(a) the detail of ratio of poverty for the years ending on June 30, 2017, 2018-2019 and 2020, respectively; (b) the current ratio of the poverty; (c) whether it is a fact that independent experts of the economy are forecasting increase in ratio of poverty in coming years; (d) if so, what steps are being taken by the Government to control the increasing ratio of poverty?

(a) whether the Cabinet Division being a line Division to coordinate and ensure true implementation of the laws relating to each Ministry, its Divisions and Departments, which are coming under its administrative control thereof; (b) whether it has taken the notice that most of the Ministries/ Divisions and Departments could not ensure computerization and availability of their records under the Right of Access to Information Act, 2017 for the facilitation of general public; (c) if so, the details thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Cabinet Division to ensure the computerization and availability of the records of the aforesaid Departments for the facilitation of general public for implementation of this Act in its true spirit?

(a) whether it is a fact that UNDP in its recent report (2020), ranked Pakistan below, as compared to the preceding year in Human Development Index 2019; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether the Government either has assessed or intend to assess reasons behind such downward trend of the country in Human Development Index; if so, the details thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to improve such rating in the coming years?

(a) the name of the training institutions/academies working which are under the Division for capacity building of its employees at present; (b) the details of teaching faculty of said institutions alongwith their qualifications and experiences; (c) the syllabus being taught in said institutions; (d) the institution and post-wise number of employees trained during the financial years 2018-19 and 2019-20; (e) the institution-wise total expenditures incurred thereon; and (f) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the institutional capacity of said institutions/academies?

(a) whether it is a fact that Media Owners did not pay salaries to their permanent and contract employees, awaiting from many months; and (b) the details of the amount paid to the Print and Electronic Media regarding advertisement?

(a) the details of steps taken by the Government to provide relief for the people’s welfare exclusively during the Covid pandemic under the Ehsaas Programme and the number of beneficiaries in each province alongwith the amount disbursed thereof; (b) detail of criteria for deciding these beneficiaries under Ehsaas Programme; and (c) detail of the procedure adopted for distribution of the said amount for financial assistance?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state the details of amount paid by the Government to various media groups for advertisements related to Corona virus during outbreak of the said pandemic?

(a) whether it is a fact that the incumbent Prime Minister has constituted number of Task Forces to revamp different public sector entities; (b) if so, members of each Task Force alongwith expertise of each member of such Task Forces in the relevant field; (c) the terms and reference of each Task Force; (d) the mandate of the each Task Force; (e) whether such Task Forces were given a time frame for giving their reports; if so, the details thereof; (f) expenditure incurred upon each of above Task Force so far; (g) whether each of above Task Force have given its report to the Government; if so, the details thereof; and (h) steps being taken by the Prime Minister’s Office in light of the recommendation thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that special attention on education is being paid by the present Government; (b) whether it is also a fact that district Korangi of Karachi is made helpless in seeking Higher and Under Graduates education, while the boys and girls of the said area have to go in farflung areas for seeking education; (c) whether the Government intends to establish a branch/institute of any Federal University for district Korangi in near future; if not, the reasons thereof; (d) if answer to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the time by which same will be established by the Government?

(a) how many of the billion trees which were promised, have been planted so far and the details of the costs incurred thereon; and (b) what is the mechanism of monitoring alongwith survival rate of the trees, as found in any survey conducted thereof?

Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state the reasons of shifting the PIA Head Office and other relevant offices from Karachi to Islamabad?

(a) the employment generation programmes of the Government in the country, the details thereof; (b) the number of employment opportunities generated by Federal Government during the last two years alongwith province-wise break-up of the same; and (c) the province-wise details of fields, in which employment generated and cost incurred thereon by the Government in the said process?

(a) whether it is a fact that PIA’s total debt was reported to be 400 billion Pakistani rupees by June 30th, 2019 against the airline, whereas currently losses are reported as 6.3 billion rupees per month; (b) the details of annual profit/loss incurred by PIA during the last three years; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to enhance performance of National carriers PIA?

(a) whether it is a fact that large number of people, who are living their lives below the poverty line in the country, either could not get registered themselves in BISP or any other Government programme of different nomenclature; (b) whether it is also a fact that the peoples were deleted from such programmes set for such programmes; (c) whether it is further a fact that such deserving people neither have any right of appeal of their rejection from aforesaid programmes nor prudent data upon which their applications are rejected duly re-verified by third party; (d) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, what steps are being taken by the Government to give right of appeal to such people, re-verify already complied data and revisit benchmarks set out for such programms in order to provide benefit to more deserving peoples?

(a) whether it is a fact that a United Nation recognized body of Aviation Industry has recently cautioned Pakistan International Airline and Civil Aviation Authority to fix matters ancillary thereto; (b) whether country has to face the situation of restrictions, which may also include complete ban on aviation activities in the country; if so, the details thereof; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

(a) what are the reasons for growing smog and fog in the country in winter months; and (b) what precautionary measures are being taken by the Government to counter smog in the country?

(a) whether it is a fact that increase in pension, which was made by the Federal Government with effect from 1st July, 2019 has not been given to the pensioners of the PTV so far; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) time by which, such increase in pension will be granted to aforesaid pensioners?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state the details of the Universities, offering programmes of “Digital Forensic” alongwith number of teaching faculty members and also the details of University-wise numbers of Digital Forensic graduate(s)?

(a) whether it is a fact that it was decided that MDCAT would be “centralised” at the national level but it has been allowed to the National University of Medical Sciences and Agha Khan University to conduct their own independent entry tests; (b) if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state the amount of loss to the national carrier (PIA) due to the imposition of ban by the European Union?

(a) total number of houses, which have been built under any nomenclature of housing schemes for building five million houses so far, as announced by the incumbent Government; (b) the location of potential areas, identified by the Government to build such houses so far; and (c) the latest status of paper work, which is required for such housing schemes?

(a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan ranks seventh in the list of the countries which are the most affected by Climate Change; (b) whether the Government has taken precautionary steps to counter the Climate Change so far; and (c) whether there is any concrete policy/plan, made by the Government to deal with the threat of the global warming and climate change?

(a) the number of non-functional airports accross the country including Bannu and Sargodha airport; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) since when these airports are non-functional; (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make functional to said airports; (d) if so, the time by which such airports will be made functional?

(a) whether it is a fact that 3G/4G internet service is dysfunctional in South Waziristan; (b) if the answer to part (a) is in affirmative, then the reasons thereof and the time by which it will be made operational?

(a) the number of PIA staff members have been laid off under the Voluntary Separation Schemes; and (b) what perks and benefits have been given to those officers?

(a) whether it is a fact that in Pakistan, around 120 glaciers in the North of Pakistan; and (b) what is Government precautionary protective policy; if any, formulated on Pakistan’s melting of glaciers at dangerous levels?

(a) the Constituency-wise development funds allocated for all Constituencies in sequence of all the member of National Assembly, District Multan during the present regime; (b) the Constituency-wise complete details like the number of works completed and the cost incurred thereof alongwith the number of pending projects; and (c) the break-up of projects on which funds incurred alongwith the time by which these works will be completed?

(a) the details of total profit earned by NTC during the last financial year; (b) the total number of employees of NTC at present; and (c) the detail of incentives admissible to the employees alongwith the detail thereof?

(a) what is the procedure of appointment of faculty members and officers in International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) on ad-hoc and contract basis; (b) whether competitive process and international evaluation, in case of Associate Professor and Professor, are followed; (c) whether ad-hoc and contractual appointments are made through selection committees and selection board; (d) how many employees are appointed in IIUI on ad-hoc, contract any daily wages basis during the last five years; (e) provide details about whether the process through which these appointments are made; (f) under IIUI Ordinance, the Rector has the power to give approval for contractual appointment on the recommendation of the President of IIUI; (g) how may appointments have been made by the Rector during the last five years?

(a) the total amount of loss suffered by PIA till date during the tenure of the incumbent Government; and (b) whether the Airplan of PIA has returned from Malaysia; if so, the amount paid in this regard?

(a) the details of department-wise posts, reserved for Non-Muslims in each department of Federal Government; (b) number of posts, filled in at present; (c) number of posts, lying vacant at present; (d) whether it is a fact that number of posts, actually reserved for Non-Muslims are lying vacant, at present; (e) if so, the department-wise details of vacant posts to be filled; and (f) what steps are being taken by the Government to fill all those posts immediately?

(a) the total number of Pilots of PIA, who have been removed from their services due to fake educational credentials since August, 2018; (b) whether procedural formalities were fulfilled prior to removing them from their services; (c) the year of appointment of each of above; (d) whether the educational credentials were verified from the respective educational institutions, at the time of appointment of each pilot; if so, the details thereof; (e) whether administration of PIA held the accountable/responsible; and (f) whether such appointments were made without verifying their educational credentials; if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons thereof?

(a) the total number of sanctioned posts of Assistants, UDCs and LDCs at present in the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Islamabad; (b) the total number of Assistants, UDCs and LDCs working at present in the FDE; (c) the total number of vacant posts of Assistants, UDCs and LDCs at present in the said department; and (d) whether it is a fact that promotions have not been done since long of the said posts; if yes, the reasons thereof alongwith the time by which promotion will be made?

(a) how many vehicles are under the use of civil servants serving in BPS 20-22; (b) is there any fuel allowance which is also being given to the above said; (c) whether it is also a fact that fuel allowance is given as allternate to vehicles; (d) if yes, then why both the facilities are given at same time?

(a) whether it is a fact that Federal Government “Rules of Business 1973” has not been updated/rationalized since October 2020 to till date; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the time by which Rules of Business would be updated?

(a) department-wise, details of persons, who have applied for educational stipends for their children in Federal Employees Benevolent and also for the Group Insurance Funds (FEB & GIF) during the current financial year; (b) the details of terms and date of submission of application for the same by each employee; (c) date of any communication, if any, made by FEB & GIF to an employee in order to seek/address any querry; (d) the date of response by the concerned employees and date of issuance of cheque of educational stipend; (e) details of applications, which are pending at present of either previous financial years or current financial year alongwith justification of pendency of each application; and (f) time by which all such pending applications will be cleared?
