Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of cases dealt with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) during the last five years with category wise, year wise and province wise breakup; (b) the details of the said cases which have been decided by the competent authorities during that period with year wise and province wise break up; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to further improve the performance of the said Agency and to expedite the finalization of the cases, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that some influential persons are illegally collecting parking / Adda fee at Kalar Syedan Road, Rawat despite the fact the said road has not been included in the contract for collection of parking fee at the GT road, if so, the details thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to stop the said illegal charging of parking fee and action against those collecting the same illegally?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the details of sections of Pakistan penal code which deal with child sexual abuse, killing or abduction at present?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Government has frozen accounts of some madrassas under the National Action Plan, if so, the names of those madressas with province wise breakup, reasons for freezing their accounts and the amount present / recovered from the same in each case?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the designation, grade of posts lying vacant in the CDA with directorate wise breakup, indicating also the domicile required for each of the said post; and (b) the reasons for not recruiting against the said post, indicating also the time by which the same will be filled in?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of private hospitals providing medical facilities in ICT; (b) the status and details of license issued to the said hospitals; and (c) the status of valid licences of doctors / para medics working in those hospitals?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the names, designations, relevant experience, place and date/duration of posting of the officers/officials of the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports who have posted in the Pakistan Missions abroad since the introduction of Machine Readable Passports (MRP)?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the number of domestic juvenile servants in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) indicating also the measures and steps being taken by the government to protect the rights of the children, preventing against violence and educating of 100% children?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the names, educational qualifications and experience of the Chairman and Managing Director of Pakistan Television Corporation indicating also the salary, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to them;(b) the names, educational qualifications of the Members of the Board of Directors of the said Corporation; and (c) the details of increase in salaries of the management and staff of PTV made by the said Board during the last one year indicating also the names of the persons whose salaries were increased and the rules and procedure under which the same were increased?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state the names, designations, grades, educational qualifications and place of domicile of the persons appointed in Pakistan Television Corporation during the last one year indicating also the salary, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to them in each case?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Ministry of Interior has not implemented the Supreme Court’s judgments regarding repatriation of officers/officials working on deputation basis to their parent departments so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the officers/officials working in the Ministry and its attached departments on deputation basis will be repatriated to their parent departments in the light of Supreme Court judgments?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Service road east from Khanna Pul to Gangal Chowk, Islamabad is in dilapidated condition, if so, the time by which the same will be repaired?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of Frontier Constabulary personnel deployed in Islamabad at present; and (b) whether any additional allowance / remuneration is paid to the said personnel, if so, the details thereof?
