Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state:(a) being a Custodian of Dam Fund, honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan that how does collection of dam funds which is made by different authorized agencies such as cellular phone companies, Pakistan Railways, banks and also by any other means, how which is periodically reconciled; (b) whether any amount from such funds were used on foreign visits of any person; (c) if so, the details thereof along with details of the persons those who have visited abroad by utilizing such funds?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state:(a) whether it is a fact that precious lives are being lost daily in the accidents in various areas on G T Road from Islamabad to Taxila, due to non-availability of a crossing bridge (b) if so, the number of deaths so far and the number of FIRs lodged in this regard along with the complete detail thereof; and (c) whether budget has been allocated in the current fiscal year for constructing a crossing bridge; if not, reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state:(a) details of Mega Projects of electricity is so far constructed in Balochistan by the present Government; (b) if so, the total amount incurred on the construction of Mega Projects including electricity which are launched in the Balochistan.

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state:(a) the names of cities of our country where underground drinking water has become extremely unhygienic according to the recent survey of Government institutions; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government in order to provide clean drinking water to people?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state:(a) whether it is a fact that distribution companies have been allegedly found involved in over-billing in recent months, contrary to the tariff period approved by National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) for monthly bills; if so, the details thereof; (b) if distribution companies have found involved in such violations; (c) what is the total volume of such overbilling; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to hold accountable responsible and protect rights of consumers?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state:(a) the number of Judges in subordinate judiciary in Islamabad at present indicating also the number of vacant posts of Judges in Islamabad Courts; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to increase the number of Judges in subordinate judiciary of Islamabad in order to expedite the proceedings on civil and criminal cases?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state:(a) how the Foreign Office will handle the situation raised due to New-Zealand decision to withdraw its Cricket Team matches already scheduled in Pakistan, just before the start of series; (b) whether it is also a fact that England has refused to send their Cricket Team to Pakistan; (c) whether the reasons behind such refusal have been examined; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what strategy will be adopted by the Pakistan to deal with such a like situation in the future and to respond appropriately to such countries teams, which will choose not to come Pakistan for playing Cricket in the future?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state (a) the cost and volume of natural Gas theft or leakage from SSGC and SNGPL systems, separately; (b) how such theft and leakage are identified; (c) how volume of such theft or leakage is determined along with details of full value and volume of the same; (d) whether is there any advanced technology to estimate and prevent the actual volume of such theft and leakage; (e) how does such theft and leakage has affected a common consumer; and (f) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether the concerned authorities have taken a notice of the damage transmission lines and broken electricity poles in the village of Hajj Jaman Junejo, Tehsil, in Badin District, as a result of which there is less than zero voltage of electricity in the said village; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that more than 10 people of the village have applied for the connection of electricity meters and even after many months such meters have not been installed; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken to normalize the power voltage in the said village, either by installing and upgrading transformer or by dividing the power load into two transformers, and replacing the broken poles with the new ones immediately?
