Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the rates of plots of Green Enclave Phase-I, Bhara Kahu, Islamabad has been increased up to 50% by Federal Government Employees Housing Authority, Islamabad recently; (b) how many time the percentage increased in the said plots since the date of commencement of the scheme alongwith the detail thereof; (c) whether it is also a fact that said increase in the prices made by the concerned authority contrary to the decision of Supreme Court of Pakistan; (d) whether the same concerned authority intends to withdraw its decision in the light of the decision of Supreme Court; if so, the time by which such decision will be withdrawn by the Government; and (e) whether it is further a fact that said increase will reopen the case before the courts and the authority will not enable to complete its work timely?
