Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the hospital waste is being thrown into the general garbage dumping sites in the Islamabad Capital Territory, if so, the details of law which prohibits the said practice indicating also the punishment prescribed in the same for violators?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the details of funds allocated for construction of civil/district courts (East) in the ICT at present, indicating also the time by which the same will be completed?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the criteria and qualifications prescribed for appointment against the post of Circle Registrar and other sanctioned posts in the Cooperative Societies Department, Islamabad Capital Territory Administration; (b) the rules which govern the appointments against the said posts in that department; (c) the names, designations, grades, educational qualifications, place of domicile and mode of appointment of the persons presently working in the said department; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the performance of that department?

Will the Minister for National History and Literary Heritage be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the Government to preserve the national heritage in the country since June,2013; and (b) the amount allocated for the said purpose since 2013-14 and details of its utilization with province wise break up?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the details of Cooperative Housing Societies which applied for issuance of NOCs by CDA during the last two years indicating also the number of the same which have been issued NOCs and the number of those whose cases are still under process?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make separate turn towards Park Road or construct a flyover at Rawal Dam Chowk, Islamabad, if so, the expected time by which work will be started and completed on the same; and (b) steps being taken by the Government to make the traffic flow smoother at the said chowk during peak hours in the morning and evening?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) Whether it is a fact that several markets in Islamabad were leased to the Punjab Cooperative Department at the time of establishment of Islamabad city, if so, the details thereof indicating also the time for which the said markets were given on lease; (b) Whether it is also a fact that ownership rights of a number of shops in the said markets have been transferred to the leases since then, if so, the details thereof; and (c) Whether it is further a fact that the said markets are in dilapidated condition at present, if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: 9 (a) the details of various cases registered in the FIA during the last three years indicating also the names and other particulars of the persons involved in those cases; and (b) the achievements of FIA in the said cases?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the details of freight trains being operated in the country at present; (b) the amount earned from the operation of the said trains during the fiscal year 2016-17; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to increase the number of those trains, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of complaints regarding online violence cyber bullying and digital harassment received by cyber crime wing of FIA during 2018-2019; and (b) the number of the said complaints disposed off / addressed so far indicating also the action taken against those who were found guilty in the same?
