Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite depositing the amount of demand notices under the Account IDs 54046395312 dated 20-01-2020, 41773462431 dated 13-01-2021, 83208130498 dated 06-02-2020 by residents of Kh No.321 Gulshan-eKhudadad Phase-III Bokra NR Naseerabad Pipe Factory Islamabad, P-75 Zafar Colony Chak No.121/JB NR Church Chowk Millat Road, Faisalabad and Chak No.81/JB Pandoori Pansra Dijkot Road Faisalabad, the authorities concerned have failed to install meters of natural Gas against aforesaid demand notices; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to install meters against aforesaid demand notices at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that pressure of natural Gas is low to zero at Wahdat Road Lahore and in particular H. No.4-S/51, Green Street Clifton Colony Wahdat Road Lahore; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) what action has been taken by authorities concerned to improve, the pressure of gas to aforesaid locality; and (c) time by which problem of low to zero pressure of natural gas will be improved?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to refer to the Un-Starred Question No.19 replied on 22-01-2021 and to state: (a) sub clause/part (b) bearing details of implementation by authorities for the electrification of the Ittefaq Colony through FESCO/PEPCO, particularly electricity meters at Chak No.338/JB, Nia Lahore, Tehsil Gujra, District Toba Tek Singh against the consumer ID No.13031123697; (b) the reasons for delay and not installing/providing electric connections; (c) what action has been taken against the delinquent employees found negligent in this regard; and (d) the time by which such electric connections will be installed; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that natural Gas has been provided to the residents of Sabir Town (Sudhran) Tarlai Kalan, Islamabad for the last two years; 11 (b) whether it is also a fact that the same has not been provided to residents of 10-15 houses of locality of said Town; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to provide natural Gas to rest of the houses of aforementioned locality at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that natural Gas has not been provided to different streets of village Tariqabad, Post Office Chak Shahbaz, Tehsil Phalia, District Mandi Bahauddin; 12 (b) if so, the reasons of such disparity, as the natural Gas is being provided to some of streets and other streets are deprived of the such facility; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to provide connections of natural Gas to all the residents of aforesaid village at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite depositing the amount of demand notice under the account IDs 36781801471 dated 29-07-2020 and 27725938917 dated 19-10-2020 by residents of Kothi Saadat Chak No.124/RB, Narwala Road near Independent Hospital, Faisalabad and St. No.6, Zafarabad Chak No.219/RB, Jhan Road Near Ashiq Karyana Store, Faisalabad the authorities concerned have failed to install meters of natural Gas against aforesaid demand notices; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to install the said meters against aforesaid demand notices at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: 15 (a) the steps being taken by the Government to address the problem of low pressure and loadshedding of sui Gas in Sector I-14 and I-16, Islamabad; and (b) the time by which the shortage of Gas will be ended in above said Sectors?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the 200 KV transformer of village Lower Braddar, Union Council Nika Pani, Tehsil Darband, District Mansehra is overloaded; (b) if so, the time by which the additional 100 KV transformer will be installed in said village?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that two Nos 50 KVA transformers were installed in village Dheri Mera, UC Salhad, Tehsil and District Abbottabad are overloaded; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to upgrade these transformers to 100 KVA or install an additional 50 KVA transformers?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a local link road leading to Dheri Mera from Forest Check Post Salhad, Abbottabad measuring 2.5 KM, has been affected due to the construction of Havelian-Mansehra Motorway under the CPEC; (b) whether it is also a fact that an agreement was signed/reached between the residents of the area and National Highway Authority on 27th September, 2019 for repair/reconstruction of the above 2.5 KM link road; if so, the details thereof; (c) whether it is further a fact that NHA has failed to comply with the contents of agreement and has constructed only a portion of road measuring 1.5 KM; (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to reconstruct/repair the remaining portion of the above mentioned link road; and (e) the time by which the same will be completed?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that single phase electricity wires were laid in the different area of Chak No.255/EB Manamar Burewala; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration to convert into the three phase where three phase wire were not installed in the areas of said village; if so, the details thereof; (c) if so, the budget allocated during the current financial year for above; and (d) the time by which three phase wire will be installed?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a 200 KV transformer recently installed to improve load management at Mora Baghwala in Village Darkali Sher Shahi of Tehsil Kallar Syedan, District Rawalpindi being removed by IESCO; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what alternate arrangements are being made to ensure proper load management in the said area, specifically?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite of Gas facility and pipelines are available in neighbouring colonies of Tahsil Mehar, but the sui Gas facility is yet not provided in the Al-Qasmia Colony, UC Kolachi Tahsil Mehar area; if so, reasons thereof; and (b) steps being taken by Government for approval of Gas and installation of domestic Gas meters; 21 (c) the time by which Gas facilities to residential homes will be provided at its earliest in aforesaid colony?
