5th July 2011 but have not submitted its preliminary report by September 2011 for meeting deadline or subsequent deadlines and so far has not submitted even a single report to the relevant UN Committee; if so, reasons for non-compilation and non-submission of initial report and subsequent periodical reports by Pakistan on the implementation of UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities; (b) the time by which Pakistan’s periodical reports on ‘UN’ Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities will be submitted by sharing of its draft with Parliament before submission to relevant UN body?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that extension of Metro Bus Project from Peshawar Morr to New Islamabad International Airport is facing delay due to lack of interest by the Government; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the steps being taken by the Government to complete the said project; and (c) the time by which said project will be completed?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the details of importing cargo (R)LNG orders in the country since January, 2018 till date; (b) whether it is a fact that such orders were later reduced to half; if so, the justification thereof; (c) the details and name of authority which made such decision to reduce the number of cargoes of (R)LNG; (d) whether it is also a fact that such reduction/cancellation/ rescheduling had forced the Government to pay millions of dollars under the heads of rescheduling of idle terminal charges etc. if so, the details thereof; (e) if the answer to parts (a), (b), (c) and (d) above are in the affirmative, is there any plan to investigate reduce/cancel/ reschedule such orders and make the responsibles accountable for the same; if so, action taken; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited and Sui Southern Gas Company Limited had posted/earned profit in recent years; if so, the details of last five years; (b) if both the entities had posted profit in recent years, the justification of deficit of 157 billion or so, as it is claimed by the Government alongwith components of such deficit in clear terms; and (c) whether the amount of aforesaid deficit has been spent or invested on some projects; if so, the details thereof; and (d) whether the Gas entities or Government earned profit or are expected to earn profit on such spending or investment in coming years; if so, the details thereof;?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the names of the companies from whom all the DISCOs of WAPDA procure the transformers and cables alongwith the details thereof; 17 (b) the names of companies whose transformers and cables are sub-standard and whether all the electric appliances of poor consumers are often burnt due to cable fluctuation; if so, the steps being taken to control this alongwith complete details; and (c) the details of modern technology being adopted to control to said line losses?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state the location-wise new Motorways being constructed in Sindh by the present Government?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the National Assembly Constituency-wise total number of Gas schemes approved for the province of Punjab during the last five years; (b) the National Assembly Constituency-wise total number of Gas schemes that will be approved for the said province in the near future; and 18 (c) the National Assembly constituency-wise details of funds released for the said schemes so far?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to establish the Hazara Electric Supply Company?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the step taken for solution of low electricity voltage problem in District Karak; and (b) the time by which132 KV Grid Station will be constructed in Tehsil Banda Daud Shah to improve low voltage?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the cases which were initiated under Suo Moto notice by the former Chief Justice; (b) the total amount recovered from those persons whose details of loans borrowed from national exchequer were presented before the Supreme Court; and (c) the persons who are responsible for not recovering the amount of loan despite lapse of time limit given by the Supreme Court for recovery of loans?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the number of works of Augmentation and low voltage LV proposal from WAPDA Head completed and delayed at Shanto, Siah, Dahib and Kishaan of District Kalat; and (b) whether it is a fact that LV proposal and five Transformers burst frequently at Kishaan; if so, the time by which new transformers will be installed by the Government under Augmentation?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the price of per unit, electricity which is charged to consumers at present; (b) the criteria, which is adopted to calculate electricity bills for consumers at present; 22 (c) whether it is a fact that Government has, recently changed the methodology of calculation of electricity bills for consumers; if so, the details thereof; (d) whether it is also a fact that due to change of methodology of calculation of electricity bills, consumers who consume less unit, have to pay more amount of bills, as compare to payable amount of such bills as compare to payable amount of such bills previously; if so, the justification thereof; and (e) what steps being taken by the Government to give maximum relief to those who use less units of electricity?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state whether it is a fact that NHA has separated National Highway Road from Hingorja to District Khairpur city by a wall from National Highway at the distance of more than one mile and there is no crossing to the city and vehicles are helplessly driven on the wrong side on both sides by the users causing a number of accidents; if so, the time by which NHA will arrange crossing to the city; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the term and conditions on which the contract to establish petrol pumps as well as petrol reservoirs on Pakistan Motorways has been awarded to Hascol Petroleum; (b) the details of the facilities which Pakistan Motorways is bound to provide/utilize in respect of purchase of land and establishment of colonies in the surrounding areas of Chakeri Interchange by the said company?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state the action taken against those officers who have dual nationality and domicile?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the feeder-wise line losses of Sanghar, Hyderabad District and Sindhri feeder at present alongwith the details of village-wise recoverable amount thereof; and (b) the action taken by the department against provision of illegal connections?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the arrangements made by the Government for maintenance and development of green belts of the Motorways from Peshawar to Multan during the last five years; (b) the sector wise expenditure incurred for removal of wild plants and grass from the said green belts during the said period; and (c) whether the said green belts are maintained by the employees of National Highways Authority or through contractors alongwith performance report on the work done by the contractor sector-wise during the said period?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the procedure for checking the quantity of Petroleum products being sold at the rate of per litre at the petrol pumps; (b) whether the quantity of litre at the petrol pumps is being checked only once or it is repeated from time to time; (c) if checked once, the reasons for not checking from time to time; if checked from time to time, the details thereof; and (d) the names of petrol pumps selling reduced quantities of petroleum products and charging for standard quantity of a litre alongwith the action taken against them?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to disconnect illegal Electricity connections and to stop power pilferage throughout the country alongwith the action being taken against the officials involved in the power pilferage?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether the Gas pipelines connected to Block No.7, Category-V, I-9/4, Islamabad are old and blocked; (b) whether excessive Gas load shedding is made in said Block as compared to other Blocks; if so, the action taken by the authority to curb the said issue; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration to change/replace old pipelines connected to the said Block; if so, the time by which it will be completed?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that cemented polls erected in 1990 in village Gagi Wahan, Tehsil Sobbo Dero, District Sanghar have collapsed and almost 70% population is deprived of electricity; (b) whether it is also a fact that attention of the Power Division has been invited towards this matter but the XEN, SEPCO, Ranipur has refused to listen to this issue and some people are using electricity by installing wooden poles; 8 (c) if so, why action has not been taken against responsible public servants so far and the time by which poles will be erected?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) criterion conditions for promotion of officers from BPS-17 to 20 in DISCOs, NTDC and PEPCO; and (b) details of weightage of different evaluation factors for promotion from BPS-17 to 20 in DISCOs, NTDC and PEPCO?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite depositing the amount of demand notice under the Account No.67023182123 and bill ID No.670901080186 dated 22-01-2019 by a resident of Chak No.82-JB, Jagatpur, Pensara, Dijkot Road Faisalabad the authorities concerned have failed to provide him natural Gas; (b) whether it is also a fact that despite submitting applications under the Customer ID 9782173951 dated 03-11-2016 of a resident of Chak 81-JB, Pandori Dijkot Road Pensara Road Faisalabad and Customer ID 2213388535 dated 09-04-2013 of a resident of Chak No.82-JB, Jagatpur, Pensara Road, Dijkot Road, Faisalabad the authorities concerned have failed to issue them demand notice for the provision of natural Gas; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken to provide natural Gas to aforesaid at earliest?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether General Manager, SNGPL, District Gujranwala had requested Senior General Manager (D/N), SNGPL Head Office, Lahore vide its Memo No. GDD-54/1844 dated 23-01-2018 for allotment of Job Number alongwith detailed 10 list of material required for laying of mains at Mohallah Gulshan-e-Imran Colony, Mandokhel, District, Gujranwala previously NA-98 and presently NA-82, District Gujranwala; (b) if so, the steps taken or being for the allotment of above said job number and release of requisite material as stated above?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Chakdra-Chitral and Chitral- Shindor road is included in CPEC; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, the time by which work is to be started on said roads and the duration of its completion thereof?

Will the Minister for Defence Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that during the tenures of previous Government the employees of subordinate institution Pakistan Ordnance Factories, Wah Cantt were granted two advance increments and 25 percent special allowance while employees of Heavy Industries Taxila were deprived of these incentives; and (b) whether present Government intends to provide similar incentives to the employees of both institutions by abolishing this discrimination?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the survey has been conducted for supply of Gas to the village Kot Abbas Shaheed, Tehsil and District Multan during the last four years till date; (b) whether it is also a fact that the funds for supply of Gas to the said village have been released during the said period; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the time by which Gas will be supplied to the said village?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the number of projects for the provision of Gas were approved during the period 2008 to 2013 in Sargodha Constituency No. NA-91 previous NA-67 including the details of said projects; (b) the name of projects which have been started alongwith the latest status of them and the complete detail of accomplished/continued and incomplete projects; and (c) the reasons for issuing the work orders of those which were not started so far alongwith the time by which they will be started?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the total number of transformers available as alternate with PESCO Chitral, so that they could be used in emergency in case of a burned transformer; and (b) the time by which establishment of workshop for the repair of transformers would be possible?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state the steps taken or being taken by the Government against the rapid increase of women honour killings in the country?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to link District Dadu with Karachi Motorway; if so, the time by which it will be implemented; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) is it true that NEPRA in its tariff determinations for RFO based Independent Power Producers (IPPs) producing power from reciprocating engines allowed 15% equity IRR & 45% average thermal efficiency over tariff control period of 25 years to these IPPs, whereas in actual operations these are achieving higher efficiency; (b) is it true that IPPs reportedly are deriving much higher profit over & above 15% IRR fixed by NEPRA in the original tariff determination order; and (c) has the Power Division or NEPRA ever work out to find out this aspect of consumer interests and recover the profit earned over and above the 15% equity IRR fixed by NEPRA from the IPPs and refund it back to the consumers?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the name and place of domiciles of employees working in the Power Division and its subordinate offices/departments; (b) the number of employees recruited on province-wise quota in said Ministry; and (c) the number of posts lying vacant in said Ministry alongwith the time by which the said posts will be filled?
