(a) whether all the Advisors and Special Assistants to the Prime Minister have filed the tax return; if so, the names of such Advisors and Special Assistants, who have filed tax return alongwith the detail of each tax financial year for which, each one filed the first and the last tax return; (b) name of those Advisors and Special Assistants, who did not file tax return; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what corrective measures being taken by the Government in this regard?

(a) whether it is a fact that all the banks used to issue funds transaction statement for few days alongwith the mini statement; if so, the reason of termination of such statement; (b) the date from which the same has been terminated and the action taken against the responsible banks which have taken the said illegal steps alongwith the details; and (c) the time by which banks will be reopened for the convenience of pensioners which used to open on Saturdays?

(a) the amount of losses suffered by State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) since 2017 till now; (b) whether it is a fact that the Government is going to follow the policy of the previous Government in this regard; if so, the reasons thereof; (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to make the work functional at this stage; if not, the details of the existing strategy being adopted?

(a) whether Ministry has taken notice of failure of Financial Adviser, designated to each Division and Chief Finance and Accounts Officer thereof to play their due role as enshrined in the financial rules in the administrative and financial matters; (b) whether it is a fact that consequently, numerous administrative and financial irregularities of millions of rupees are reported in each Division on annual basis, which ultimately end up with audit paras; (c) if so, the details thereof; (d) what steps are being taken to ensure true role of Financial Advisor’s and Chief Financial and Accounts Officers in letter and spirit; and (e) if they have failed to play their due role, what action is taken by the Government to make them accountable on such matters?

(a) the year-wise exact amount of funds, which were required to transfer to each province and other entity in light of NFC Award, and other law statues during the last two financial years including the current financial year; (b) whether such amount of funds was in light of aforesaid statues; (c) if not, the reasons thereof; (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to transfer outstanding amount of funds, pending with the Federal Government at present against the aforesaid years to the provinces; and (e) what further steps are being taken to ensure timely transfer of funds in future to provinces and other entities thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that the losses of Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs) on a daily basis are in millions; (b) if so, the details of the losses during the last five years?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to provide all possible facilities for remittances to Pakistan from aboard during last two years?

(a) the names of the training institutions/academies working under the Division for capacity building of its employees at present; (b) the detail of teaching faculty of said institutions alongwith their qualifications and experience; (c) the syllabus being taught in said institutions; (d) the institution and post-wise number of employees who have been trained during the financial years 2018-19 and 2019-20; (e) the institution-wise total expenditures incurred thereon; and (f) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the institutional capacity of said institutions/academies?

(a) whether it is a fact that the plan, as announced by the Prime Minister, to convert the Prime Minister’s Office into a University, but yet has been abandoned; if so, reasons thereof; (b) whether an assessment is made with regard to determine the feasibility of converting the Prime Minister’s Office into a University, before the announcement made by the incumbent Prime Minister; (c) if such assessment was not made, what was the rational behind such announcement, made by the Prime Minister?

(a) the total number of Pay and Pension Committees constituted during the regime of present Government so far; (b) whether the said Committees have submitted its recommendations; if so, the details thereof; (c) if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) the time by which such committee will submit its recommendations?

(a) the details of debt to Gross Domestic Product ratio in fiscal year 2020-21; (b) whether it is a fact that the additional burden of debt, which have been saved due to revenue mobilization, rationalization of expenditure, restructuring of public sector enterprises; if so, details thereof; and (c) the year-wise expected downfall of debt to GDP ratio in next three years?

(a) the administrative expenditures of CPEC Authority since its inception; (b) the details of persons, alongwith their posts, who have been working or posted in the authority since its inception; (c) in which head, administrative expenditures of the authority were met particularly after the lapse of the establishment of Authority Ordinance, what is the status of employees working in the CPEC Authority either the lapse of Ordinance; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to fix any discrepancy found thereof?

(a) details of tax which has either been recovered or collected by the Automatic Exchange of Information Zones, which is created in the Federal Board of Revenue to recover Income Tax from the Pakistani citizens holding their assets abroad; and (b) the details of money spent in establishing these zones?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the year-wise total percentage of increase in domestic exports during the tenure of incumbent Government, till date?

(a) the items or products exported/imported to/from Iran during the previous five years alongwith the value thereof; and (b) the volume of exports/imports through Taftan border till date alongwith the detail thereof?

(a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to provide Special grant for the backward areas in the country; (b) if so, the details thereof; (c) if not, the reasons thereof?

(a) the names of the Chairmen appointed in FBR during the last two years; and (b) the reasons of changing the Chairmen of FBR time and again during the last two years?

(a) the year-wise revenues generated by the Government from petroleum development levy during the last three years; (b) how did collection of petroleum development levy bridge the gap of overall target of tax collection during the last three years; (c) whether it is a fact that collection under the aforesaid head is not made a part of the divisible pool under the NFC Award; (d) if so, how does Government use it, alongwith complete details of its utilization during the last three years?

(a) whether it is a fact that Government is re-negotiating on the basis of already agreed terms and conditions with IMF at present; if so; (b) the details of such terms and conditions, upon which such negotiation is based; (c) whether it is a fact that the peoples were affected in past due to already agreed terms and conditions with IMF; if so; and (d) what will be the impact on the people, if the aforesaid negotiation is made successfully and the same is executed practically?

(a) the bank-wise rates of ATM according to its various types; (b) whether it is a fact that the rates or charges of Habib Bank are the highest in market; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to introduce a system of uniform rates of ATM for all the banks?

(a) whether it is a fact that a telephone number was given in Prime Minister “Live Call Programme”; (b) whether it is also a fact that such number was of Election Commission; (c) if so, as to how those calls were received overthere to redress the problem of public?

(a) whether it is a fact that Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited did not provide relief to the farmers on account of markup on E-Credit Scheme/Kissan Dost Scheme and other schemes, which were announced during the Covid-19 pandemic; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to give such relief to the farmers on account of markup due to Covid-19 pandemic inception?

(a) whether it is a fact that the audit of each Ministry was made merely on the basis of non-production and absence of relevant record due from authorities concerned during the last seven financial years; (b) the Ministry-wise details of audit paras of such each Ministry for the above period; (c) the detail of volume of each of above audit para; (d) whether the audit authorities took up the matter before the authorities concerned of the relevant Division during aforesaid years; if so, the details thereof; (e) if not, the reasons thereof?

(a) whether Multan has been included in CPEC for construction of Economic Zone; if not, the reasons thereof; and (b) the time by which the Economic Zone under CPEC will be constructed in Multan?

(a) the details of items, machinery, material etc. purchased from abroad by the Commerce Division, its attached departments, corporations, authorities and other entities under its administrative control since July, 2013 indicating also the names of countries and companies from which the same were purchased; (b) whether it is a fact that the said items were being manufactured or were available in Pakistan; if so, the reasons for purchasing the same from abroad; (c) whether it is also a fact that a number of officers visited those countries, in connection with the said purchases, on the expenses of companies/firms from which those items were purchased; (d) if so, the names and designations of such officers indicating also the duration of their stay in those countries; and (e) the authority which granted permission for the said visits?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state the details of Pakistan’s Covid fund collected by the Federal Government, break-up of expenditures made thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that cases of corruption, misappropriation and embezzlement are found/occurred in FBR in refund of rebate etc.; (b) the details of action taken against the officials and officers for their negligence ineffiency and ineffectiveness in controlling, supervising and monitoring during the last ten years; (c) if not, the reasons thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that vehicles which are apprehended by custom agencies/departments, are placed at the disposal of different individuals/organizations and such individuals/ organizations are required to pay certain amount for acquiring the possession of such vehicles; (b) if so, the details of such vehicles alongwith names/description of “made in country” of each vehicle and year of the make, which are presently at their disposal; and (c) since when each of above vehicle is at the disposal of such each individual/organization?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to eradicate Riba?

(a) whether it is a fact that prices of food commodities and general items have increased in multifold during the last three years, according to the facts observed by State Bank of Pakistan and relevant Statistics departments; (b) whether this very fact has been accepted by Federal Ministers; (c) if so, what steps are being taken by the Government to control the price-hike in the country and to provide relief to the general public by reducing the prices of food items/commodities?

(a) whether Prime Minister of Pakistan intends to take an initiative to grant three years age relaxation to all citizen irrespective of sex, cast, creed or race for jobs in the institutions of Government, on the extreme compassionate grounds, considering the increasing ratio or rate of unemployment in the country; (b) if so, the details thereof; (c) if not, the reasons thereof?

(a) the names and number of constitutional bodies in which AGPR desks exist alongwith the name of each desk, date of its establishment and the functions of each such desk separately; (b) the names of constitutional bodies for which desks are being proposed to be established; and (c) the time by which said desks will be established?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state whether there is any propoasl under consideration of the Government to enhance taxes on cigarettes?

(a) is there any idea of attendance allowance for the citizens of Pakistan over the age of 65 who need help, to look after themselves due to physical or mental disability; (b) if yes, the initiatives being taken by the Government; (c) if not, the reasons thereof?

(a) the ratio of debts of all nature to Gross Domestic Product, as on ending the terms of previous two Governments alongwith comparison of duration of present Government; (b) the percentage of repayment of debts as on ending the terms of previous two Governments and the percentage of the same during the tenure of present Government; (c) the ratio of the amount of the interest of total debts, which were paid in each financial year by previous two Governments terms and the ratio of the same, which has been paid by the incumbent Government during the first two financial years; (d) the estimated debt, which would be borrowed in next three financial years; (e) what will be the ratio of debt to Gross Domestic Product in terms of calculation at the end thereof; and (f) the steps being taken by the Government to overcome the ratio of debt?

(a) the Ministries/Divisions/Departments in the Federal Government Islamabad whose employees have been getting rental ceiling/ hiring of residential accommodation in cash with monthly salary; (b) is there any proposal under consideration of the Government to give the said facility to those Ministries/Divisions/Departments/ constitutional or autonomous bodies whose employees are not availing the said facility with monthly salary; (c) if answer to part (b) above is in affirmative, the time by which the same will be done/implemented; (d) if answer to part (b) above is in negative, then reasons thereof?

(a) whether the economy of the country has been moving upward as claimed by the Prime Minister and other functionaries of the Government; if so; (b) reasons for not positive effects of such upward trend of the economy, rather trickling down to the people; and (c) whether it is a fact that unprecedented increase is made in the prices of almost all commodities since the inception of incumbent Government?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state the detail of the private and public limited companies with their offices in Sectors F-10/4 and F-11/1, Islamabad alongwith names and year of registration of the said companies registered with SECP?

(a) was there any procedure to get the old currency notes, replaced with new ones in the past; (b) if so, the details thereof; (c) if not, the reasons thereof; (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration to give a chance to such people who have old currency notes and they could not change them within stipulated time; (e) if so, what will be procedure to get the old currency notes changed?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the year-wise total value of our imports/exports with Bahrain during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state the names of private banks working in the country, at present?

(a) whether a number of private banks including HBL are providing loans for Houses under Islamic Banking; (b) whether it is a fact that fifteen lacs are being charged for fifty lacs loan during the fixed period of five years; (c) the details of legal documents rate and policy under which said loan is being granted and the detail thereof; (d) whether it is also a fact that this amount is being charged in the name of rent, which is more or higher than the interest rate of other banks; and (e) the policy being formulated by the Government to decrease the rent rate and to control this un-Islamic Banking?
