Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Ministry for implementation of Early Childhood Education (ECE) as per National Education Policy Framework (2018) launched on 27th November 2018; and (b) the details of financial resources allocated by the Government for this purpose including schedule of national level dialogue for promotion of ECE; and (c) the improvement brought in the learning in early grades during financial year 2018-19?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) when Higher Education Commission (HEC) will recognize the Islamabad Campus of Al Khair University, Mirpur, AJK alongwith details of disciplines, which were allowed to be taught in the campus; (b) the details of degrees alongwith name and discipline of each degree holder, which have been recognized of the aforesaid campuses by HEC, since the date of recognition of the campus; (c) whether it is a fact that HEC announced an amnesty scheme to recognize degrees of all colleges/campuses of Al Khair University in contrary to the judgments of Islamabad and Peshawar High Courts; if so, the justification and legal backing of such scheme; (d) whether degrees, which were recognized as mentioned above in part (b) before the announcement of the said amnesty scheme, are considered legal; if so, the reasons thereof; and (e) whether HEC will announce such scheme for any other educational institution?
