Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state:(a) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (Appointment and Terms of Chairman and Members) Regulation, 2020, is contravention of the Establishment Division’s Management Position Scales Policy,2020, in terms of age and quota; (b) what is minimum and maximum age limit for the said appointments; (c) what steps have been taken by the Government to make appointments in WAPDA of Chairman and Members on merit and in transparent way; and (d) how quota system in such appointments will be ensured to remove grievances of the smaller provinces?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether the position of Minister of Health is vacant amid ongoing health crises in the country particularly amid pandemic Covid-19; if so, reasons thereof; (b) in the absence of a health Minister, how the Ministry is dealing with health issues of the country; and (c) whether it is a fact that the declining health infrastructure of the country in the absence of health Minister, depicts the urgency of filling the seat?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) details of posts of Medical and Para Medical Staff lying vacant in the Government hospitals in Islamabad; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to fill the same?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) details of each complaint filed either by an individual or an official of the Utility Stores Corporation (USC) about illprocurement of different items in USC; (b) whether it is a fact that Chief Internal Auditor, has reported/pointed out that Senior Store Manager, Vigilance Officer of USC and other staff have performed illprocurement of subsidized items including Ghee and Dall Chana etc. and also involved other fraudulent practices during the year 2020-21 consequently, millions of loss has been sustained to national exchequer; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, what action has been or will be taken on such matter to make responsible accountable; and (d) what action has been taken on the recommendations of the 35th meeting of Public Accounts Committee with regard to USC audit paras regarding fraud pointed out by the internal Auditors and AGP?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the percentage increase made in the prices of cement in the country during tenure of the incumbent Government till date and the reasons thereof; and (b) the price of the cement in the country at present?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether our country is self sufficient in the production of lentils and spices; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government till now, to increase the production of lentils and spices in the country?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state the number of districts of Balochistan provided the facility of the Health Card for the peoples alongwith the names of the areas have been included in the said programme?

Will the Minister for Maritime Affairs be pleased to state:(a) whether it is a fact that several deep sea fishing trawlers were imported from China under an agreement and Letter of Intent(LOI) issued by the Fishermen’s Cooperative Society (FCS); if so, whether the FCS was authorized to do so; if not, reasons for ignoring such an agreement; (b) since the Gross Registered Tonnage (GRT) of less than 100 tons is the mandate of the Provincial Government and no formal LOI has been issued by the competent authority in this regard, how is the process of import through Mercantile Marine Department (MMD) through Customs/temporary Registration continuing; (c) why MMD did not verify the GRT of these ships; (d) whether it is a fact that Purse Seiners/Trawling vessels are not included in the national fishing policy in vogue; (e) if so, how MMD has facilitated the import process by issuing them temporary certificates; and (f) whether it is also a fact that the provisional registration of these vessels has already been canceled by MMD, then why they are still here?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state:(a) whether it is a fact that under the Rules of Business, each Division has to prepare Annual Book of performance; (b) if so, the details and reasons for not preparing the Annual Book; and (c) the details of action taken against the responsible functionaries for their negligence?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state the total value of loss suffered by the Pakistan Steel Mills, Karachi, during the present regime till date?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state:(a) what is the expenditure cost and revenue of each train that has either outsourced of each Train; (b) benchmark price at which each train has either been outsourced or will be outsourced in the near future; (c) the details of trains that have been outsourced in the past has each responsible company paid its dues to the authorities/owners to whom trains were outsourced; (d) if so, the details thereof; if not, reasons thereof; (e) whether the concerned authorities have taken notice of the reports that several companies and their beneficiaries who were earlier involved in such outsourcing of various trains had failed to comply with the terms and conditions in the past, allegedly re-emerged under different names has also re-taken trains through outsourcing arrangements of Pakistan Railways; (f) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to fix the above matters and hold responsible accountable?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state:(a) the steps being taken by the Government for the construction of small dams in the country for Hydel Power Generation; (b) if yes, in which districts said dams will be constructed; if not, reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state the present status of implementation upon Dasu Hydropower Project and Dasu-Mansehra-Islamabad Transmission Line?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state (a) whether the Government has taken the notice of alleged involvement of Auriga Group of companies, which is an agro based company involved in corrupt practices such as illegal sale of planting materials of Bt. Cotton and the planting of Bt. Cotton over an areas of 10 thousand acres with fictitious advertisement and without regular testing and evaluation by regulatory institutions; (b) whether it is a fact that the such alleged corrupt practices of the said group revealed in economic survey of 2009-2010; (c) if so, whether it is also a fact that despite allegations of criminal involvement of the aforesaid company is harming the cotton cultivation in the country, no punitive action has been taken against the company; if so, the reasons thereof; and (d) whether any current or former beneficial owner of the company currently hold any position in the Federal Government; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry as a decision/policy-making body at the Federal levels, has taken notice of the fact that the officials involved in the polio campaign have also been given responsibility by the concerned authorities to vaccinate against measles and they are also dealing with matters related to Covid-19 as well; (b) if so, how these overburdened and under paid health officials can do justice to their work and be effective in achieving desired results; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, what steps are being taken by the Government to formulate well-thought-out workable policy to ensure a prudent distribution of work among such officials and bridge the gap to achieve better results of such campaigns?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the vaccines being used in the country at present; (b) the countries which manufactured the said vaccines; (c) whether it has been confirmed that all of the said vaccines are not injurious to human health; and (d) whether all these are being provided as free of cost or have been purchased as well?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state:(a) whether it is a fact that Government has claimed to make substantional increase in the revenue of Pakistan Railways; (b) whether such revenue has increased with proportion of its expenditure; (c) if so, whether the accounts of Pakistan Railways for the financial years 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21 have been audited by the independent auditors; if so, the details thereof; (d) if not, then how does Government claims such figures without any independent audit?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Health Services Academy has got the status of degree Awarding Institution in May, 2018; (b) whether it is also a fact that no Controller of Examination, Registrar and Treasurer are appointed so far; if so, the reasons thereof; (c) the time by which the said posts will be filled; and (d) what steps have been taken or being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state:(a) the number of Hospitals of Islamabad in which Breast Cancer Screening Centres have been established; and (b) the details of cost incurred on these centres alongwith details thereof?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state:(a) the names of oily crops and the production obtained in the country annually; (b) production of crops in percentage as per total requirements of our country; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to enhance the production?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that emergency department/ward of Federal General Hospital, Chak Shazad, Islamabad, has been closed at present; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the details of value and volume of monthly purchase medicines by said hospital and who does approve this purchase; (c) the usage of such medicines has been audited; if so, patients-wise details to whom each medication has been issued; (d) whether the concerned authorities has taken notice of the reports that the management of the hospital has misused its powers and made unreasonable purchases of medicines; if so, the details thereof; (e) whether it is also a fact that large cases of rental ceiling/hiring of employees of the said hospitals are pending at present; (f) if so, the reasons thereof also including the date of submission for the said by each employees; and (g) date of submission of applications by those employees whom rental ceiling/hiring has been paid during the last five years?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state:(a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan Steel, Utility Sores and other public sector industries procurement is made under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules; (b) if so, the details of the above during the last five years alongwith the procedure adopted of the stages and the envelopes?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the volume/quantity of milk and red meat production in our country at present; and (b) whether it is a fact that the current production of both of these essential food items is decreasing in Pakistan, as compared to its increasing population; if so, reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the details of the steps being taken for agriculture sector in the merged districts particularly for district Kuram under Prime Minister’s Package; (b) the details of agriculture tools provided to the farmers alongwith the details thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government for the assistance of farmers in Potatos, wheat, rice and also other commodities?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state:(a) whether it is fact that the contract for the rehabilitation of Mangla was awarded in the year 2016; (b) whether it is also a fact that the project was started on 03-10-2016, as according to the bidding instructions the project was to be completed in 800 days and also its units 5 and 6 but the commercial operation work was started with effect from December 10, 2018; (c) whether it is further a fact that aforesaid units could not be completed in time; (d) whether it is further also a fact that according to the bidding documents, 450 days concurrent closed for more than 1300 days as observed and undue favour is given to the executing contractor and is allowed to continue work; (e) the details of total loss to the national exchequer due to the delay in completion of project; and (f) what steps are being taken by the Government to hold responsible accountable for such negligence?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken the notice of the fact that Pakistan does not have enough consumers of goods that can be produced locally with investment, with the advance technology and skills development; (b) if so, the details thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to design Pakistan’s export model to localize technology through foreign participation?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a under the Federal Government Rules of Business, 1973 each Division has to prepare Annual Book of performance; (b) if so, reasons for not preparing said Book; and (c) action taken by the Government against the responsible functionaries for their negligence?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the National Food Security and Research for the export of Potatos alongwith the names of countries to whom with agreements have been signed; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration to get benefits from this proposal in foreign exchange; (c) whether it is a fact that Rs.25,000/- per acre loss is sustained by the farmers of Potatos; (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to give subside to the poor farmers; and (e) if so, the detail thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state:(a) whether it is a fact that Vice Chancellor, Mr. Asad Hafeez Services Academy left this country in March, 2021, and has joined as World Representation in World Health Organization (WHO) in Kuwait; (b) if so, whether did he inform the authorities about his departure; (c) whether it is also a fact that another person namely Dr. Shahzad Ali Khan took the charge as the Head of Health Services Academy and also authorizing sanctions of expenditures/payments; if so, the details thereof; (d) whether he was authorized to do so; and (e) what action will be taken by the Government; if there is any discrepancy in the offices of HSA?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state:(a) whether it is a fact that despite allotting a House No.433-C, G-6/1-2, Islamabad, to an applicant in lieu of General Waiting List (GWL) vide File No.433-C, G-6/1-2/EII on 06-01-2020, the possession of the house has not been given to the allottee and it was further allotted and handed over its possession to someone else; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; (c) whether it is also a fact that first available house which was also available for possession has not been allotted to aforesaid allottee despite being senior in the GWL; (d) if so, this is tantamount to violation of merit, and evident of monopolist approach of Estate Office and its functionaries, which include Joint Estate Officer (Legal) and Inspector, which deals (C) type quarters in G-6, Islamabad who have been posted on the same seat for the several last year; (e) if so, what steps are being taken to end such monopolist approach of functionaries of Estate Office; and allotment made of (C) type quarters since 5th March, 2021; and (f) whether each allottee has got possession of such houses?
