Will the Minister In-charge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that ERRA, which was established to rehabilitate earthquake hit areas in 2005, has been made dysfunctional; (b) whether it is also a fact that employees either have been or being removed from their services; if so, the reasons thereof; (c) if such authority was to be made dysfunctional, why did not Government make efforts to place the services of employees in other Government’s departments in previous years; (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to accommodate such employees in other Government’s departments keeping in view of their years of services in ERRA, and their inability to apply afresh for Government jobs due to their over-age scenario; (e) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (f) whether ERRA has completed its work for which it was established?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) the details of announcement made by incumbent Prime Minister while visiting different areas of the country with regard to development projects in different areas of the country; (b) whether financial assessment was made of each of project prior to make such announcement alongwith break-up of funds, which have been reserved and released for each project so far; and 6 (c) whether country’s financial position has such space to meet the requirement of the funds, required for each project?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.38 replied on 05-04-2021 and to state: (a) when did each of the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPMS) submitted an application to seek extension in time in filing of tax returns; (b) the details of extension, which was given to each of above Special Assistant; (c) whether each of above Special Assistant has submitted his tax returns; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) how many times has the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) system been hacked or cyber attacked during the last three years alongwith reasons thereof; (b) whether a third party audit been conducted to investigate and testify to the reasons behind such hacking and cyber attacks, as explained by the FBR and its IT company; (c) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (d) whether it is a fact that FBR’s IT system has become more vulnerable due to outdated tools and software; (e) if so, what steps are being taken to address these issues and make the FBR’s IT system more secure; and (f) time by which it will be achieved and implemented?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Sepcial Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that according to the findings of a recent report of United Nation, 18.4 million women are living in the rural areas of the country; (b) whether it is also a fact that the women aged between 18 to 49 years are simultaneously have been deprived of in 4 (four) important Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related dimensions, in particular education and health being the top most dimensions; (c) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to complete the above 4 targets on time?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite being registered a complaint of fraudulent withdrawal of money from and HBL’s Account No. 185300113945701, I & T Centre Branch, G-9/4, Islamabad dated 10-02-2021 the aforesaid bank has failed to act under the laws for taking action; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; (c) whether State Bank of Pakistan, being a regulator has taken notice of rampant increase of such fraudulent withdrawal incidents in the banks in particular of HBL to stop such criminal acts, and hold the responsible accountable; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to not only secure consumer’s account, but also ensure the return of money, which is actually withdrawn by illegal means and take action against the responsibles?
