Will the Minister for Federal Education, Professional Training, National History Literary Heritage be pleased to state whether it is a fact that there is no Forest university in Balochistan, if so, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish the said University in that province particularly in Ziarat?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state; (a) the procedure laid down for distribution of funds amongst the provinces out of the amount allocated for the project “Prime Minister’s National Health Programme Phase II” reflected in PSDP 2018-19; and (b) the details of works to be carried out in the province of Balochistan under the said programme with district wise breakup?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state; (a) the details of increase made in the prices of life saving drugs during the last five years with company wise breakup, indicating also the reasons for the same; and (b) the steps taken by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) in controlling the price of drugs during the said period?

Will the Minister for Federal Education, Professional Training, National History and Literary Heritage be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Government has made detection in the budget grant for the public sector Universities in the country during the fiscal year 2019-20 as compared to the budget for fiscal year 2018-19, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state the number of Pakistani who have been deported from Saudi Arabia during the last five years with year wise breakup indicating also the main reasons for those deportations?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that earlier the people coming from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to New Islamabad International Airport were provided the facility of U-Turn after crossing the Islamabad Interchange on M-1 motorway but now the same has been closed down, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether it is also a fact that due to the closure of the said U-Turn, the commuters from that province have to travel about 25 kms to go to Tarnol Chowk and take theU-Turn towards the Airport, if so, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to re-open that UTurn to facilitate the people going to the Airport?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the average number of accidents which take place on Motorways and highways in the country on annual basis indicating also the average number of casualties in the same; (b) whether any medical examination of the Drivers involved in the accidents is carried out for determination of the use of narcotics by them, if not, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether any mechanism has been devised for periodic fitness check of the vehicles particularly the heavy vehicles plying on the said highways and motorways in the country, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the names of pharmaceutical companies operating in Pakistan; and (b) the net volume of exports made by the said companies during the last five years?

Will the Minister for Federal Education, Professional Training, National History and Literacy Heritage be pleased to state whether it is fact that current government has promised the nation for uniform educational system in their manifesto, if so, the steps being taken by the current Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the number of Dengue cases registered in the Public and Private hospitals in Islamabad Capital Territory for the last three months; (b) the number of patients who died of the said virus during the said period; and (c) the steps taken by the Government in order to stop this deadly fever at present?

Will the Minister for Federal Education, Professional Training, National History and Literary Heritage be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that in the budget for fiscal year 2019-20, the HEC has made a cut of 11% in recurring grant being paid to the Peshawar University and has allocated only Rs. 1250 million against the requirement of Rs. 1635 million for that university, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said grant by the HEC during the current fiscal year does not include any amount for the payment of pensions, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to increase the volume of that grant to the said university during the current fiscal year to enable it to meet its requirements of payment of salaries, pensions and other necessary liabilities, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that under the PMDC’s Amended Regulations 2019, the University of Health Sciences has earmarked 20 additional/honorary marks for Hafiz-e-Quran candidates for admission in MBBS / BDS 2019-20 session, if so, the details thereof; (b) the ratio/percentage at which the said 20 marks of those who pass the Hafiz-e-Quran test, will be added into their aggregate; (c) the formula laid down for determining the aggregate/merit of those candidates out of their F.Sc., Entry Test and Hifz-eQuran marks; (d) the formula adopted for addition of the 20 marks of Hifz-eQuran for admissions in MBBS/BDS during the 2018-19 session; and (e) whether any change has been made in the said formula for the 2019-20 session, if so, the details thereof indicating also the name of authority who approved that change?

Will the Minister for Federal Education, Professional Training, National History and Literary Heritage be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the share of HEC’s grant to Peshawar University’s budget has decreased from 61% in fiscal year 37 2010-11 to 43% in fiscal year 2018-19, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to increase the share of HEC’s grant to the said University’s budget?

Will the Minister for Federal Education, Professional Training, National History and Literary Heritage be pleased to state the steps taken / being taken by the Government to regulate and monitor the private educational institutions situated in Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Federal Education, Professional Training, National History and Literacy Heritage be pleased to state the names of private schools registered in Islamabad which charge more than Rs. 5000 fee per month from their students, indicating also their estimated monthly and annual income?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state; (a) whether it is a fact that “Technical Staff” i.e Electricians, Sub-Station Operators, Sui Gas Mechanics, Air conditioner Technicians, Plumber etc. were appointed in BPS 5 to 10 in Pakistan Institute of Medial Sciences, Islamabad during the period from 1985 to 1987 without providing them proper service structure under the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1973, if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said staff has been serving in the Institute since their appointment without having any promotion avenue, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to provide promotion avenues to that staff, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state whether it is a fact that two-three primary schools have been established on Balakot-Mansehra road at Mohalla Banphora, Tehsil Balakot, District Mansehra but no speed breakers have been erected on that road for safety of the school children, if so, the time by which the same will be erected?
