(a) the details of district-wise number of persons, hailing from Balochistan, excluded from Benazir Income Support Programme; (b) whether survey had been conducted in the districts prior to the exclusion of aforesaid persons; (c) whether it is a fact that the Government intends to include more persons from Balochistan in the Benzir Income Support Programme; (d) if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard and whether members of National Assembly, Senate and Provincial Assembly will be provided quota in the process of inclusion of new persons?

(a) the estimated cash transfer to BISP in first two quarters of the current financial year alongwith details of actual cash transfer to BISP in aforesaid period; (b) whether it is a fact that target of cash transfer in the aforesaid period could not be made and less disbursement was made to BISP; if so, details alongwith reasons thereof; (c) whether such less cash transfer to the program has been paying negative impact thereon; (d) if so, what steps are being taken by the Government to actualize estimated cash transfer to BISP in letter and spirit?

(a) whether Government has taken notice that non-Muslims of the country are vulnerable segment of the society; (b) if so, the plan by the Government to make visible change in lives of non-Muslims living in the country; and (c) output of above mentioned plan of the Government to alleviate poverty among non-Muslims with reference to add them in social schemes of the Government?

(a) the action plan of the present Government to eradicate poverty from the country under United Nations Sustainable Development Goals; (b) whether the said action plan is in accordance with the objective of sustainable development goals of the United Nations; if so, the details thereof; and (c) how the Federal Government is extending requisite cooperation to the provinces to supplement the action plan?

(a) whether it is a fact that hundreds of thousands of the beneficiaries of BISP have been removed from the program recently; if so, the details thereof alongwith reasons thereof; (b) whether counter verification of the contents of such beneficiaries were made prior to remove them from the program; if so, the details thereof alongwith criteria which is adopted for counterverification; and (c) what steps are being taken to include new beneficiaries in the program and stage-wise induction of new beneficiaries in the program

(a) ratio of poverty of the year ending on June 30, 2018 and 2019 respectively; (b) ratio of the same at present; (c) whether it is a fact that independent experts of the economy are forecasting increase in ratio of poverty in coming years; (d) if so, what steps are being taken by the Government to control the increasing ratio of poverty?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state the details of the persons appointed in the Ministry and its Departments since August, 2018?

(a) constituency-wise number of applicants, who belongs to different districts of Karachi have been entertained by Pakistan Baitul Mall (PBM) since August 1, 2018; (b) number of applications, which have been disposed of by granting due assistance/support to applicants and number of applications which are pending at present alongwith reasons thereof; (c) whether it is a fact that PBM does not entertain applications of those residents who opted temporary residence in Karachi in their CNIC; if so the justification thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken to dispose of pending applications and extend maximum support to the poorest of the poor?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division be pleased to state whether Government intends to give monthly financial assistance to unemployed and disabled persons; if so, the details thereof?

(a) the circulation of each newspaper in the country at present alongwith their names; and (b) the detail of the payments for advertisements made by the Government from 25th July to 15th December, 2019 to all newspapers as well as the detail of outstanding amounts towards Government in respect of advertisements?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state whether representation of opposition or opposition parliamentarian is provided in all programes of Pakistan radio?

Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state the names of International routes on which PIA flights are running in loss and the routes on which these are earning profit?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state the details of those PSDP projects of the Ministry that were launched in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the last six years breakup with city/district wise details?

(a) the cellular phone companies-wise price of voice, video, Internet, SMS and other social applications bundles alongwith amount of different taxes, duties etc. on each bundle, which are charged by companies on subscribing of such bundles from the consumers; (b) whether it is a fact that such deduction of different taxes, duties etc. on aforesaid bundles is over and above deduction of taxes, duties etc. which is made at the time of recharge; if so, the justification thereof and steps are being taken to rationalize such taxation; and (c) whether it is also a fact that misleading advertisement of its bundles is made by such cellular phone companies; if so, PTA, being a line authority, did take notice of such advertisement alongwith action taken against such companies so far?

(a) whether it is a fact that PIA flights from Hyderabad have been stopped; if so, the reasons therefor; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to start cargo services operational specifically, Hajj and Umrah operation from Hyderabad Airport?

(a) the date on which Ehsaas Kafaalat Programme is being lunched along with names of cities; and (b) the number of persons to be benefited therefrom?

(a) the total number of persons excluded from Benazir Income Support Programme in Hyderabad; (b) whether survey has been conducted prior to excluding the said persons alongwith the detail thereof; and (c) the details of action taken against the responsible persons who conducted the survey malafidely

(a) the total quantity of carbon emitted in Islamabad and its suburbs during the last three years till date; and (b) whether it is a fact that the reasons for aforesaid increase is an increase in the number of vehicles and smoke emitted therefrom; if so, (c) the steps being taken by the Government to save the environment from the effects of emission of said carbon?

(a) the number of persons to whom age relaxation was granted in upper age limit for aplying FPSC examination during the last five years; and (b) whether age relaxation up to fifteen years in upper age limit was granted to favour certain individuals; if so, the reason thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that contractual employees of Pakistan Radio under any arrangements have not been made permanent even after years of their services in Pakistan Radio; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that some of employees which have been appointed later/after the aforesaid employees are made permanent; (c) if so, what steps are being taken by the Government to make the contractual employees of Pakistan Radio under any arrangements permanent and time by which it will be done?

(a) whether any Commission has been established by the Government as envisaged under Section 3 of the National Civic Education Commission Act 2018; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons therefor; (b) whether any funds have been allocated for the same; if so, the details thereof in not, the reasons therefor; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to implement this Act in letter and spirit?

(a) the steps taken or being taken by the Government to extend support to the poor and deserving people at their doorsteps; and (b) the steps taken against the corrupt people who embezzled the funds allocated for the poor people?

(a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has installed under ground cables in Hyderabad by digging the roads of the town and Municipal Committees; (b) whether it is also a fact that the PTCL has not paid compensation for the loss caused to the roads and severage lines during the exercise; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the reasons thereof and the company has any programme to compensate the above town committees and Municipal Committees?

(a) is there any quality checking network for drinking water at Filtration Plants in Islamabad; (b) if so, the sector-wise details thereof; (c) if not, the reasons thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that rules under PNCA Act, 1973 have not been made by the Government for giving financial benefits including pension facility to the employees of the Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) so far; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make rules for said employees under the said Act, if so, when it will be implemented; if not, the reasons thereof?

(a) the funds allocated in the year 2019-20 under Ehsaas Program and the percentage of Quota of Balochistan; and (b) the procedure of payment of outstanding amount of Waseela-eRozgar alongwith complete detail thereof?

(a) the designation and department-wise details of each dual nationality holder employee working in any department under the administrative control of the Federal Government; (b) whether or not, such person can be appointed against any post of sensitive nature or otherwise under the relevant rules in Governmental department; (c) whether a decision of Supreme Court, which bars members of the Parliament to hold dual nationality, apply on Federal Government employees; if so, details thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to amend relevant rules in light of the decision of the Supreme Court?

(a) the criteria of Ehsaas Kafalat Program and the steps being taken by the Government to make this program transparent; and (b) the details of areas where said program have been introduced?

(a) what is the impact of Climate Change related phenomena like floods and excessive rainfall and snow fall on the agriculture in Pakistan; and (b) what steps are being taken by Government to make Pakistan Eco-Friendly alongwith the succession achieved thereof?

(a) the requirements laid down by Establishment Division for recruitment of posts for Federal Government through testing agencies; and (b) the steps taken by Federal Government to ensure compliance against the said requirements?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to control Poverty alongwith the details of Ehsaas Programme of the Government and the names of cities wherein said programme will be run?

(a) whether it is a fact that on-line applications in NAYA Pakistan Housing Project are not being included in ballot and such persons are being asked for fresh registration in NADRA; if so, the detail thereof; and (b) the number of persons applied on-line so far alongwith the amount received so far and the detail thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that PIA has, recently, awarded a contract of millions of rupees for the up-gradation of the “In Flight Entertainment” (IFE) in its Boeing 777 Aircrafts; if so, the details of company, which has been awarded the contract alongwith expertise in the field of up-gradation of IFE of the said company; (b) when was aforesaid company registered in required forums; (c) date upon which, tender was floated; (d) details of other companies, which had participated in the bid alongwith experience of each in the field of IFE; and (e) is there any proposal under consideration of the Government to take corrective measures to fix responsibility on any discrepancy; if found while awarding such contract; if so, the details thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that PTV is running into losses for the last three years; if so, year wise details thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that now PTV is running in profit; if so, month-wise details of profit/loss for the last one year; (c) whether it is further a fact that the 50% increase in the house requisition of PTV employees was deferred by the BOD till the betterment in organization’s financial health now when the financial health of PTV has become better then why management/BOD is not considering the increase of those rental ceiling; (d) if the answer to part (a), (b) and (c) above are in affirmative, whether is there any proposal under consideration of Government to set it again on the agenda of BOD for approval; if not, then reasons thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that authorities concerned have failed to counter and make accountable those involved in negative propaganda campaigns against different segments of the society including politicians on social media, which is in violation of true spirit of Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2017; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the procedure to monitor such propaganda campaigns by the relevant Authorities under the aforesaid act; and (c) what steps are being taken to enhance the process of monitoring on such propaganda campaigns and hold the responsible accountable in true spirit of the Act?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state whether Higher Education Commission advertized special quota for FATA inspite of merging FATA in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa alongwith the reasons for said un-constitutional act and the detail thereof?

(a) the number of dispensaries established under the people works program-I in NA-9; (b) the amount spent on establishment thereof; and (c) the names and addresses with current status of those dispensaries at present?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state as to why the Government has failed to introduce uniform syllabus of education in the country?

Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state the number of serviceable and un-serviceable aeroplanes at present with PIA?

(a) the total number of persons recruited for New Airport, Islamabad since June, 2018; (b) the number of persons out of the above said having CNIC or domicile of Tehsil Fateh Jang; and (c) the basic pay scales of employees recruited from Tehsil Fateh Jang?

(a) whether it is a fact that smoking is prohibited in the Ministry, Attached Departments and Educational Institutions and action is taken on violation; (b) if so, the details thereof during the last two years?

(a) the department wise details of employees alongwith their posts, salaries and other financial benefits who have been appointed in each department of Federal Government after their superannuation alongwith justification of appointment of each particularly with reference to decisions of Supreme Court of Pakistan for reappointment of employees after superannuation; (b) whether such persons are eligible to draw pension in addition to their aforesaid salaries and other financial benefits; if so, the justification thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken to discourage the culture of reappointment on such hefty packages?

(a) whether it is a fact that there is only one Women University situated in Quetta City in Balochistan, however, the girls belonging to far flung areas are deprived from higher education; (b) if so, the arrangements being made so far to establish Women University Campuses at each Division level; if not, why?

(a) the number of TV Channels across the country at present; and (b) the names of the TV Channels which violated rules from 25th July to 15th December, 2019 alongwith the action taken against them?

Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state the steps taken by the present Government to provide better facilities to passengers of PIA alongwith their impact on people?

(a) the total number of aircraft taken on lease by PIA in tenure of the present Government till date; and (b) the countries from which the said aircrafts have been obtained alongwith the terms and conditions thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that PIA service from Dalbandin to Karachi via Turbat is not available from last several months; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the time by which the said service of PIA will be resumed?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state the names of those needy artists of PTV to whom Federal Government has provided financial assistance during last five years alongwith the amount provided to each of said artist separately?

(a) whether it is a fact that Trillion Tsunami Plantation is in progress across the country; (b) whether it is also a fact that persons have been employed as “Nigehban” on daily wages; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, whether the salaries of above said employees are paid by Provincial Governments or Federal Government?

(a) whether it is a fact that PIA charged double fare from the Hujjaj as compare to Umrah pilgrims; (b) if so, the reasons thereof alongwith the steps taken in this regard?

(a) whether it is a fact that water being supplied to Fateh Jang City from water supply scheme at Shahpur Dam is becoming polluted due to the surrounding hotels, glass and fertilizer factories which is causing citizens suffering from heart, kidney, liver and cancer diseases; if so, the steps taken so far to control it; (b) whether it is also a fact that due to storage of sulphur in open place, being produced from Dakhni Oil Field, the citizens of adjacent locality are suffering from heart, lungs and liver diseases; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the water of puddles, ponds and aquifers has become poisonous and undrinkable for human beings as well as animals due to which fish-farming is impossible as fish cannot survive in such water; if so, the protective steps taken so far in this regard?

(a) whether it is a fact that there are a lot of opportunities in Karachi to promote tourism but the incumbent Government is not paying attention to it; if so, the details thereof; and (b) the planning carried out by the Government for promotion of tourism in Karachi alongwith the detail thereof?

(a) whether Saidu Sharif Swat, D. I. Khan and Parachinar Airports have been ready for flight operation; and (b) the time by which the same will be functional?

(a) whether it is a fact that recruitments being made on contingency basis in Federal Ministries; (b) whether it is also a fact that persons belonging to other provinces are appointed on Balochistan quota and these appointees are regularized after six months of their service; (c) if so, the reasons thereof alongwith the number of posts of Balochistan quota lying vacant in Federal Ministries; and (d) as to why posts of Balochistan quota are not being advertized alongwith the reasons thereof?

(a) the details of the costs to be incurred in replacing the BISP Card with Kafalat Card alongwith number of cards replaced so far; and (b) amount allocated and utilized in the last year and current financial year?

(a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan Information Commission was established on 8th November, 2018; (b) whether it is also a fact that the required staff has not been provided to the Pakistan Information Commission so far; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the reasons for not providing staff as well as office space?

(a) whether it is a fact that airports in Sargodha and Mianwali were functional during 1985 to 1988; and (b) as to why said airports were closed?

(a) whether it is a fact that NTS and such other private testing services provider have been permitted to mint money from the general public; and (b) whether the Government intends to streamline the affairs of the said testing services and if so, the details thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has made it mandatory for students of almost all programs, including M.Ed. to submit their admission forms and assignments online; (b) if so, administration of AIOU has taken notice of difficulties being faced by students to submit their forms and assignments due to poor Internet connection or non-availability of relevant material including addresses of tutors on the website of the university; (c) whether it is also a fact that aforesaid features hinder students in large number in pursuit of their education; (d) if so, what measures are being taken to make things easy for the students and allow them to submit their forms both in manual and online as it suits to them?

(a) how many Universities are there in Pakistan in private and public sector and what fees are being charged by each of these Universities; and (b) what the HEC is doing to regulate the fee structure?

(a) whether it is a fact that not a single house has been constructed under the scheme titled NAYA Pakistan Housing Program since August 2018; and (b) what is the road-map/mechanism/steps Government plans to take for provision of 50 million affordable homes to the under privileged people of Pakistan as per promise made by the Government?

(a) whether it is a fact that the administration of IMCG vide circular No.IMCG/ORG-7/2020 dated 16-01-2020 have imposed condition on the students studying in 8th Class at their institution must met for their admission in Class 9th (Science Group) obtain at least 75% marks in Math and 70% marks in General Science overall 70% marks in remaining subjects; (b) if so, the details of Government rules/policy in this regard; (c) whether it is also a fact that students having 60% marks in F.Sc are eligible for entry test for getting admission in Medical/ Engineering faculty; (d) if so, the reasons for imposing condition of 75% marks on the students of 8th Class exam; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to resolve the problem in the interest of students?

(a) whether it is a fact that the post of Director General, Federal Education is lying vacant since year 2016; if so, why the said post has not been filled for the last several years by promoting any one of the senior most Directors; (b) whether it is also a fact that no name has been sent for the recent CSB; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether the Government intends to fill the said post in accordance with the law by taking education seriously in the Naya Pakistan; if so, the time by which?

(a) whether it is a fact that Sugar Mills in District Muzaffargarh are not fulfilling environmental rules and practices binding on them; (b) if so, details of action taken against them; and (c) whether it is also a fact that a letter sent by MNA from Muzaffargarh regarding to Federal Minister of State of Climate Change in December and Chairman Climate Change Division to solve the environmental problem caused by said Sugar Mills in said district?

(a) the number of employees of Radio Pakistan, Islamabad who died in accidents during the period from 1992 to 2002 alongwith their names, designations and dates of death; (b) the number of employees belonging to Minorities alongwith their names, religion and designation; and (c) the reasons of non-payment of compensation to the heirs of the dead ones, who belonged to Minority, up till now alongwith detail of each case separately?

(a) the number of teachers who were promoted under the relevant rules and law from Grade 19 to 20 or grade 20 to 21 since 25th July, 2009; and (b) whether it is a fact that the above said teachers were demoted against the relevant laws; if so, the details thereof?

(a) the details of those industries which have not taken steps so far to control the pollution by using modern safety equipments; and (b) the reasons for not taking action against those Industries who are violating environmental law and are creating environmental pollution in the society?

(a) whether it is a fact that the Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds (FEB) and (GIF) is making fee reimbursement process difficult day by day earlier the whole fee paid was re-imbursed which has been restricted to rupees fifty thousand only despite the fact the Universities are charging around rupees ninety thousand plus per semester; (b) whether it is also a fact that instead of photocopy the FEB and GIF demands original transcript of result of each semester for which Universities charge Rs.700/- for each print; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the last Semester’s fee is not reimbursed despite the fact that the millions of rupees are deducted each month from the salaries of every FG employee?

(a) what is the total sanctioned strength of PAS (DMG) of Civil Service; (b) number of officers of PAS Group promoted in BS-20 and BS-21 during last three DSBs; (c) number of officers of Secretariat Group promoted in BS-20 and BS-21 during last three DSBs; (d) whether it is not a sheer discrimination with Secretariat Group that almost having same strength but less promotion prospects than PAS group; and (e) is there any plan to revisit the disputed SROs No.88/2014 & 89/ 2014 which had adversely affected the promotion prospects of Secretariat Group; if not, reasons thereof

(a) whether it is a fact that there is a shortage of female employees and officers in different Government Ministries and their subordinate institutions; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the number of female employees and officers in different Ministries and their subordinate institutions along with the steps being taken by the Government to increase the female ratio in said Ministries and Institutions?

(a) whether it is a fact that the responsibility to promote Islamic values on mass media lies with the Ministry as per Section 9 of Shariah Act, 1991; (b) if so, the steps taken by the Ministry in this regard during the previous three years alongwith the separate detail of programmes and steps of the Government in this regard?
