Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government has introduced a new aviation policy; if so; (b) whether it is mandatory for airlines to use relatively better and new aeroplanes for the safety of passengers; and (c) the stage-wise implementation of the policy, particularly with reference to turn PIA financially profitable, as envisaged in the policy?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the services rendered by Advisor to the Prime Minister on Institutional Reforms and Austerity, Dr. Ishrat Hussain, so far; (b) the details of reforms suggested by him; and (c) the details of perks and privileges available to him?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that 5% employment quota allocated for minorities/non-Muslims is not being observed in all Educational Institutions, Universities, Higher Education Commission, Medical Colleges, Nursing Schools and Colleges and all Institutions of Pakistan; (b) if the above said quota is implemented, the number of persons from minorities/non-Muslims who have been employed since the allocation of the said quota; and (c) the number of time action was taken against the persons responsible for not implementing the said quota; if not, the time by which action will be taken against them?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division be pleased to state the projects being run under BISP at present?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of appointments made against quota reserved for Sindh and Punjab Provinces district-wise in grade 16 and above under Federal Government from last five years till date; and (b) the quota of Sindh as compare to Punjab Province; and (c) whether quota reserved for Sindh has been fully observed alongwith the details of future strategy?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Glaciers are melting in the country; (b) if so, the names of such areas; and (c) the steps being taken by Government in this regard?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division be pleased to state: (a) the targets set under Ehsas Program; (b) the budget allocated, released and utilized so far alongwith province-wise break-up of the utilization; (c) are there any periodic targets and objectives set out to evaluate change in lives of targeted segment of the society; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken the Government to make the program more beneficial by formulating a comprehensive planning with the collaboration of provinces?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of perks and privileges, provided to the Special Assistant to PM on Information and Broadcasting alongwith respective rules; (b) whether it is a fact that Special Assistant to PM on Information and Broadcasting has been delegated the powers of Minister in the administrative affairs of the Ministry; if so, the detail justification thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Order/Decision of the Supreme Court regarding the dual citizenship has not been implemented by the Ministries/Divisions/Corporations etc.; if so, reasons thereof; (b) if the above said Order/Decision has been implemented then the number of Government officers who have renounced their dual citizenship alongwith the number of Government officers who have renounced their jobs?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state whether it is a fact that there is a ban on plastic shopping bags but some institutions have been allowed to use them by affixing green or red stamps thereon?

Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) is there any proposal under consideration of the Government to name, the New Islamabad International Airport after Mohtrama Benazir Bhutto Shaheed in recognition of her straggle and sacrifices for the country; (b) if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that environmental pollution give birth to Asthma and cancer diseases and affect the growth of children; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the present Government to control the said pollution alongwith complete details?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state whether the deficit of PTV is reduced during present regime?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether Government has taken notice of less number of Pakistani students who have been pursuing education in foreign universities at present as compare to our neighboring countries; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether is there any comparative data compiled by the Government or HEC to determine country-wise exact number of Pakistani students and number of students of neighboring countries studying in foreign universities; if so, the details thereof; (c) what steps are being taken to pursue the foreign universities to give more foreign scholarships to Pakistani students?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Government to increase the use of libraries in Islamabad; (b) whether it is a fact that atmosphere in the National Library and Children Library is not up to the mark; if so, the steps being taken in this regard; and (c) the number of new public libraries established in Islamabad during the last five years?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) how much funds were spent from July 2013 to June, 2018 on the renovation and provision of missing facilitates to the institutions under Federal Directorate of Education with details; (b) how many buses were provided to facilitate the students of the aforesaid institutes; (c) has all work been completed and buses have been provided from above mentioned funds; and (d) how much funds were allocated and spent by current Government on the development/renovation and provision of missing facilities to the aforesaid institutes?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to refer to the Unstarred Question No.36 replied on 19th September, 2019 and to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Chairman HEC is Competent Authority as per rule 20 (2) (ii) (h) (i) of HEC Recruitment Rules-2009 to approve the increment benefits and to consider the cases of regular employees BS-1 to BS-17 for the placement to next higher scales pending since 2013; (b) if so, the time by which increments financial benefits is to be given to aforesaid employees?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that upon completion of Ph.D, Federal Urdu University Islamabad Campus had promoted Dr. Mohy-Ud-Din Kahttak, Lecturer to the post of Assistant Professor through an order dated December 15, 2017 on ad-hoc basis; (b) if so, whether it is also a fact that aforesaid order has not been implemented so far; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken to implement the aforesaid order in letter and spirit at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether HEC as a regulator has taken notice that Sub-campus of University of Gujrat which is situated in Government Postgraduate College for Women, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi has not been issuing Transcript/Degree to students who were enrolled in the said Campus in Session 2012-2016 of BS (Fine Arts); (b) what steps are being taken by the Government/HEC to resolve the matter at the earliest?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division be pleased to state: (a) total number of registered beneficiaries of Benazir Income Support Programme from Chack No.321 G.B, Tehsil Pir Mahal, District Toba Tek Singh; (b) whether it is a fact that some of the registered beneficiaries of the above said area are deprived of facilities under the programme; (c) if answer to part (b) is in affirmative, then reasons thereof; and (d) the time by which these facilities will be restored?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that number of officers and employees of Federal Public Service Commission are not found on duty due to the non installation of biometric attendance system; if so; (b) the time by which biometric attendance system will be installed; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Federal Public Service Commission consumed years in completion recruitment process; (b) whether there is any law to fix a time duration to complete the recruitment process; if so, the details thereof; if not, why; and (c) the time period required to conduct CSS examination as well as to complete its recruitment process alongwith the details of each step, separately, and steps being taken to minimize this time duration?
