Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the number of Pakistani students in Cuba alongwith detail of those who are studying on scholarship at present; and (b) the number of students getting education in medical on scholarship over there?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has notified any norms or guidelines to various industries in the country to control pollution; (b) if so, the details thereof along with the norms notified for regulating the outflow of treated effluents and emissions thereof; (c) the number of industries including Steel and Iron Units which violated those norms/guidelines during the last three years; and (d) the action taken by the Government against those industries?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether performance of Federal Government with reference to performance of Federal Ministers, Ministers of State, Advisors and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister has been evaluated since the inception of the present Government if so, the benchmark upon which such evaluation was conducted along with finding of such evaluation thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the total number of inspections of universities conducted by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) during the last five years including the current year; (b) the university-wise total number of directives issued by the HEC during said inspections; (c) whether those universities have violated the said directives; (d) if so, the action taken by the Government against those universities; and (e) whether it is a fact that certain universities chartered by the respective provinces have set up their campus in Islamabad in particular and other cities in general if so, the details thereof along with legitimate status of such campus along with the action taken by the Government against illegal campuses thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of private schools in the Federal Capital which have not so far been registered; (b) whether any incentive has been given to the Private Educational Institutions by the Government; and (c) whether there is any prescribed criteria for fixation of fee in those schools; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the Union Council-wise number of persons of NA-7, Charsadda being compensated under Benazir Income Support Programme; (b) whether it is a fact that there is higher poverty rate in District Charsadda; if so, the steps being taken by the Government to compensate more persons of NA-7, Charsadda under Benazir Income Support Programme and whether MNA and MPAs of the said area would be included in the process of consultation in this regard?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a large number of industrial units including fertilizers and petrochemicals units across the country are discharging hazardous effluents in nearby water bodies; if so, the details thereof; (b) the steps taken by the Government in this regard; (c) whether the Government has conducted any survey to assess the adverse impact of industrial units situated near water channels/sources and in the surrounding areas; if so, the details and the outcome thereof; (d) whether above said industrial units have applied state of the art technology to check hazardous effluents and emissions thereof; and (e) whether the above said industries have also taken up plantation programmes in surrounding regions; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has any mechanism to monitor and assess the forest/green areas in the country; if so, the province wise detail of the total area of forests in the country at present; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to utilize remote sensing technology for the above said purpose; if so, the details thereof along with the benefits of the said technology in terms of time and cost thereof; (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to promote forestation; if so, the details thereof; and (d) the year-wise funds allocated, sanctioned and utilized for the said purpose during the last five years?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the details of posts lying vacant in the Ministry and its attached departments at present; (b) whether it is a fact that to fill such posts Pakistan Railways conducted tests through National Testing Centre (NTC) recently; if so, the details thereof; (c) the name, father name, domicile and qualification of those candidates who passed such tests for those posts; (d) whether it is also a fact that those posts are not being filled; if so, the reasons thereof; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to fill the said posts?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the prescribed procedure to purchase diesel by the Pakistan Railways at present; (b) whether it is a fact that prior to recent decrease in the prices of petroleum products on November 1st and December 1st, 2014 Pakistan Railways purchased thousands liters of diesel just before November 1st, 2014; (c) if the answer to part (b) is in the affirmative whether said purchase caused loss of millions of rupees to Pakistan Railways; if so , whether there is any proposal under consideration to investigate the said matter; and (d) the steps being taken to make the process of purchase of diesel in transparent manner?
