Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reform be pleased to state: (a) the details of big projects whose approval have been given for launching in the four provinces by the present Government; (b) the steps taken by the present Government for fair and just distribution of resources amongst the four provinces; and (c) the fields which require development on equal footings in the four provinces?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Tax Administration Reform project was initiated in recent years to enhance the tax collection; (b) if so, the present status of the project; (c) total expenditure incurred thereupon up till now; (d) whether it is also a fact that such reform project proved detrimental to tax collection and in particular the project is becoming supportive to leakage of billions of rupees of sale tax every year; (e) if so, the details of collection of Sale Tax for the five years before the project and after the project; and (f) the steps being taken by the Government to fix this mess?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of times spillway of Rawal Dam opened during the last two months alongwith the quantity of water released and the details thereof; (b) the head under which the said released water was used; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to store the releasing water again; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the increase made in the loans, both domestic and foreign against Pakistan since August, 2018 till date?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether the Federal Board of Revenue invited applications or it was approached otherwise for approval of independent certification agency, which is required under clause (g) of sub-rule (2) or rule 211 of Income Tax Rules, 2002, except the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy since the promulgation of rules; if so, the details thereof; if such applications were not invited, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that since the PCP is only approved certification agency at present it is free to charge fee at its own terms, and it is also contrary to spirit of competitiveness; (c) whether it is also a fact that non- registration of any other agency even after the lapse of 17 years proves nexus between FBR and PCP; (d) the steps being taken by the Government to invite other agency to get approval of FBR, as required in said rules; and (e) the details of taxes and other exemptions, which are extended to PCP at present?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that tax deduction on the purchase of 100 rupees mobile card or easy load is almost 50%; (b) the justification of such huge tax deduction on said card of easy load; and (c) is there an proposal to decrease the tax deduction on said card or easy load; if so, how much tine it will take to decrease the same; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the exact amount, which was refunded, adjusted and rest with FBR as non-claimant against each of advance tax during the last five years; (b) if the exact amount of aforesaid account is not complied by FBR, is it not only tantamount to failure of FBR but also malpractice at the part of FBR; (c) if so, the corrective measures being taken to compile such figures and make the concerned authorities accountable; (d) whether it is a fact that different advance taxes, which include taxes on domestic electricity consumption, and on electricity bills are duplicate in nature; (e) whether it is also a fact that advance taxes, which are actually imposed on income of an individual or company, are transferred to end users by them; (f) if so, steps being taken by the Government to rationalize the imposition of advance taxes and remove undue burden to end users?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of cities in which foolproof security/safety has been provided under safe city project till date; (b) the number of cameras and security equipments installed under safe city project till date; (c) whether the said cameras and security equipments have been purchased by the Government of Pakistan on its own or they were procured with the help of a foreign institution or a state; (d) the number of cameras out of the said cameras and security equipments which are in working condition and the number of defective ones; (e) whether it is a fact that the installation and the replacement of defective equipments were avoided; (f) the number of incidents that surfaced during the investigation till date in which the equipments of safe city project were found defective on the crime scene incidents and video footage or other evidence could not be recorded?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount of grant given by the Malaysia to Pakistan during the tenure of present Government till date; and (b) the terms and conditions of the said grant?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether the Government is taking steps to provide interest free loans to farmers which will be repaid after the sale of their crops; if so; the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that reflective road studs or cateye that are used in the world to mark the lanes are used as speed breakers in Pakistan; (b) if the answer to part (a) is affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (c) the time by which those speed breakers will be removed in Islamabad especially from Street No.45, Sector I-8/2 Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Rawal Dam water reservoir is getting polluted day by day; (b) if so, the steps taken by the Government/ ICTs administration to eliminate this pollution?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) the total vehicles which were presented for auction; (b) the number of vehicles which have been sold so far; (c) whether it is a fact that despite conducting number of rounds of auctions at different levels and places thereof, number of vehicles could not be sold so far; (d) if so, the reasons thereof; and (e) the details of expenditure incurred upon the auction of such vehicles so far?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reform be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the National Economic Council is a constitutional body whose primary responsibility is to ensure balanced financial, commercial, social and economic development as guided by the Principles of Policy set out in Chapter 2 of Part-II of the Constitution and it has failed to ensure balanced financial, commercial, social and economic development across the country particularly in less developed areas of the country, especially in Balochistan during the recent years; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps taken or being taken by the NEC/Government and the mechanism be put in place for effective implementation of the various schemes for balanced socioeconomic development in less developed areas/districts?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Passport Office has been established in the private building in Kalat, while the it does not pay Electricity and Gas bills regularly and the transmission of power breaks down frequently making trouble for public due to this; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to establish official building for above said passport office and to pay utility bills regularly?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reform be pleased to state the details of Pakistan and China agreement signed to expand industrial cooperation in diverse fields and attract investment in special economic zones?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether administration of Islamabad Capital Territory has taken notice of illegal charging of parking/adda fee by persons from every passenger vehicle at Kallar Syedan Road, Rawat, which falls under the administrative control of Islamabad Capital Territory, despite the fact that Kallar Syedan Road at Rawat was not included in the contract for collecting parking/adda fee at GT road Rawat; if so, the details thereof; and (b) the steps being taken to stop such illegal charging of parking fee forthwith and hold the responsible persons/ accountable?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the names of persons to whom licenses of beer and wine have been issued in Islamabad Capital Territory during last two years; and (b) the details of amount received and revenue generated therefrom?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct roads and streets in Rehman Town and Model Valley, Sector H-15, Union Council No.45, Islamabad; if not, the reasons thereof; and (b) the time by which the construction work will be completed in the above said area?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the law and order situation in the country remained turbulent and damages were inflicted to the Government owned properties and the people but neither police took any action nor security agencies responded; (b) why our institutions did not take immediate action therefor; and (c) the steps being taken by Government to introduce reforms in these institutions?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether the State Bank of Pakistan being a regulator has taken notice of non-existence of any branch of a bank in Ballnigwar, a Sub-Tehsil of Tehsil Dasht, District Kharan despite a sizable population and for that reason people of this town have to travel for Turbat which is 90 kilometers away to deposit money or withdraw cash; if so, the details thereof; and (b) the steps being taken to pursue the matter and make either a commercial bank or National Bank open a branch on urgent basis in order to facilitate the people of the area?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government of Pakistan is borrowing fifteen billion rupees loans on daily basis; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that encroachments have been made by the people outside their houses in the Street No.52, 53, 54 and 49, Sector G-10/3, Islamabad causing traffic problems; (b) whether Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued notices to the residents to demolish the said encroachments; if so, the details thereof; (c) whether it is also a fact that the residents have made routine to let the water of their houses flow on road in the said streets due to which roads are deteriorating; and (d) the steps being taken by CDA to restrain the encroachers and control the said matter alongwith the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that no Tube Well was installed to supply water to Margalla Town Phase-II after its launching and water is being supplied to said phase from two Tube Wells of Phase-I; if so, reasons thereof; when the Phase-II was launched for living purposes; (b) the details of budget allocated for the installation of Tube Well to supply water to Phase-II; (c) the action taken by the Government against the responsible of said negligence; and (d) the details of budget allocated to supply water in Phase-II for current financial year alongwith the specific time by which new Tube Wells will be installed?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that full amount is received by the Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad, same was received three to four years before to allotment of plots in P-Block of the society; (b) whether it is also a fact that no possession of plot to any allottee has been given by the said society; (c) whether it is further a fact that no fixed date has been announced by the said society for provision of possession to allottees so far; (d) if the answer to parts (a) and (b) are in the affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (e) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to take action against the responsible thereof?
