Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the reasons for not promoting Accountants (BPS-16) and Assistant Private Secretaries (BPS-16) on the post of Administrative Officer (BPS-17) and violating S.R.O 88 (KE)/92 dated 23-04-1992 and S.R.O 1097(I) 93 dated 15-11-1993, in which 75% quota is reserved for Accountants and 25% for the Stenographers to promote as Administrative Officer (BPS-16); (b) the reason for another violation of S.R.O 1166(I)/2016 dated 14-12-2016, in which the post of Administrative Officer (BPS-16) is upgraded as Administrative Officer (BPS-17) in the recruitment rules and 50% quota is reserved for the Accountants (BPS-16) and 30% for Assistant Private Secretaries (BPS-16); and (c) plan of action for promotion of aforesaid cadres?
