Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the procedure being adopted by the provincial and regional offices of FBR in order to detect tax evaders using the information provided by whistle blowers and the average time being taken in detecting those evaders; and (b) the name of authority that receives the final report of this investigation and issues the final directions in this regard?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the details of inquiries authorized by the Prime Ministers against the officers serving in grade 20 and above in FBR under the Efficiency and Disciplinary Rules of 1973 during the last ten years i.e. from 2009 to 2012 and from 2013 to 2018 separately; and (b) the number of officers who were proved guilty in the said enquiries in the respective periods and the details of fines / punishments awarded to them in each case?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the circular debt of the power sector has surged to an unprecedented level of Rs. 1400 billion, if so, the steps taken / being taken by the present Government to control the same; and (b) the planning made by the Government to pay off the said debt?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state:(a) the amount of foreign loans against Pakistan at present; (b) the principal amount and the amount of interest being paid back by Pakistan on account of the said loans on annual basis; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to get rid of the foreign loans?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the names of automobile companies working in Pakistan indicating also the details of vehicles being manufactured by each of them; and (b) the percentage of increase made by the said companies in the prices of their vehicles during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) the number of projects which were sent by each Provincial Government to the Ministry of Planning, Development and Reforms for approval during the last four years, indicating also the details of projects which were approved out of the same; and 6 (b) the details of the said projects which were not approved during the said period indicating also the reasons for not approving the same in each case?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the share of undocumented sectors in Pakistan’s economy; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to document the said sectors?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) the details of agreement signed between National university of Science and Technology (NUST) and Chartered Institute of Management, England for collaboration in Research and exchange of students and faculties in 2013 indicating also the progress made on the same so far; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make further progress on the said agreement, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether the present Government has taken any initiative to seek membership of the Egmont Group, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether it is a fact that consensus could not be developed between the Federal Government and the Provinces over the NFC award following 2010, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which a consensus would be reached and the award would subsequently be announced?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic affairs be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the rate of inflation in the country has raised substantially during the tenure of the present Government, if so, the rate of increase in the inflation during last few months and the steps being taken by the Government to control the same?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the growth rate of Pakistan has decreased from 5.8% in 2017-18 to 3.7% during 2018-19, if so, the reasons thereof and the steps being taken by the Government to counter the situation and increase that growth?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names, designation and names of departments of the Government employees who obtained House Building Advance (HBA) during the period from 1st January, 1998 to 30th December, 2002; (b) the number of the said employees whose principal amount of HBA has fully been deducted by the AGPR but it failed to deduct the interest payable on the same so far; and (c) whether it is a fact that the said employees are not eligible to get new HBA on account of the failure of AGPR to deduct the interest payable on their earlier HBA, if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that FPSC after conducting the test and interview had recommended the names(s) of candidate(s) for filling the post of publications officers in Statistics Division during the year 2018, if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is also fact that the candidate(s) could not be issued offer letters due to a case in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) in this regard, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the IHC has now disposed of the said case but the candidates recommended by the FPSC have still not been issued offer letters, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which they will be issued offer letters for appointment?
