ill the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite depositing of demand notices of Rs.25,000/- to get connections of natural Gas on urgent basis the subsequent demand notice of Rs.6000/- is not being issued by the authorities concerned against the Accounts ID 2080569901 dated 10-07-2020 by resident of Mohallah Chourian Dhock Jehiani near Mosque Riaz-ul-Janat, Bhara Kahu, Islamabad, Account ID 1735529093 dated 31-12-2019 by resident of H. No.928, St. No.90, Sector I-8/4, Islamabad, Account ID 9111049624 dated 24-09-2019 by resident of H. No.24, Lane No.10, DHA Phase-II near Jacaranda Family Club, Islamabad; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to do the needful at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that electric cables have been stolen in Sector I-16, Islamabad; if so, the details of estimated cost thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that electric cables are not being provided by the department; and (c) the details of action taken against the responsible?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the residents of Mouza Sudhran, Tehsil, District Islamabad, have been deprived of electricity only on the pretext that the area is known as Ghauri Town although; (b) whether it is also a fact that it is on record that the above said Mouza has nothing to do with Ghauri Town and sale and purchase of land therein is done through registry in district courts, Islamabad; 16 (c) the authority that has put ban on above alongwith reasons thereof; (d) since when such ban has been imposed; and (e) what remedial steps are being taken by he Government to do the needful in order to provide electricity to said locality at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the superintendent Engineer Operation Circle Office LAAR HESCO, Hyderabad dos not perform their duty in letter and spirit; (b) if yes, the reasons with action taken against him; (c) if the answer to part (a) is in negative, then what is the status of implementation of para one of the letter No.XEN/BDN/HESCO/BD/3615-16 dated 25-6-2021; (d) if the status of the para one of the above said letter is not completed are complied then the detail of action taken against the responsible?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state whether under paragraph 25 of PO 3 of 1997, a Retd High Court Judge, elevated from service of Pakistan/subordinate judiciary, after having duly served for five years as a Judge of High Court is entitled to extra pension @2% p.a (for his service in the service of 19 Pakistan/subordinate judiciary subject to maximum of 80% of his salary as Judge of a High Court

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that no action has been taken on an application No.410/B-I(b) submitted for new connection of electricity (Industrial) particularly in the name of Mr. Sarfraz Ahmed S/o Abdul Sattar, resident of Chak No.230/RB, Cholan, Tehsil and District Faisalabad despite depositing of Rs.280,990/- and Rs.34,170/- on 8-9-2020 against the demand notice; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the time by which the electricity connection will be provided to the foresaid applicant?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that transformer installed in Qureshi Gali, Mohallah Afzalabad, Central Jail Area, Haripur is overloaded, consequently, residents of the area have been facing problem of low voltage; (b) whether it is also a fact that in addition to overloaded transformer, a new transformer has been approved under reference No.9882-85 dated 23rd September, 2015 under proposal No.6411171, work order No.64464; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, what steps are being taken by the PESCO to install the transformer?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite depositing the amount of demand notices by the residents of Nai Abadi Tahli Mohri, Rawalpindi, the authorities concerned have not installed meters of Sui Northern Gas Pipeline limited (SNGPL) against aforesaid demand notices including account ID 89835232615 dated 19-02-2021, Nai Abadi Tahli Mohri, Rawalpindi; (b) if answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to install aforesaid meter against above mentioned (a) demand notice?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state the block-wise lists of unskilled employees working in “E” and “P” Blocks of PPL and UEPL, outsource hired by or the company working in blocks situated at Tando Adam-Shahdadpur Road, District Sanghar alongwith names, CNIC numbers and domiciles of employees?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that depositng the amount of demand notices for provision of Gas under the Account IDs 12857217231 Dated on 24-03-2020, 81923766554 dated on 23-11-2020, 61287989158 dated on 27-10-2020, 09941371735 dated on 05-08-2020, 00527861876 dated on 13-08-2020 by residents Street No. 2, Mohalla Azizabad Burewala, resident Chak No. 82/JB Jagatt Pur Pensara dijkot road, tehsil and district Faisalabad and resident of Chak No. 81 JB Pendoori Dijkot Pensara Road Tehsil and District Faisalabad authorities concerned have failed to install meters of natural Gas against aforesaid demand notices; (b) if so the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to install the said meters against aforesaid demand notices at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) what efforts have been made or being made to ensure that family cases in the Courts are disposed of swiftly; (b) what efforts have been made to effectively disposal of cases in the courts concerning disabled litigants; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government in order to facilitate disabled persons in Courts?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state the district-wise total number of sites wherein Oil and Gas reservoirs are available in the country at present?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Action Plan for Human Rights, which emphasizes the enhancement of actions, steps have been taken or being taken by the Government with regard to the rights of persons with disabilities; (b) clause 5 sub-clause (iv) mentions for improving the training and SOPs of the police, prison staff and lower and at midlevels judiciary; (c) whether any proposal is under consideration to draft an action plan in this regard; and (d) what steps have been taken to proceed in proper direction?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that removal of electric poles installed in the houses or very near to the houses are the responsibility of the Ministry of Energy to keep the people safe from the electric shorts or waives etc.; (b) whether it is also a fact that such type of applications have already been submitted in the office of XEN Green Town Gujrat particularly application of Mr. Sajjad Ahmed vide XEN Office Diary No. 4525 dated 13-10-2021, but no action has been taken to remove the dangerous electric pole so far; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to remove the dangerous pole to protect the people and avoid from any untoward incident?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of Government to establish/set up further Pakistani consulates abroad; (b) if so, the names of countries alongwith their justification?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that voltage of electricity is very low to zero in Mehar Din, Chujoo near Rural Dispensary Mouza Bokhari, District Chaniot and respective sub-division of FESCO has failed to do so; if so the details thereof; and (b) what steps are being taken by the Government to upgrade/improve the transmission phase system in said locality by installing additional transformers?
