Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Railways suffered a loss of Rs. 29 billion during the last 8 months, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to get Pakistan Railways out of its deficit/losses?

Will the Minister for Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that 8 million people are addicted to marijuana in the country, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to control the same; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government for the treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts in the country?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the deficit being faced by Pakistan Railways has started to decrease as compared to the last five years, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the estimated number of drug addicts in the country with age wise break up; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to control and eliminate the menace of drugs in the country?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the number of train accidents took place in the country since August, 2018 indicating also the number of passengers died and injured in the same; (b) whether any compensation has been announced or given by the Government to the said passengers or their families, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the steps taken by the present Government to avoid train accidents in future?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state the names of new trains launched by the Government during the last one year with month wise breakup indicating also the routes on which the same have been launched in each case?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the names, designations and educational qualifications of the officers/officials working on deputation basis in the Ministry of Interior and its attached departments?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the amount allocated for and utilized on the maintenance of Parliament Lodges during the fiscal year 2018-2019?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the service road from Nurseries to Sunday Bazar, Peshwar Mor, H-9, Islamabad is in dilapidated condition since long, if so, the time by which the same will be repaired / carpeted?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the post of Assistant in Federal Government departments was upgraded from BPS-14 to BPS-15 vide Finance Division Office Memorandum No. 9(7)R-I/2014-515/2016 dated 01-07-2016; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the said posts have not been upgraded in CDA so far and the case for upgradation of the same is lying pending with the CDA Board, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the date on which the case was referred to that board and the time by which the same will be finalized and those posts will be upgraded?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the names and area of service of the NGOs which received aid/funds from foreign countries/ donors during the last one year with donor wise break up?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) the number of Spoys, JCOs and officers of armed forces i.e. Pakistan Army, Navy and Air Force receiving regular pension after retirement separately; (b) the amount paid by the said forces to those persons separately with category wise break up; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to increase the pension and other welfare facilities for the said persons of those forces separately with category wise break up?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the names and locations of public parks in the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) which have the facility of ramps for facilitation of the disabled persons; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct ramps, for facilitation of the disabled persons, in those public parks in ICT which do not have that facility at present, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state whether it is a fact that retired army personals and their widows have to send their applications to the CMA (Pension), Lahore through the post office only and reluctantly the same get delayed / not replied for months, if so, the reasons thereof and the steps being taken by the Government to resolve this issue?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the details of amount spent by CDA on maintenance of Government accommodations in Islamabad during the fiscal year 2018-19?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the loss of Pakistan Railway stood at Rs. 40.70 billion as on 30th June, 2019, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to overcome the said loss and make Pakistan Railways a profitable organization?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to stat: (a) whether it is a fact that out of six officers shortlisted for appointment against the post of CEO, Railways only one officer fulfills the required qualifications for the post; and (b) whether it is also a fact that instead of eligible officers, the names of junior officers have been included in the summery sent to the Prime Minister for appointment against the said post, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the residents of a number of private housing societies in the ICT are not being provided electricity and gas connections on account of said housing societies being declared illegal by the CDA, if so, the steps taken / being taken by the Government to regularize those housing societies?

Will the Minister for Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the use of drugs in the country, with particular reference to the educational institutions, has increased recently, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to control the same; (b) the number of drug rehabilitation centers working under the administrative control of the Federal government in the country; and (c) whether any mechanism has been devised by the Government for the Anti Narcotics Force to pick the drug addicts and admit them to the said centers, if so, the number of such addicts admitted to those centers during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of posts of Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildar lying vacant in the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) with quota wise break up; and (b) the time since which the said posts are lying vacant indicating also the time by which the same will be advertised filled in?

Will the Minister of Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that a Ramzan Sasta bazar established at the green belt and walking track between the sectors G10/3 and G-9/2 has been converted into a weekly bazar despite the requests of the residents of the area for shifting the same to another locality, if so, the time by which the same will be shifted elsewhere?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of Category-II Government residences in the sector I-8 which are under the administrative control of CDA; (b) whether it is a fact that majority of these houses are in bad condition due to poor maintenance, if so, the reasons thereof; (c) the details of expenditure incurred on the maintenance/repair of the said houses during the last five years with house wise break up; and (d) the date on which white-wash of the said houses was done last time, indicating also the time by which next white wash will be done of the same?
