Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that work on Samarbagh express line is continued since last three years but it has not been completed till date and as a result electricity is not being transmitted to fifteen (15) villages of vicinity and the masses are facing hardships; (b) if so, the time by which the said work will be completed by the Government?
