Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state whether it is a fact that besides lack of facilities, like availability of water and light, the bogies are also insufficient in the trains operating between Quetta and Chaman, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to improve the same?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan Railways have 87 VVIP Saloons for the President, Prime Minister, Chairman 9 Senate, Federal Minister for Railways, other VVIPs and Railways Officers, if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether it is a fact that despite the non-use of the said saloons by those VVIPs, an annual amount of Rs. 4.27 billion is spent on the renovation of the same, if so, the reasons thereof and the steps being taken by the Government to abolish the same?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the details of funds committed under the CPEC agreement for the up gradation of Pakistan Railways; (b) whether there was any change in the allocation of the said funds after that agreement, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the details of utilization of the said funds so far, indicating also the details of up gradation made in Pakistan Railways or new routes initiated through those funds so far?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state the details of losses suffered by Pakistan Railways during the current fiscal year and the steps taken by the Government to bring it out of its financial crisis?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the financial deficit losses of Pakistan railways has decreased during the tenure of present Government, if so, the details thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to completely eradicate the said deficit losses of Pakistan Railways?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: 13 (a) the number of locomotives owned by Pakistan Railways indicating also the number of those functional out of the same; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to purchase new locomotives for Pakistan Railways, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state the number of locomotives with the Pakistan railways which are under maintenance in different locomotives factories in the country at present indicating also the time by which the same will become operational?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the number of passenger and freight trains launched by the Government during the period from 2008 to 2012, 2013 to August 2018 and from August 2018 till now separately; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to launch new passenger and fright trains during the next five years, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the number of locomotives currently operating on railways tracks in the country; and (b) the expenditure incurred on the maintenance / repair of the said locomotives during the last one year?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the details of facilities being provided to passengers by Pakistan Railways in its trains; (b) whether it is a fact that the said facilities are not at par with international standards, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the provision and standard of the said facilities?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the gates installed at railways crossings in various cities of the country are old and in dilapidated condition, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to replace the said gates with electronic gates, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the details of maintenance work of Government accommodations carried out by CDA in Islamabad during the financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons working in the Ministry Interior its attached departments, authorities, corporations, autonomous/semi- autonomous bodies and organizations etc. at present with province wise break up; 28 (b) the number of seats of the quota of Balochistan in the said Ministry, department, authorities, corporations, autonomous/ semi- autonomous bodies and organizations etc. indicating also the number of persons belonging to Balochistan presently working against the said seats and; (c) the steps being taken by the Ministry to ensure compliance of provincial quota, particularly of the province of Balochistan in those entities?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: 29 (a) the fiscal deficit of Pakistan Railways during the financial year 2017-18 indicating also the percentage increase or decrease registered in the same during that year; and (b) the fiscal deficit of Pakistan Railways during the current financial year (2018-19) indicating also the percentage increase or decrease registered in the same?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the steps being taken by the present Government to send back illegal immigrants to their respective countries?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that no separate passport offices have been established for women in the country, if so, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish the same?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a huge volume of clean water is wasted on car washing and watering of plants through pipes in private houses in Islamabad; (b) whether any study has been conducted by the Government to measure the volume of water being wasted on car washing and watering of plants in Islamabad, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to ban car washing and watering of plants 33 through pipes in those houses in Islamabad, if so, the details thereof ?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state the expenditure incurred on advertisements for Chief Justice and the Prime Minister of Pakistan Diamer-Basha and Mohmand Dams Fund in electronic and print media with head wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the amount spent on the reconstruction and repairing of IJP road, Islamabad during the last five years; (b) whether it is a fact that the condition of the said road has deteriorated despite the fact that the same has recently been reconstructed, if so, the reasons thereof; (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to conduct an inquiry about the poor reconstruction of that road by the contractor, if so, the details thereof; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to reconstruct the said road ensuring the quality and standard of the construction work?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the percentage of development work completed so far in sector I-11/2, Islamabad, indicating also the present status of provision of electricity and natural gas to the same; and (b) whether it is a fact that the development work including provision of electricity and natural gas to the said sector has been delayed, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the time by which the same will be completed?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No.75, replied on 19th December, 2018 and to state: (a) the details of persons apprehended on account of making illegal / unauthorized transactions through ATMs and other means since January, 2018 and the amount recovered from them so far; (b) whether the amount recovered from the said persons was paid back to the persons affected; and (c) the steps being taken to conclude the investigation into such cases at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government for developing the green belts and dividers along different roads in Islamabad by planting more trees and ensuring their sustainability?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Pakistan Railways does not have its own Magistrate in Peshawar Division for the last five years, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which a regular Railways Magistrate will be appointed in that Division?
