Advance (HBA) during the period from 1st January, 1998

to deduct the interest payable on the same so far; and
(c) whether it is a fact that the said employees are not eligible
to get new HBA on account of the failure of AGPR to
deduct the interest payable on their earlier HBA, if so, the
steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Court (IHC) in this regard, if so, the details thereof; and

reasons thereof and the time by which they will be issued
