Will the Minister In-charge of the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state whether it is a fact that poverty rate has been increased in the country during the tenure of incumbent Government?

Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state the yearwise details of profit/loss of PIA during the last three years?

(a) how many tonnes of cigarette butts/filters wind up as toxic trash in Pakistan every year; (b) how much wood is used annually for tobacco every year; and (c) what steps taken or being taken by the Government to reduce non-renewable trash?

(a) the division-wise number of Public and Private Medical Colleges and Universities each separately in Punjab; (b) the comparison of part (a) above in the South Punjab and Upper Punjab so far; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to provide equal rights of Medical education in the deprived areas alongwith the details thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that three private airlines are to start their domestic flight operations; (b) if so, the details with number, names and types of the aeroplanes which the said airlines possess?

(a) what steps are being taken by the Government to pursue vigorously all the pending cases of alleged corrupt practices with regard to construction of the new Islamabad International Airport, at respective legal forums; (b) whether the relevant authorities have replied in response to the observations of the Prime Minister’s Office; (c) whether, the Ministry or any other authority comes under the administrative control of the Ministry, which contacted the parent departments of those retired officers of armed forces, who have not responded to their allegations; (d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons thereof; and (e) what corrective steps/measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

(a) whether it is a fact that the Internet signals of 3G and 4G have been closed in District Kalat and District Shaheed Sikendarabad from last three years; (b) if so, the time by which 3G and 4G signals will be restored in the said area?

(a) the details of objectives of Green Clean Pakistan/GCP launched by the incumbent Government at present; and (b) steps being taken by the Government under this programme?

(a) whether it is possible to introduce a uniform curriculum throughout the country; and (b) what benefit would be occurred to the people of the country by introducing uniform curriculum throughout in the country?

(a) whether Pakistan Television Corporation (PTV) is not paying the pension to its retired employees; (b) if so, what steps are being taken by the Government to pay the pension to retired employees on time?

(a) whether it is a fact that hackers have started hacking mobile phones through various methods; (b) if so, the steps are being taken by the Government to tackle with this issue?

(a) whether it is a fact that Hyderabad, Nawabshah and Sindhri airports are still non-functional; (b) if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which above airports will be made functional?

(a) whether Information Technology Sector has the potential to increase the exports of the country up to 10 billion; (b) if so, what practical steps have been taken or taken by the Government in this regard?

(a) the year and head-wise income earned by Pakistan Television (PTV) during the last three years 2018, 2019 and 2020; and (b) the details of the proposals under consideration of the Government to further make the PTV according to the public aspirations?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state the steps taken by the Government and Prime Minister in particular, to reform the PTV and Radio Pakistan on the pattern of BBC news channel?

(a) whether it is a fact that 3G and 4G service is suspended in Districts Kalat and Sorab for the last three years; (b) if so, whether the concerned departments have examined over all circumstances now suitable to reinstate 3G and 4G service over there; (c) if so, the time by which 3G and 4G service will be reinstated or restored; and (d) the steps being taken by the Ministry, so far in this regard?

(a) the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad (BISE) advertised the number of posts for recruitment in the January, 2021; (b) the said posts were allocated, a per provincial quota policy, to the Federating units including Sindh and Balochistan; (c) a number of employees, mostly ex-Chairman’s relatives/ favourites, have already been working on contract/contingent/ temporary against the said posts for some period or time; (d) a number of local employees have also been recruited in BISE against Sindh and Balochistan quota on the basis of fake domicile certificates; (e) whether the advertisement as mentioned in part (a) has been cancelled or is likely to be cancelled under the pressure/influence of the above two categories of employees, as per part (c) and (d) as above; (f) if the answers to part (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) above are in affirmative, the reasons thereof; (g) if it is No, then what is present status of the recruitment process so far?

(a) the total deficit of Pakistan International Airlines till January, 2019; and (b) the details of increase/decrease in deficit from January 2019 till date?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Ministry has recently launched three projects of Technology Integration in education which is signed between Federal Directorate Education and Technology Organizations; if so, its details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division be pleased to state that how much quota/funds have been allocated in the Ehsaas Program for the destitute, disables, widows and students belonging to Minority of Pakistan?

(a) whether Honourable Prime Minister has announced to setup/ establish fifteen National Parks throughout the country; (b) if so, the time by which such parks will be established/setup alongwith the location of each thereof?

(a) the number of vacant posts in Federal Public Service Commission as per provincial quota in detail; (b) the reasons for not promoting the employees working in Federal Public Service Commission in detail; (c) the number of vacancies lying vacant for promotion in Federal Public Service Commission in detail; and (d) the list of employees who are to promote in upcoming days?

(a) whether there is any alternative/substitute programme by Higher Education Commission (HEC) to accommodate particularly those jobless foreign Ph.D degrees holders/candidates, whose ages are exceeding above the 40 years in terms of IPFP programme, and, could not be registered on portal so far; (b) whether is there any proposal under consideration of the Government to recommend the jobless above 40 years foreign Ph.D degree holders, temporarily to provincial Universities; (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to conduct separate IPFP programme for the Ph.D degree holders, who have 40-45 years; (d) if so, the time by which same will be conducted; if not, the reasons thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that Mohenjo-Daro airport is non-functional since many years; and (b) the time by which the said airport will be made functional?

(a) whether it is a fact that Lower Division Clerks (LDCs) and Upper Division Clerks (UDCs) are working in BPS-9 and BPS-11 in the Federal Government institutions at present; (b) whether it is also a fact that the cadres of LDCs and UDCs BPS-11 and BPS-14 have been given in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Punjab respectively such long; and (c) whether the Federal Government have promised recently to upgrade the posts of LDCs and UDCs as Junior and Senior Ckerk in BPS-11 and BPS-14 respectively; if so, the time by which the above said posts will be upgraded in true spirit?
