Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the details of proposed projects received by EAD from the Federal Ministries/Divisions for Japanese request survey for technical assistance launched by the Japanese Government of Pakistan during the period from the period 2013 to 2019 with year wise break up; 2 (b) the details of projects which were approved by the Japanese Government out of the said projects; and (c) the names of those projects for which Pakistan received assistance from Japan during the said period, indicating also the progress made on the same so far?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the details of entities/resources pledged or used as collateral for obtaining foreign loans or issuing sukuk bonds since 2013 indicating also the original amount of loans obtained or bonds issued, the rate/amount of interest on the same, name of creditors and duration of the guarantees in each case?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish a National Tax Agency with the mandate to collect all the taxes instead of the existing setup in which different taxes are collected at the Federal and Provincial levels separately, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the targets fixed for revenue collection during the first half of the current financial year (2018-19) and the amount actually collected during that period with head wise breakup; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to enhance revenue collection during the remaining months of the current financial year?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that under Fiscal Responsibility and Debt Limitation Act 2015, the debt ratio of the Government should be less than 60% of the GDP;and (b) whether it is also a fact that at present the ratio of the Government loans has reached up to an estimated 91.2% of the GDP, if so , the reasons thereof indicating also the steps being taken by the Government to control the same?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the details of corruption cases surfaced in the FBR during the current financial year (2018-19) indicating also the names and designations of officers/officials found involved in those cases and action taken against them; and (b) the steps being taken by the present Government to control corruption in FBR?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the budget deficit has reached to more than Rs. 1922 billion during the first nine months tenure of the present Government, if so, the steps taken/being taken by the Government to reduce/control the same?

Will the Minister for Industries and Productions be pleased to state: (a) the details of safety features being provided in the locally manufactured 800 cc - 1800 cc cars; and (b) whether the said features are at par with the international standards, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Industries and Productions be pleased to state: (a) whether any standard has been laid down by the Government for provision of safety features in the locally manufactured cars, if so, the details thereof; (b) whether the local car manufacturers follow the said standards, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the penalties prescribed for local car manufacturers for violation of the provision of safety features in their products?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Government obtained more than Rs. 35 billion loans in its first nine months, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to get rid of the debt?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the details of loan defaulters in the country at present as per the report of the State Bank indicating also the amount to be paid by them; (b) the amount recovered from the said defaulters so far indicating also the amount yet to be recovered from them; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to recover the remaining amount of loans from those defaulters?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that road accidents are increasing in the country day by day due to substandard manufacturing of automobiles in the country, if so, the details thereof; (b) whether any policy has been laid down for the automobile industry for checking their vehicles once in a year, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether the Government has laid down any regulatory system to keep check on the quality of vehicles being manufactured in the country, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the volume of Pakistan’s foreign reserves as on 30th June of years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, respectively and at present; and (b) the steps taken/being taken by the Government to increase the said reserves?

Will the Minister for Privatization be pleased to state the names of public entities to be privatized by the present Government, indicating also the reasons for privatization of the same and progress made in each case so far?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs to state the amount of loan or grants provided by China to the present Government so far indicating also the duration of loan / grant, rate of mark-up / interest and utilization of the same with sector / head wise break up?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make investment in assembling of hybrid and electric vehicles domestically as an industry, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to announce the 8th NFC Award, if so, when and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons who availed Tax Amnesty Scheme, 2019; (b) the details of revenue targets set by the FBR for the said scheme and the revenue earned through the same; and (c) whether it is a fact that the revenue earned through the said amnesty scheme is less than that earned through the previous such scheme?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount of loans waived off by ZTBL during the last 10 years with year wise break up; and (b) the number of farmers whose loans were written off by the said bank during the said period with province-wise and year-wise break up?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount of loan received by Pakistan from the IMF during the year 2019 under the agreement made with it by the present Government; (b) the conditions on which the said agreement has been made with IMF; and (c) whether there is any condition in that agreement under which the Government has to increase the rate of various taxes, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the scheme for establishment of Peshawar Light Engineering Center was approved in 2011, if so, the details thereof indicating also the amount allocated and spent and the percentage of word done on the same so far?

Will the Minister for Privatization be pleased to state the names of public sector entities privatized by the Government during the last five years indicating also the price at which the said entities were sold, amount received and the amount outstanding, if any?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the names of national and international banks and organizations from which the Government obtained loans during the last four years with year wise and month wise break up?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the details of complaints received through the Pakistan Citizen Portal regarding the matters concerning the Ministry of Industries and Production, its attached departments and subordinate offices since the inception of the portal indicating also the present status of each of the same; and (b) whether it is a fact that a number of the said complaints have not been resolved so far, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the steps being taken by the Government to resolved the same at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount of income and sales tax refunds pending with the FBR at present; (b) the amount released from the said refunds since September, 2018; (c) the details of steps taken by the present Government to resolve the issue of those refunds; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to issue income and sales tax refunds without application within 60 days of the same becoming due, to start automatic compensation if any refund is issued after the stipulated 60 days and to start a zero tax regime for exporters to avoid refund accumulation?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to ensure biometric verification of those bank account holders who do not have finger prints either due to old age or some disability?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state the details of projects for installation of tube wells in District Khyber (formerly known as Khyber agency), of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province included in the PSDP 2019-20?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of officers and official of FBR presently working in other departments on deputation basis; (b) the number of directives issued by the Prime Minister for repatriation of the said officers and officials to their parent department; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to impose a ban on appointment of officers and officials of FBR in other departments on deputation basis?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names, designation and names of departments of the Government employees who obtained House Building Advance (HBA) during the period from 1st January, 1998 to 30the December, 2002; (b) the number of the said employees whose principal amount of HBA has fully been deducted by the AGPR but it failed to deduct the interest payable on the same so far; and (c) whether it is a fact that the said employees are not eligible to get new HBA on account of the failure of AGPR to deduct the interest payable on their earlier HBA, if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?
