Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the price of electricity being paid by a consumer upon consuming 300 units per month at present and the break-up taxes, duties and other charges, which are charged upon such 300 units; (b) detail subsidy which is provided to consumers, consuming 300 units and criteria by which such subsidy is distributed among them; and (c) the rate of the average bill of electricity of per month of 300 units, as of March, 2013 May 2018 and also at present?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether an “agreement” or Memorandum of Understanding, signed between a group of power producing companies and Government, recently; (b) if it is an agreement, as referred by the Prime Minister, the details thereof; (c) if it is a MOU, the stage-wise details of measures, which need to do by both sides to reach an agreement at a later point in time; (d) how did or will the matter of alleged “excessive profits” that is said to make by such power producing companies by misrepresenting their costs or their fuel consumption or their efficiency levels, address in the aforesaid agreement or MOU; and (e) up to what extent, such agreement or MOU will be effective to reduce power bills of consumers alongwith its details thereof and the manner in which same will be worked out in terms of above?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the amount which has been paid regarding the purchase of price of lands, houses and forest etc. to the each affected family by the Government and Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) at Kazzoba, Tehsil and Sub-Division Batani merger area FR Luky Marwat alongwith the procedure adopted to pay the said amount; and (b) the expenditure incurred upon the welfare and development of the local tribal community from the Federal Government and OGDCL and company included in the agreement alongwith the detail of names and sources from where the amount has been paid for the said expenditures?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a person was died and another was injured due to electrocution while relocating electricity polls in NA-183, recently; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether such relocation was approved from concerned authorities; (c) whether safety measures were taken prior to make such relocation of polls; (d) whether the aforesaid persons were employees of the relevant Sub-Division, where such relocation of polls was carrying out; if not, why were such employees allowed to work in another area of their duty place; (e) whether such matter was investigated; if so, the details thereof; (f) whether aforesaid persons have been compensated; and (g) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that irregularities of trillions of rupees, both administrative and financial, which have been pointed out in power sector by the Government’s auditors in the year 2019-20 are confirmed proof of poor administration and Governance of incumbent Government in the power sector; (b) whether it is also a fact that public at large had to pay the price of such institutional negligence in terms of increasing electricity tariff; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, whether the responsible held accountable by departments concerned; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken particular with reference to not transfer or shift the burden of such institutional negligence to general public?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) what is the amount of circular debt at present along with the amount of circular debt for the last ten years on annual basis; (b) whether it is a fact that the circular debt is growing 60% annually and would be doubled by 2025 as estimated by an independent study; if so, reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to deal with this issue on a permanent basis?

(a) whether it is a fact that electricity of almost whole locality is disconnected, due to few consumers/individuals do not pay their bills or get connection of electricity by illegal means; (b) if so, whether such arrangements of powers companies are unjust with consumers of the particular locality, as they pay their bills regularly; (c) whether such arrangements are tantamount to violation of Constitution, as it deprives fundamental right of law abiding citizens; and (d) if the answers to part (a), (b) and (c) above are affirmative, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard to safeguard the fundamental rights of citizens?

(a) the number of factories in Pakistan which manufacture or produce surgical masks; (b) where these surgical masks manufacturing factories are located; (c) the number of masks manufactured in Pakistan in one year; and (d) whether surgical masks are imported from abroad to Pakistan?

(a) whether it is a fact that the domestic electricity consumers of Mahera Ali Khan, Tehsil and District Haripur neither receive monthly bills timely nor the said bills are sent on their residential addresses causing inconvenience to the consumers in depositing their bills in time; (b) if so, the time by which the concerned office staff will be directed by the Government to deliver monthly bills in time to consumers at their already provided residential addresses?

(a) details of residents of village Musapur, Tehsil Pasrur, District Sialkot have deposited the amount of demand notices of Rs.6,000/- for installation of meter of natural gas since January, 2018; (b) the present status of each of above applicant; (c) whether it is a fact that several residents, who have deposited the aforesaid amount, could not the given connection of natural gas; if so, the reasons thereof; and (d) time by which, each of above will provide connection of natural gas?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state whether there is any mechanism of periodically water quality monitoring programme; if so, the details thereof; if not, reasons thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that despite the lapse of almost three years, the authorities concerned have failed to issue demand notices for installation of meters of natural gas of different consumers of Chak No.82/JB Jaggatpur, Dijkot Pansra Road, Faisalabad and Anwar Town, Near Masjid Burewala, District Vehari, who had applied for the connection of natural gas under Customer IDs 1207753685 dated 13-03-2017, 3529972814 dated 31-08-2017, 1200468699 dated 27-09-2017, 5050105395 dated 27-10-2017, 8861906517 dated 27-12-2017 and 99936622887 dated 22-05-2017; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to do the needful at an earliest?

(a) details of residents of Chak No.88/JB, Hussaina Tehsil and District Faisalabad, who applied for installation of meters of natural Gas on urgent basis since 8th July, 2019; (b) whether it is a fact that relevant department of SNGPL has failed to issue demand notices to aforesaid residents so far; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) time by which the needful will be done?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of Government to construct Motorway/National Highway from Salam Interchange to Sargodha; (b) if so, time by which same will be constructed?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state the reasons for constant increase being made in the rates of Toll Tax on the Motorways in the country?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state the reasons due to which rest areas are still not operating along Lahore to Abdul Hakeem Motorway?

(a) whether it is a fact that despite depositing the amount of demand notice under the Account IDs 39842214627 dated 16-12-2019, 80627871983 dated 06-01-2020, 27127968702 dated 08-01-2020, 84214063756 dated 27-01-2020, 23740759891 dated 04-02-2020, 27190320930 dated 04-02-2010, 57956155428 dated 20-02-2020, 15621669298 dated 02-03-2010 by residents of Chak No.81/JB, Pandoori Pansra, Dijkot Road Faisalabad, as the authorities concerned have failed to install meters of natural Gas against aforesaid demand notices; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to install meters against aforesaid demand notices at an earliest?

(a) what are the scheduled reading dates issued for each month since September, 2019 of the whole UC-2 Ghakka Meter, Pathan Wali Wazirabad in Pakistan including against the Reference No.02122321203500-R, which is located in GEPCO’s Division Wazirabad and Sub-Division Wazirabad-II; (b) what are the reading dates printed in the bill for each month, since September, 2019 for the above reference number; (c) what is the actual reading dates for each month since September, 2019 for the above reference number; and (d) whether the scheduled and actual reading dates have been observed in compliance with the provisions of consumer service rules manual against the above UC-2, Ghakka Meters Pathan Wali Wazirabad and also in the aforesaid reference number?

(a) whether it is a fact that low voltage transformer is installed in new Lalazar, Line-8, Gali No.1, Near Fouji Foundation University due to which voltage is not to fulfill the supply of required voltage of electricity alongwith the problems of electric tripping remains frequent; (b) if so, the time by which high voltage electricity transformer will be installed overthere at an earliest?

(a) the names and designations of employees who posted on deputation in NHA at present; and (b) the dates of such deputationists alongwith the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state the location- wise new national highways are under construction throughout the country at present?

(a) whether it is a fact that the Customer ID Nos.5464737831 dated 28-06-2011, CNIC No.13101-0946883-7 resident of Dheri Maira, Muslimabad, Havelian, Abbottabad applied for Gas connection and despite the application for issuance of demand notice and also other inhabitants to concerned department has so far been failed to issue the same, if so; and (b) the reasons of not issuing the demand notice to above alongwith the steps being taken by ministry to provide the connection to the said customers?
