Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Shorkot Interchange on Faisalabad- Multan Motorway (M-4) has not been made functional since opening of M-4 in September, 2019 and all the commuters are forced to get off the interchange causing inconvenience to them, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the persons responsible for the same; and (b) whether it is also a fact that due to non-operationalization of the said interchange a number ofaccidents has taken place there so far, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education, Professional Training, National Heritage and Culture be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the incumbent Director General (DG)of Urdu Dictionary Board in addition to his present post is also continuing his service in the Government of Punjab and is drawing pay and allowancesfor both of these posts in violation of rules; and (b) whether the Government has taken notice of the said violation of the rules by that (DG), if not, the reasons thereof?
