Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the terms and conditions laid down for opening and operating of private schools in Islamabad indicating also the present status of implementation of the same; (b) whether it is a fact that a number of private schools have recently closed down their operation causing difficulties for their students, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether it is also a fact that the said schools are not paying back the refundable fee to parents of their students and 14 have unilaterally shifted the students to other schools without obtaining consent of their parents, if so, the remedial steps being taken by the Government in this regard to protect the interests of students?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that the raw material used by the cotton industry in Pakistan is being exported to other countries 15 due to which the prices of the same have been increased in the country , if so, the overall effect thereof on local industry; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to impose a ban on the export of the said raw material and to encourage export of finished value added goods of cotton, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination be pleased to refer to Senate starred question No.75, replied on 5th March, 2019 and state: (a) the date on which the Government formally asked the Pakistan Hockey Federation to furnish a report regarding the poor performance of Pakistan Hockey team in different International events indicating also the deadline/time frame given to the same for submission of the report; (b) whether the said Federation submitted the report within the stipulated period, if so, the details thereof; (c) the details of utilization of funds given to that Federation during the last five years with head wise breakup; and (d) the time by which the Auditor General of Pakistan will complete the forensic audit of the said Federation?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to refer to the Senate starred Question No. 84, replied on 5th March, 2019 and state: (a) the revenue collected from toll plazas on National Highways and Motorways during the period from 2013 to 2019 indicating also the amount utilized out of the same under the heads of routine and periodic maintenance and rehabilitation of NHA network in accordance with the RMA rules; and (b) the amount utilized on the maintenance and rehabilitation of GT road section from Lahore to Islamabad/Rawalpindi during the said period?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistan’s with reference to Senate starred question No. 76, replied on 5th March 2019, be pleased to state: (a) the details of international conventions signed by Pakistan regarding forced labour, indicating also the role of the Federal Government in implementation of the same of the 18th Constitutional Amendment; and (b) the role of the Federal Government in the implementation of Article 11(2) of the Constitution of the devolution of the subject of labour welfare as a result of the said Amendment?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the details of houses, shops and other properties on both sides of the NHA road from Chakdara to Mingora which were demolished in 2017-18 for extension of that road; (b) whether it is a fact that the owners of those houses and shops have not been paid any compensation so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which they will be paid the same; and (c) whether it is also a fact that instead of extension, the said road was only repaired / carpeted, if so, the reasons thereof?
