Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that administration of Islamabad Capital Territory Police has failed to pay pensioners’ dues or benefits to their own retired employees for the last few years; if so, the reasons of pendency of such dues; (b) details of employees, whose pensionary dues or benefits are pending at present and the time by which, such dues of each employee will be cleared; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to pay such dues to its retiring employees, at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that numerous orders have been passed in respect of removal/transfer of the buffalo farmyards, in the Chaklala Cantonment Board Rawalpindi from the City; (b) if so, whether it is a fact that the number of times orders have been issued for such removal; (c) the reasons of non removal of buffalo farmyards from the area of Gali No.7, Ghousia Chowk, Chaklala Cantonment Board, Rawalpindi uptil now; (d) if the answers to parts (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the date and the time by which the said buffalo farmyards would be removed from the said locality?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government has changed its visa policy for foreigners, recently, and allowed residents of several countries to get visa on arrival at airports; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether assessment was made before making changes in visa regime or policy; (c) if so, the details thereof alongwith stage and date-wise discussion of each stage of the new visa regime discussed at appropriate forum; (d) whether such visa regime is reciprocal; if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons thereof; and (e) what steps are being taken by the Government to make visa regime of foreign country simple/easy to Pakistan?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether authorities concerned have taken notice of continuous incidents of leakage of data of citizens from the system of NADRA, which is allegedly used by fraudulent people to deceive common man and get personal information for its usage for different counts; if so, the details thereof; (b) total number of such incidents either reported by affectees or found by NADRA, itself during the last five years; 5 (c) whether authorities concerned have found any involvement of the employees of NADRA in such leakage; (d) if so, the details thereof alongwith action taken against each employee; and (e) what steps are being taken by the Government to ensure 100% protection of data of NADRA?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the total amount allocated by Jammu and Kashmir Housing Society to get clear pending possession plots of society at main road, G-15/4, Islamabad, alongwith the date of establishment of society; (b) the demand of owner to get clear un-possessed land of G-15/4, Islamabad alongwith the detail thereof; and (c) what is the present stage of above alongwith the time by which said land will be got cleared alongwith the current status? 6

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the district-wise total number of other refugees besides Afghan Refugees residing in the country, at present; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to repatriat the said all refugees? Minister for Interior (Sheikh Rashid Ahmed): (a) Federal Government has given the mandate to register only aliens / foreigners other than Afghans vide Gazette of Pakistan Notification of National Database and Registration Authority (Alien Registration Cards) Rules, 2021. Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether Deputy Commissioner, Islamabad, being a registrar of private housing societies which come under the administrative jurisdiction of capital, has taken the notice that the Federal Employees Cooperative Housing Society could not provide basic amenties such as natural Gas, electricity, provision of safe drinking water, development of streets and roads/streets lights etc in their society despite collecting dues from legitimate owners; (b) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) whether the administration of such society has been made accountable on such failure; (d) if so, the details thereof; and if not, the reasons thereof; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to issue directions to the administration of the aforesaid society for providing basic amenties expeditiously?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Cantonment Board, Chaklala, Rawalpindi has planned to construct a plaza on a plot adjacent to Kidney Centre now Asia General Hospital, Jhelum Road, Rawalpindi; if so, its details; (b) if not, whether it is a fact that CBC is extending all nonconformed, unjustified, unlawful and undocumented help and providing Civic facilities to the plot owners including to build slip roads; (c) the steps are being taken by the Government in this regard; and (d) what action has been against the officials involved in such illegal help?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the rate of which water bill and property tax per square yard is charged by Jammu Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society Zone-II, Islamabad from its residents alongwith the amount collected so far under this head and the details thereof; (b) if these rates collected in accordance with CDA rate, the monthly income to be collected alongwith the time by which same will be enforced; and (c) the details of new CDA rates in accordance with House, Gali Number, plot size alongwith the total revenue to be collected in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the present status of the Aiwan-e-Saddar Co-operative Housing Society; (b) whether it is a fact that the cost of land was charged from its members almost ten years ago; (c) the detail of names, designations, salaries and other benefits of the employees of the society and how much increase was made in their salaries and benefits during the last ten years; (d) the justification for increase, since no development work has been carried out; and (e) whether the society has applied for NOC from CDA?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the financial assistance given to the heirs of private guards martyred in the terrorism attack on Karachi Stock Exchange alongwith the cheque numbers and the date of issuance thereof; and (b) whether it is a fact that the cheques of financial assistance to the said private guards have not been cashed as yet; if so, the action taken against the responsible thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Management of Cabinet Division Co-operative Housing Society E-16/E-17, Islamabad failed to provide PTCL facility to residents in the said Society; (b) if so, the reason thereof and the time by which the said facility would be provided to the residents of the Society; and (c) the detail of action taken or being taken against the Management for such delaying tactics?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that repair/maintenance of traffic signals, including the one at Sawan Road, commonly known as College Chowk Stop i.e. IMCG College, G-10/4, Islamabad has not been carried out since long; (b) whether it is a fact that aforementioned signal has become non-functional and motorists face great traffic jams at said point; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the time by which, maintenance/repair of aforementioned signals will be carried out?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that dustbin placed for garbage at certain Sectors of Islamabad, particularly in Sector F-7 are in dilapidated condition and there is no dustbin at some places causing environmental pollution; and (b) what steps are being taken by the Government to replace the said dilapidated dustbin with new ones?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that only one kanal category plots are being alloted in Aiwan-e-Saddar Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad; (b) if so, the reason for depriving of other members of their right who had made timely payments for plots of other sizes also; (c) the date on which the said Society applied for NOC; (d) whether the layout plan is approved, CDA; and (e) the reasons for not issuing NOC till now?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that 485 legal kiosks/khokha owners in Islamabad have been affected during the last three years due to cancellation of allotment of their kiosks/khokhas; (b) if so, the details thereof and also indicating the names/CNIC of the khokha owner alongwith date of allotment and location of these koisks/khokhas; (c) whether is it also a fact that cases for earmarking of these koisks/khokhas are lying with the CDA but the authority has been failed in earmarking these kiosks/khokhas to date; and (d) the time by which these kiosks/khokhas will be earmarked and allotment/restoration letters will be issued to their respective owners?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons hailing from minorities sent abroad during the last five years alongwith the details thereof separately; and (b) whether it is a fact that quota is reserved for minorities in this regard; if so, the details thereof?
