Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the details of relaxations or immunities given by the present Government to the industrial sector in various taxes and duties?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the present Government announced tax amnesty scheme, if so, the details of assets declared under the said scheme; and (b) whether it is also a fact the FBR launched advertisement campaign regarding the said amnesty scheme on print and electronic media, if so, the details of amount spent on the said scheme with channel and newspaper wise break up?

Will the Minister for Privatization be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Government has decided for privatize State Life Insurance Corporation, if so, the details thereof, indicating also the mechanism evolved to safeguard the interests of its employees?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the major portion of Pakistan’s loans, as on 30th June 2019, has been provided by China, if so, the details of those loans indicating also the interest rate and the schedule of return of the same?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Governor, State Bank of Pakistan announced the new monetary policy for two months in July, 2019 in which the rate of interest was increased by 1% which took the rate of interest to the highest level during the last eight years, if so, the details thereof; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to implement Article 38-F of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan regarding abolishment of the interest system?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether it is a fact that during the current fiscal year (2019-20) the budget deficit is RS. 700 billion which is 1.6% of the GDP, taking overall budget deficit to RS. 3.43 trillion or 8.9% of the GDP, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to control the same?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the prices of cars being assembled in the country are on the rise despite the claims by the manufacturers that most of the parts are manufactured locally, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the Competition Commission of Pakistan conducted a public hearing on the said matter in September, 2018 and gave recommendations for resolving the issue of increase in prices of those cars, if so, the steps taken by the Government in light of the said recommendations so far?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the details of incentives being provided to developers and industrials under the Special Economic Zones Act in the country indicating also the pre-requisites/criteria prescribed for the same; (b) the names of developers and industrialists who have availed the said incentives since 2013; and (c) the names of institutions responsible for implementation of the Special Economic Zones Act?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the details of industries which fall under the category of Large Scale Manufacturing (LSM) industry/sector; and (b) whether it is a fact that according to a recent report of the World Bank the LSM sector contracted by 2.3% between July to January during the fiscal year 2018-19, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the details of decline with industry/sector wise break up?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state the details of short term, mid-term and long term development projects proposed / approved for Malakand Division under the CPEC programme indicating also the names, locations, present status and duration of completion of those projects completed so far, projects on which work is going on and those which are yet to be launched?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names, educational qualifications and experience of the present Members of the Board of Directors of all the autonomous / semi autonomous / independent entities under the purview of the Ministry of Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs separately; (b) whether persons belonging to the province of Balochistan have been included in the Board of Directors of the said entities, if not, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to give due representation to all the provinces / regions in the Board of Directors of those entities, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state whether any allocation was made for implementation of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) during the last three years, if so, the details thereof, with year wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: 26 (a) whether the State Bank of Pakistan and commercial banks are authorized to entertain walk-in-customers to convert one currency into another currency, if not, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to allow the said banks to entertain the walk-in customers to convert one currency into another, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) whether any Chinese firms are engaged in providing technical skills to Pakistani youth in order to enable them to work in the projects under the CPEC programme, if so, the details thereof: (b) the names of the local institutions which have been working in the collaboration with the said Chinese firms for provision of those skills/trainings; and (c) the number of students enrolled in the said training institutes at present with province wise break up indicating also the details of skill being imparted to them?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the number of complaints received to the State Bank of Pakistan, via email, against the Silk Bank branches located in Islamabad during the last five months indicating also the name of each complainant, detail of complaint and action taken by the SBP in each case?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the names, educational qualifications and place of domicile of the persons working in BPS-16 and 17 in the Federal Board of Revenue?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the target set for tax collection during the current fiscal year (2019-20); (b) the target set for tax collection during the first two quarters of the said fiscal year and the amount of tax actually collected during the same; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to fill the gap between the tax target and tax collected during the said period quarters with particular reference to fix administrative failures, in achieving the targets, on the part of FBR?
