Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state the percentage of work done on the Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline project so far, indicating also the time by which the same will be completed?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 30 replied on 23rd January, 2019 and state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Federal Cabinet’s decision, made in its meeting held on 14th March, 1995, to ban the construction of official accommodations for Government employees and grant them rental ceiling along with their salaries has not been implemented so far, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to grant rental ceiling to the employees of Constitutional Bodies with particular reference to the National Assembly and Senate Secretariats along with their salaries, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the rate at which CNG is being provided to the CNG stations in the country indicating also the rate at which the CNG stations provide the same to the consumers; (b) whether any mechanism has been evolved by the Government to check the prices, quality and quantity of CNG being provided to the consumer by the CNG stations; and (c) the number of complaints received by the Government against the CNG stations during the last five years indicating also the nature of complaints and details of action taken on the same?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the details of agreement signed between the OGDCL, PPL and the Petroleum Corporation of Turkey on 17th February, 2015 indicating also the progress made on the same so far; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the government to make further progress on the said agreement, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police has been deprived of participation in Hajj Mission, 2019, (b) whether it is also a fact that the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony rejected the names of persons nominated by IG, Khyber Pakhtunkwa for Hajj Mission, 2019 and instead selected persons who were not included in the list of nominees, if so, the name of authority who rejected the nominees of the said IG and reasons for their rejection?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state the names of local and foreign companies involved in exploration of oil and other natural resources in the country at present indicating also the dates of agreements made with those companies and share of the Government under those agreements in each case?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a scheme for provision of natural gas to villages Gogi, Tangian and Chosar in Ziarat District was approved in 2016 to protect the cutting of valuable forests there; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said scheme was included in PSDP 2018-19 as an approved scheme with only Rs.100 million allocation; and (c) whether it is further a fact that under the said scheme neither any tender has been issued nor any amount has been released to launch work on the same so far, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the quantum of electricity being produced from hydel, thermal, atomic and other sources separately indicating also the per unit cost of production of the same and the price at which it is supplied to the consumers in the country; and (b) the amount allocated in the budget for fiscal year 2019-20 for construction of hydel power projects in the country indicating also the names, amount allocated and date of completion of the same in each case?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the details of taxes and other duties included in the electricity bills of domestic consumers who consumes 300 or less units of electricity in a month; and (b) whether it is a fact that average domestic electricity meter consumes more than 300 units in a month, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to provide more relief to such consumers?

Will the Ministry of Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state the amount allocated for solarization of agricultural tube wells in Balochistan in the budget for the current fiscal year (2019-20) indicating also the time by which work will be started on the same?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the details of oil exploration companies working in the country at present; (b) whether M/S ExxonMobil is still drilling to explore oil reserves in the deep sea or otherwise; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to allot new blocks in the deep sea for oil exploration to any company, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the details of complaints, received through the Pakistan Citizens Portal regarding the matters concerning the Power Division and departments under its administrative control since the inception of the portal; and (b) whether it is a fact that a number of the said complaints have not been resolved so far, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the steps being taken by the Government to resolve the same at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state; (a) the number of hydro power projects completed in the county since 2010 indicating also the number of ‘run of the river’ projects out of the same with location wise break up; (b) whether it is a fact that Pakistan has only utilized 16.25% of its total hydro power potential so far; and (c) whether the Government has identified the areas / locations with hydro power potential in the country including Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit Balochistan, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the number of electricity transformers which got damaged or went out of order in Sub-Division Moro-I, SEPO during the period from June, 2018 to June 2019; (b) the number of the said transformers which were repaired during that period in the said Sub-Division indicating also the expenditure incurred on the same and the source through which those expenditure were met in each case; and (c) the number of electricity transformers presently under maintenance in the said Sub-Division indicating also the date since which the same were taken for maintenance in each case?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the details of increase or decrease made in the prices of petroleum products in international market since January, 2018; and (b) the details of increase or decrease made in the prices of petroleum products in the country since January, 2018 with date wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the details of profit earned or loss suffered by the OGDCL since July, 2015 with year wise breakup; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the financial position and performance of OGDCL?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the volume/quantity of gas being provided to CNG stations in the country on daily basis; (b) whether it is a fact that the rate at which CNG is being sold varies from province to province, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to fix a flat rate of CNG for all the provinces, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a proposal has been made for establishment of 300 MW coal power plant in Gawadar, if so, the estimated cost, expected date of initiation and completion of work on the same; and (b) the measures proposed to be taken to protect environment from pollution to be caused by the said plant?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the details of Thar Coal Power Project indicating also the estimated cost, capacity and expected date of completion of the same; (b) the expenditure incurred on the said project so far with head wise break up; and (c) whether any embezzlement has been found in the expenditure of the said project, if so, the details of persons responsible for the same and action taken against them?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether any quota for provision of electricity to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been prescribed, if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether electricity is being supplied to the said province according to that quota?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that SNGPL and SSGCL are diverting their line losses to the consumers in the shape of overbilling, if so, the details of overbilling done by those companies during the last one year; and (b) whether any facility of adjustment in gas bills has been provided to the consumers by the said companies during that period, if so, the details thereof? (c) amount of line losses of SNGPL and SSGCL at present?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the details of fluctuations registered in the prices of crude oil in international market during the period from 1st July, 2018 to 30th June, 2019; (b) the increase or decrease made in the prices of petroleum products in the country during the said period; and (c) whether it is a fact that the increase made in the prices of petroleum products in the country is more than the increase registered in the prices of crude oil in international market during that period, if so the reasons thereof?

Will the Federal Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the increase made in the prices of gas for domestic, commercial and industrial consumers separately during the last one year; and (b) the overall effect of the said increase on the gas bills of domestic consumers indicating also the reasons of that increase for them?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the underground water level has decreased drastically in the country, if so, the steps taken / being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the details of complaints received through the Pakistan Citizens Portal regarding the matters concerning the Ministry 45 of Law and Justice and its attached departments since the inception of the portal; and (b) whether it is a fact that a number of the said complaints have not been resolved so far, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the steps being taken by the Government to resolve the same at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistani pilgrims faced difficulties regarding transport, availability of tents and food during the five days of actual hajj i.e. from 8th to 13 Zilhaj during Hajj, 2019, if so, the details thereof; (b) whether the said issue was taken up with the concerned authorities of Hajj, if so, the details thereof also the remedial steps taken / being taken by the Government in this regard; (c) the criteria and procedure laid down for hiring of maktabs for Hujjaj; and (d) whether any post evaluation of the said maktabs is conducted, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) the names, designations, names of departments and age of the persons who have been selected for duty as Movinain in Hajj, 2019; (b) the names, designations, names of departments and age of the said persons who have been selected for that duty more than thrice in violation of the policy approved by the Cabinet for Hajj, 2019 indicating also the reasons for the same; (c) the names authority which relaxed the said policy of the Cabinet, in respect of Hajj duty by those persons; and (d) whether the said authority had powers to relax that policy approved by the Cabinet, if so, the details thereof?

Ltd. for drilling of Well No. II Mardankhel in District Kohat, it was mandatory for the company to provide drinking water supply and other facilities to the residents of village Ghurzandi, Tehsil Lachi, District Kohat, under the CSR obligations, if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether the said company has fulfilled its obligations regarding supply of drinking water and other facilities to the residents of that village, if so, the details thereof and if not the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state the detail of funds released and spent by the Pakistan PWD for Civil and E/M works separately in Cat-II houses in Islamabad during the fiscal year 2018-19 with house wise breakup?
