Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) detail of officials/private visits abroad by each employee of the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP), during last five years alongwith their name, designation and country of visit; (b) whether each of above employee obtained NOC for such visits; (c) whether it is a fact that drug manufacturing companies and their distributors sponsors visits of DRAP employees to get favours;(d) if so, what corrective measures are being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the total number of houses, according to last household census in the country; (b) the total number of houses to be constructed by the present Government; (c) whether the incumbent Government has conducted a costbenefit analysis of the plan to make millions of houses in next five years; (d) whether is it feasible to make such number of houses within existing structure and amenities of cities and towns of the country; if so, the details thereof; and (e) whether the line-ministry has taken on board all others relevant institutions which include Ministry of Energy, Communication, IT, Health, provincial departments and other departments, ancillary to for provision of necessities of life to the residents of newly constructed houses; if so, the details thereof; and when such coordination was made?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that sub-standard medical equipment such as stents have been used in Pakistan; if so, the details of punishment in the law for this negligence; and (b) the name of authority that is responsible for checking the standard of health equipment in the country?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Tuberculosis (TB) is spreading fast in the country; if so, the steps being taken by the Government to control the same?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the total number of Dengue patients registered in the hospitals of Islamabad so far during last four months; and (b) the number of patients died from Dengue during said period?

Will the Minister for Maritime Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan National Shipping Corporation has purchased two new ships and the process of purchasing of a third one is about to complete; (b) the detail of these ships including their make, date of manufacturing and the operational life; (c) whether aforesaid ships have been purchased through agent or through direct payment alongwith the names of such agents with details; (d) the procedure adopted therefor; and (e) the details of the procedure of transfer of money and the commission of the agents?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether new trains will be launched from Peshawar and Rawalpindi to Karachi; (b) if so, the time by which?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the number of newly appointed employees and officers of grade 1 to 22 who came to Islamabad for medical check up from 1st January 2019 to 30 November 2019 alongwith their name, designation, scale, province of each and the date on which medical certificate issued; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration for providing the said medical facility to the newly appointed employees in the Federal Government hospitals situated in provinces?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that newly born babies in PIMS are shifted to the Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi due to non-availability of ventilators; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that heart patients in PIMS have to face difficulties due to non-availability of ventilators?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the prices of essential life saving medicines in the country at present; and (b) the comparison of prices of said medicines with their prices in India, Bangladesh, Srilanka and Afghanistan, at present?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the total number of D-Type Quarters in Sector G-9/2, Islamabad (b) the total numbers of such quarters wherein encroachments were made alongwith the details thereof; and (c) as to when such encroachments will be removed?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether Government has assessed or intends to assess the higher-side of mortgage rate, which are offered at present by different financial institutions that whether or not, poor and lower middle class of the country can afford it prior to initiate plan of constructing millions of homes over the next five years by mortgaging finance though financial institutions; (b) if so, the details thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to make the plan affordable for the targeting people, particularly with reference to their unemployment which leads to their inability to pay the value of mortgage and higher mortgage rate?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state whether the Quetta Medical University is insufficient in view of increasing population of Balochistan; if so, as to when more Medical Colleges/Universities will be established by the Government there?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state the total funds released by the Government under Agricultural Emergency Programme alongwith the detail of above said programme?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the number of cases of allotment of houses to Government servants pending in various courts; (b) category-wise details thereof and the period since when these cases are pending; (c) the steps being taken by the Government for early disposal of said cases?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether airbags are installed in all vehicles being manufactured in Pakistan; if not, why; and (b) the time by which same will be installed?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the machinery purchased for Golan Gol Hydel Power is substandard; (b) whether it is further a fact that electricity at the concessional rate of Rs.1.70 is not being provided from 108 MW Golan Gol Power House; and (c) whether it is also a fact that the electricity is being provided to the local consumers of Malakand and Dargai at production cost?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) the total number of locals of District Kohistan which have been recruited in the Dasu Hydro Power Project; (b) whether it is a fact that employees had been recruited on temporary basis in the years 2012 and 2015 in the said project and if so, the time by which they would be regularized; and (c) the number of those employees which do not belong to the said district and still recruited in the said project?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the Government so far to eradicate AIDS in the country; (b) the district-wise number of registered patients of AIDS in the country; and (c) the locations where the Government has established centres for the treatment of AIDs?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to train our health workers in such a manner to reduce the burden on health-care treatment especially when we don’t have sufficient number of doctors for increasing population; if so, its details?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state whether the Government has any plan for recharging water aquifers for groundwater management and to develop the economical and sustainable technology for aquifer recharging to cope with water crises?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that in an advertisement published in the Daily Express, Lahore dated 22-09-2019 for vacancies under the projects “Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) ICT and “Health System strenghening of ICT Health Department Prevent/Control Emerging Communicable Diseases in Islamabad” applications for 155 and 99 posts were sought wherein 5% minority quota was not observed; if so, reasons thereof; (b) whether these posts will be re-advertised and 5% minority quota will be observed and action will be taken against the officers/officials involved in such a grave negligence; if not, reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the action plan and strategy devised by the Ministry under Ehsas Programme for the people living in poverty stricken areas through out Pakistan; (b) whether any quota has been reserved for Christian and non- Muslim Community under Ehsas Programme; (c) if not, the action plan and strategy adopted for the Welfare of the people of poverty stricken Christian and other non-Muslim Community?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the details of direct and indirect economic costs impact of smoking particularly Health-care expenditure, lost productivity due to early mortality and morbidity; and (b) the steps taken or being taken by the Government to discourage the use of Tobacco?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government has opted for the dissolution of Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) without taking the stakeholders into confidence; if so, reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that there is a panic among medical practitioners across the country due to aforesaid decision; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the interests of private medical colleges have been safeguarded while promulgating Pakistan Medical Commission Ordinance 2019; if so, reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) that salaries of employees of the offices of Surface Water Hydrology (SWH) Kohistan, Dasu and Diamer are not being paid since long; if so, the detail alongwith the justification thereof; and (b) the time by which salaries will be paid to said employees?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether General Waiting List for allotment of Category-I has been updated; if so, the details thereof; (b) the total number of houses of said category lying vacant at present; and (c) the detail of houses to be vacated during the next two years alongwith the sector and date-wise detail thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether plots have not been allotted to the officers of BPS-20 whose entitlement were changed from Category II to category I during the last two years; if so, the reasons and details including names, designations and departments thereof; and (b) the time by which plots will be allotted in the near future alongwith the detail thereof?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the total number of passenger trains stopped on the Railway Stations of Giabagga, Kana Kacha and Halloki till 2000; (b) since when stops for passenger trains on these three stations discontinued alongwith the reasons therefor; and (c) the time by which stop on these stations will be restored?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite the hectic efforts by the Government there has been no reduction in the prices of medicines; (b) whether it is also a fact that some medicines of urgent requirement needed for treatment of fatal diseases like cancer etc., are not being manufactured in Pakistan and being imported, some even from India; and (c) whether the Government is taking any steps to ask pharmaceuticals companies of Pakistan to produce these medicines in Pakistan?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Saudi Arabia and some other Arab countries have removed the century-old postgraduate degree programmes, continued by Pakistan as well i.e. Master of Surgery (MS) and Doctor of Medicine (DM) from the eligibility list of the highest paid tier on the plea that these courses lacked the mandatory structured training programmes; (b) if so, whether the Ministry is planning to upgrade the standard of the courses being taught in the medical colleges; and (c) whether it is also a fact that after the Saudi move, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain have also taken similar step?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) as to when the construction of National Industrial Park (Industrial Estate) started in Sargodha under PIDC alongwith the completion period thereof; and (b) the reason for delay in completion of the same?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the number of railways locomotives which are unserviceable and non-functional at present and why; and (b) whether railways locomotives are repaired in Pakistan; if so, where?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that country ends up shortage like situation of different essential food staples on regular basis in recent times; (b) if so, whether Government has conducted or intends to conduct a study to find out root causes behind such crises; if so, the details thereof alongwith benchmark upon which such study has been or will be made; (c) whether Federal Government has taken notice of static production of essential food staples, particularly tomatoes and high rate of post-harvest losses of fruits and vegetables during the last many years; (d) if so, what remedial steps are being taken by the Government in this regard alongwith enhance the coordination between Federal and Provincial Governments for better supply chain of such food staples?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Estate Office, Islamabad has not allotted Government accommodation to Mr. Muhammad Tariq-II, Assistant, National Assembly Secretariat registered in General Waiting List (GWL) as UDC (BPS-07) despite being senior in GWL and submitting relevant documents in Estate Office vide Dairy No.1529-R&I/EO dated 11-12-2017; and (b) if so, what steps are being taken by the Estate Office to allot Government accommodation to above mentioned employee and make accountable those who ignore seniors in GWL?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to refer to the Un-starred Question No.47 replied on 09-12-2019 and to state: (a) whether it is a fact that daily wages employees of the Utility Stores Corporation (USC) have not been paid minimum limit of salary, as announced by the Government; if so, the reasons thereof alongwith steps being taken to ensure payment of minimum salary to aforesaid employees; (b) the names, father’s names and designations alongwith date of first appointment of daily wages employees who have been working in District Mansehra; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to place services of aforesaid employees on permanent basis; if so, when if not, why?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the manufacturers of vehicles with which Government signed an agreement to install airbags at the time of manufacturing; and (b) the names of vehicles in which airbags not installed in spite of agreement and the action taken against the said companies in detail; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to install airbags in vehicles, in detail?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) as to what extent chemical fertilizer being used for agricultural crops is useful for land; (b) whether it is a fact that the fertility of land decrease by use of chemical fertilizers alongwith the research made in this regard so far; and (c) whether such crops have any negative impacts on human health?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there is no desk established for Gazetted Officers in the Gynae Wards of Federal Government Polyclinic and PIMS, Islamabad; (b) whether it is also a fact that desks for Gazetted Officers and their families are also not established in test laboratories, X-rays and other departments; and (c) whether there is any proposal is under consideration to set up separate desks in these departments for Gazetted Officers; if so, the time by which the same will be set up?
