Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the estimated loss in financial terms to the economy due to each sit-in and lockdown in different cities of the country during the last seven years?

(a) whether it is a fact that illegal labour agents or sub-agents of licensed Pakistani Overseas employment promoters entrap Pakistanis into sex trafficking and bonded labour; if so; (b) the steps taken by the Ministry to stop the said practice?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Sikh pilgrims are allowed to visit Kartarpur without getting visa; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state district-wise location of executive Passport Offices in the country at present?

(a) whether it is a fact that cyber crimes are increasing with the passage of time; and (b) the total number of incidents of cyber crimes registered during the last four years and the steps being taken by the Government to reduce the same alongwith the complete detail thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that the Supreme Court of Pakistan ordered to stop nonconforming use of residential buildings in Islamabad; if so, details of the action taken by the Capital Development Authority, Islamabad; and (b) whether it is also a fact that more than 100 guests houses have still been functioning in residential areas of Islamabad; if so, details thereof and action taken against them?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the natural streams of water flowing down from Pir Sohawa, Islamabad have been polluted by the sewerage water of the Monal Restaurant; if so, the action taken by the Capital Development Authority against the said restaurant?

(a) the number of cases received for renewal of Passports applied by the expatriates in the Pakistan Missions during the last year; (b) the average time of processing thereof; (c) the number of cases pending in Pakistan Mission in Pretoria, South Africa; (d) is there a time limit for process of such requests; (e) the tenure of current passport officer at Pretoria, Mission; (f) whether there are any complaints lodged against the said officer by the Public on PM Portal or others; and (g) whether there is any proposal under consideration to replace the said officer in near future?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the number of employees recruited in Islamabad Police against each post till date during the tenure of incumbent Government?

(a) whether it is a fact that traffic jam on Rawal Chowk, Islamabad has become a routine phenomenon; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration to construct an underpass or flyover in order to make Rawal Chowk signal free; if so, the estimated cost thereof and the time by which work on the said project will be started?

(a) the criteria and qualifications prescribed for appointment against the post of Circle Registrar in the Cooperative Societies Department, Islamabad Capital Territory Administration; and (b) the names, designations, grades, educational qualification, place of domicile and mode of appointment of the persons presently working in the said department?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that video camera is being declared mandatory with police uniform in the country including Islamabad; if so, since when?

(a) whether it is a fact that the residents of the apartments of Gulshan-e-Jinnah are facing difficulties due to in-sufficient supply of water; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to resolve the said issue?

(a) the procedure for the renewal of visas of foreigners working or doing business in Pakistan; (b) what is an average time for processing the visa extension request; and (c) is there a time limit to complete such applications with the spirit of Government’s “ease of business policy”?

(a)the amount, which is paid to each appointee of Pakistan Cricket Board, who has been appointed in the Board on a specific period under the head of transportation charges, residential rent, medical facilities or any other nomenclature of payment alongwith justification thereof; (b)whether it is also a fact that PCB spend huge amount of its funds to renovate residence of aforesaid employees, including its Chairman, in recent times; if so, the details thereof; (c)whether rules allow spending such money particular with reference to paying such employees under the head of residential allowance; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken to rationalize spending under such heads in future?

(a) whether it is a fact that number of Pakistanis were caught in detention centers of Turkey during December, 2019 who had travelled abroad on fake documents; (b) if so, the steps being taken by FIA to protect and bring them back to Pakistan safely?

(a) details of funds reserved, released and utilized for the development of Sector D-12, Islamabad during last three years; and (b) what steps are being taken to develop the said sector as per master plan?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the reasons for not constructing a jail in Islamabad till date?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether any comprehensive plan of action has been devised to stop women trafficking; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof?

(a) how many cases have been registered under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 since its inception; (b) how many cases were reported with National Response Centre for Cyber Crimes (NR3C); (c) in the reported cases, how many were investigated and what was the conviction rate; and (d) what measures have been taken regarding hiring and placement of cyber crime professionals in NR3C?

(a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Capital Development Authority to install plants in Islamabad to generate electricity from garbage; (b) if so, the time by which it will be implemented alongwith the locations thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the number of Assistant Sub-Inspectors appointed in 2005 and still have been promoted to the post of the Sub-Inspector as yet in the Islamabad Police with their name, date of appointment, date of joining, qualification, district of domicile and seniority number?

(a) the procedure under-which and the time by which numbering and allotment of plots will be done in Fazaia Housing Society, Kamra; and (b) whether any website of the said Society is being developed; if so, the details of information regarding allotment to be available on the said website?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the details of Cooperative Housing Societies which applied for issuance of NOCs by CDA during the last five years indicating also the number of the same which have been issued NOCs and the number of those whose cases are still under process?

(a) the offices of Islamabad Capital Territory administration set up in rented buildings at present alongwith reasons therefor; and (b) the time by which their own buildings will be constructed?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the district-wise Executive NADRA Offices in the country at present alongwith the locations thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the reasons for not opening the NADRA Centres at Faiz Ganj Nara and Sobhodero, District Khairpur Mirs Sindh and action to be taken in this regard?

(a) the reasons of dilapidated condition of Faiz Ahmed Faiz Road Sector H-8/1, Islamabad and blockage of all the U-turns on said road; and (b) the time by which U-turns will be opened and the said road will be re-constructed/carpeted?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to control street crimes in Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state as to what protective measures are being taken to ensure that the suburbs of the capital city are rid of the hundreds of pye-dogs that are menacing the citizens living in these areas?

(a) the number of cases of Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society, Zone-II, Islamabad in which Islamabad High Court has given verdict to make payments as per market rate to the members to whom possession of plot was not given alongwith petition number of each case, name of petitioners, plot size, market value and other details; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration to make payments to other such members as per court order; if not, the reasons thereof; if so, the time by which payment will be made; and (c) the number of members to whom payment was made as per court order alongwith the detail thereof; if not, the time by which payment will be made?

(a) the names of all the members who have paid the full amount of their plots in the Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing society Zone-IV Farm House Scheme, Islamabad alongwith details of their date-wise payments to the society and plot number; (b) the names of all members who have not paid the full amount alongwith details of their allotted plot numbers; (c) how many members from these two lists have been allotted the plots but the society does not have land to give physical possession of their plots alongwith a complete list of names and plot numbers of all these members; and (d) the time by which society will cancel the allotments of all such members who have not paid the full amount and would allot these plots to those members who have already paid the full amount of their plots?

(a) whether the Passport Offices exist in each district of the country at present; (b) if not, reasons thereof and whether there is any proposal under consideration of Government to establish such offices for the facilitation of people?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the total amount incurred on the project of construction and extention of Islamabad Expressway from Faisal Mosque to Rawat so far?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that water supply timing is very short; if so, then please state the duration of the water supply timings in F-6/4, Islamabad Government accommodation and measures taken for increasing the time of duration of water supply?

(a) whether any mechanism has been devised by the Government for the redressal of the complaints of corruption in EOBI and welfare of old-age pensioners; if so, the detail thereof; and (b) whether the complaints of old-age pensioners could be redressed by taking such steps; if not, the reasons thereof?

(a) when the forensic audit for period from 1st July, 2011 to 30th June, 2016 will be completed; (b) the total amount of fraud committed alongwith names and designations of the officials involved in fraud; (c) the details of the names of the officials against whom enquiry conducted to hold the responsible, how many times such enquiry has been conducted alongwith its details; and (d) when such enquiry will be completed?

(a) the steps being taken by the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad for online payments of water charges and property tax; (b) the present status thereof and the time by which the online payment facility will be provided; (c) the budget allocated under this head; and (d) the name of officer to whom the said responsibilities is given alongwith detail thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that the case of Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society, G-15, Islamabad is being investigated by NAB; (b) if so, when the case has been registered by NAB, provide details of total money involved, how many times meetings were held to investigate alongwith its details; (c) how much amount has been recovered, when the inquiry would be completed, actions were taken against officials of the society including the Ex-secretary Zaheer Ahmed and the amount recoverable from him and another official responsible for the fraud?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the names of districts in which new NADRA Offices have been established?

(a) whether Passport Offices are established in each district of the country; (b) if not, reasons thereof; and (c) the time by which these will be established?

(a)as to when the Citizen Club will be established in F-9 Park, Islamabad; (b)the estimate of the said club; (c) the objectives of establishment of it; and (d)the reasons for not making it functional so far?

(a) whether Ministry has taken notice of corrupt practices of issuing visas by the Ministry of Interior to different businessesmen; (b) if so, the details thereof; (c) if not, the reasons thereof; (d) details of persons alongwith posts thereof, who were found guilty while issuing visas on fake documents including action taken against them; and (e) details of persons alongwith posts thereof who have posted in relevant branch of issuing visas at present and since when each of above are posted in said branch?

(a) whether it is a fact that the inquiry offices in sector F-6/ G-6, Islamabad received complaints/demands of the Government accommodation for change/repair the different items; (b) if so, the details of total complaints received, materials/items replaced, pending demands with reason, funds received for maintenance, funds spent during the last two years (year-wise) and alongwith sector-wise details F-6/G-6, Islamabad?

(a) whether NADRA Offices are established in the country at each district and tehsil at present; (b) if not, why?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to improve the performance of various sports including Cricket, Football, Hockey, Squash and Athletic at present?

(a) the total number of vacancies in the Ministry and its attached departments/institutions alongwith the details province-wise quota therein separately; (b) whether it is a fact that fake domicile holders have been appointed on the quota reserved for Sindh; if so, any action taken to certify the domiciles of every persons possessing Sindh domicile; if not, the reasons thereof; and (c) the number of persons recruited so far on the quota reserved for Sindh province in the said department and the number of vacant posts?

(a) whether it is a fact that number of drug addicts have been increased with the age of 15-25 years in all over the country; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to control and take measures to eliminate the menace of drugs in the country?

(a) the details of the date of purchase, rate and date of payment of the land of Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society Zone-II, Islamabad whose possession was given to its 572 members; and (b) the number of non-possession plots in G-15/4, Islamabad at present and the time by which they will be taken in to possession alongwith the details of out of court settlement thereof?

(a) the total number of Parliament Lodges under construction in Islamabad and when the construction was started; and (b) the time by which same will be completed?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state as to whether it is a fact that under Rule 25 of the Rules of Business each Division on the beginning of each financial year, shall for information of the Cabinet and for general public, prepare and upload on its website as a permanent record a year book which shall contain details of activities, achievements and progress of preceeding financial year; if so, then please state the details during the last two years?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state as to whether it is a fact that under Rule 25 of the Rules of Business each Division on the beginning of each financial year, shall for information of the Cabinet and for general public, prepare and upload on its website as a permanent record a year book which shall contain details of activities, achievements and progress of preceeding financial year; if so, then please state the details during the last two years?

(a) the time by which Senate Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad would give possession of Block A, the percentage of development work completed so far; (b) the amount incurred alongwith the heads, further amount to be incurred on development of Block A in detail; (c) the number of plots of Block A have been given to Gulberg Green; and (d) the number of plots name of members, size of plot and other details thereof?

(a) the total amount deposited in account of Jammu Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad for Farm Houses alongwith the detail thereof and the amount of interest thereon alongwith the date-wise total amount withdrawn by the administration so far and the detail thereof; (b) the head under which said amount spent alongwith complete detail of the amount spent in each head and under which law amount collectd or deposited for Farm Houses of society, whether such amount is spent on other projects alongwith the details thereof; (c) if any member wants to withdraw his amount whether the amount, will be return alongwith interest to him?

(a) the names of incomplete roads projects. proposed to be completed in Islamabad in the near future; (b) whether the project of Margallah Road from Sector E-11 to sector B-17, Islamabad is included in those projects; (c) if so, the time by which same will be completed; (d) if not, reasons thereof?

(a) whether is there any proposal under consideration of the Government to increase the salaries of FIA employees on the pattern of NAB; (b) if so, the reasons thereof alongwith the details of such increase in salaries?

(a) whether it is a fact that various crimes are on the rise in the country; (b) if so, the steps being taken for prevention/eradication of crimes, particularly, child sexual abuse, corruption, rape and drinking alcohol etc.?

(a) whether administration of Islamabad Capital Territory has taken notice of illegal charging of parking/adda fee by persons from every passenger vehicle at Kallar Syedan Road, Rawat, which falls under the administrative control of Islamabad Capital Territory, despite the fact that Kallar Syedan Road at Rawat was not included in the contract for collecting parking/adda fee at GT road Rawat; if so, the details thereof; and (b) the steps being taken to stop such illegal charging of parking fee forthwith and hold the responsible persons/accountable?

(a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct roads and streets in Rehman Town and Model Valley, Sector H-15, Union Council No.45, Islamabad; if not, the reasons thereof; and (b) the time by which the construction work will be completed in the above said area?

(a) whether it is a fact that a Sewerage Nullah is being constructed in Chakki Bagh, Sohan, Islamabad; if so, the percentage of work completed thereof; and (b) the time by which development work will be completed on this Nullah in order to facilitate residents of the said locality?

(a) whether it is a fact that no employee is coming to cut extra grass outside the houses of Street No.49, G-10/3, Islamabad since long; and (b) further it is also a fact that no plant is being planted inside these houses; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether the areas of Naseerabad, Qasimabad, Islamabad View Colony, British Homes and Awan Town Rawalpindi come under the jurisdiction of Islamabad Capital Territory?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the total area of land of Islamabad Model College for Boys, H-9, Sector, Islamabad and the piece of land from such area on which branch of National Bank of Pakistan and Kiosks were built alongwith the details of rent charged thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that the road in front of Fast University, H-9, Islamabad is in dilapidated condition due to pits; and (b) whether any amount has been allocated for the construction of said road in current budget; if so, the details alongwith the time by which it would be repaired?

(a) when was each recreational and extra curricula initiatives initiated alongwith cost of each of said initiative; (b) whether it is a fact that since most of such initiatives/installations have become dysfunctional it is tantamount to poor planning at the part of CDA; and (c) what steps are being taken to take such initiatives in future, which will only be feasible in the longer run?

(a) the total amount spent on the only route leading from Gate No.5 of Police Training College, Sihala to Mouza Hoon Dhamial and its adjacent locality during the last six years; (b) whether it is a fact that this route has never been constructed completely and is facing wear and tear at present and is a source of accidents and if so, then who is responsible for this sorry state of affairs; and (c) whether any plan to metal the said road is under consideration and if so, the details thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that Fisheries Department of ICT, Islamabad has increased charges of fishing in Rawal Dam, Islamabad from Rs.10/- to Rs.1000/- recently; if so, the justification thereof; and (b) what steps are being taken to rationalize the aforesaid fee?

(a) the number of Beauty Parlors in Khan Market and Sheraz Market, G-10/3 which were issued notices alongwith the name of the parlor, date of issuance of notice and the details of fine imposed thereon; (b) the date on which tests for AIDs and hepatitis of staff of said parlors have been conducted; and (c) whether said parlors have been fined for not sterilizing their instruments; if so, the amount of fine; if not, the reasons thereof?

(a) date-wise number of pilgrims went to Iran through Taftan from Pakistan during the period from January 2019 to December 2019; and (b) the arrangement made by immigration department to provide the facility of water, wash rooms, prayer area, waiting rooms, rest houses for the pilgrims and the standard, quality of these facilities alongwith the details thereof?

(a) whether the CDA has taken notice of deteriorating condition of different main and link roads in the Capital; (b) if so, is there an assessment made to determine the magnitude of deterioration of such roads in recent time; if so, the details thereof; (c) the budget allocated for repairing of such deteriorating roads in the year 2018-19 and 2019-20 released and utilized so far; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to ensure timely repair of such roads in future?

(a) whether it is a fact that a number of public and private offices have encroached upon green belts in various sectors of Islamabad by constructing parking areas; (b) if so, details thereof and action taken by the Capital Development Authority against violators/enchroachers?

(a) the reason to close the road from Blue Area to D-roundabout time and again; and (b) the time by when it will be opened?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the number of FIRs registered from 6th January, 2017 to 6th January, 2020 in Police Station Sehala, Islamabad alongwith date, number, area and headwise details thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.157 replied on 09-08-2019 and to state; (a) the steps being taken by the Government to store the water released from Rawal Dam during opening the spil ways alongwith the detail thereof; (b) how many times the water spil ways of Simly Dams were opened during the last six months and the volume of water released therefrom, whether any project is under consideration to store the said water; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether CDA being a custodian of Government accommodations in Sector F-6/1, Islamabad has taken notice of deteriorating conditions, which demands to carry out maintenance work of different nature including control of roof seepage, whitewash, maintenance of doors, windows and other amenities on urgent basis of Government accommodation in the aforesaid sector and in particular H. No.57/5-D, St. No.37 and H. No.49/5-D, St. No.39, Sector F-6/1, Islamabad; if so, details thereof; and (b) what steps are being taken to carry out maintenance of Government accommodation in aforesaid sector and in particular aforesaid houses at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state the total mnthly amount incurred on all PCB officials and employees during last ten years?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether is there any proposal under consideration of Government to allocate the land for new Graveyards in Islamabad; (b) if so, the time by which above said land will be allocated?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the rate of which water bill and property tax per square yard is charged by Jammu Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society Zone-II, Islamabad from its residents alongwith the amount collected so far under this head and the details thereof; (b) if these rates collected in accordance with CDA rate, the monthly income to be collected alongwith the time by which same will be enforced; and (c) the details of new CDA rates in accordance with House, Gali Number, plot size alongwith the total revenue to be collected in this regard?
