(a) when was first locust attack reported in 2019 alongwith efforts, which had been made by the Federal Government to tackle the attack of locust; (b) the volume and value of crops, which have been destroyed in the recent attack of locust; (c) the contribution of both Federal and Provincial Governments with regard to tackle the attack of locust; (d) whether it is a fact that an emergency has been declared, recently; if so, the features of such emergency and date upon such emergency was declared; and (e) what steps are being taken by the Government to handle attacks of locust in future?

(a) whether it is a fact that certain officials and doctors of the District Health Office (DHO), Islamabad have been infected with Covid-19 and their tests have been marked positive; if so, their names and designations alongwith details of Quarantine Centre for them; (b) whether it is also a fact that some staff of the DHO has been screened and the persons having positive tests, have been quarantined; if so, the details of protective measures taken by the DHO for safety of his subordinate employees; (c) whether it is further a fact that the Government intends to give Risk Covid-19 allowance extra monetary benefits to the doctors and allied staff (officers and officials) performing duties in respect of Corona Pandemic; and (d) the number of Corona Treatment Centres established by the DHO alongwith the funds provided; details thereof?

(a) the number of plant protection teams working against locust swarm in Sindh Province under Federal Government; (b) the area in hector where the spray has been completed in Sindh province and area in hector where the spray has not been carried out yet in detail; (c) whether the Federal Government intends to carry out spray through airplane throughout the country; and (d) the medicines provided by Federal Government to save Sindh Province from locust swarm?

(a) whether it is a fact that Saudi Arabia and some other Arab countries have removed the century-old postgraduate degree programmes, continued by Pakistan as well i.e. Master of Surgery (MS) and Doctor of Medicine (DM) from the eligibility list of the highest paid tier on the plea that these courses lacked the mandatory structured training programmes; (b) if so, whether the Ministry is planning to upgrade the standard of the courses being taught in the medical colleges; (c) whether it is also a fact that after the Saudi move, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain have also taken similar step; (d) if so, what steps are taken by the Government in this regard?
